They had to move 5 cars to get it out. They try to toss in lots of "add-ons". After I negotiated the price BACK to the listed price, I brought them a cashiers check, and the price went up $1,000 again. I had to go BACK to the bank and void my cashiers check. Walked in saw 1 vehicle on the lot that I was interested in. Was brought the the discussion room had me wait about 30 minutes had me fill out an application then when I asked about the other vehicle not on the lot they said I couldn't see the vehicle without filling out an application then after I submitted my application which now they have my social and my birthdate - they proceeded to try and have me sign an agreement before they would bring the vehicle before I could test drive. I walked out ...( 3 employees including the manager started yelling for me to come back ) I'm ok I explained, I don't talk to people with prescription sunglasses if I can't see your eyes. This set the manager off! He started threatening me saying what up foo - why u hating foo these are prescriptions- no business allow prescription sunglasses and your making side ways deals and threatening a potential buyer ... WTF all because I asked to see the vehicle and turn it on before I agreed to signing !!! Do not do business they chase you to your car insult you and threaten you when u refuse to talk to the manager with sunglasses on his face ! It's giving SCAM! If you are not financially literate you will get taken advantage of at this place. I purchased a car on May 8th, Sergio the finance manager stated that he would email my contract and I have still not received it. I've followed up twice and Sergio is never available. Apparently they don't have a central filing system that would allow someone else to send me the contract. The last person I spoke with actually laughed when I said that no one will call me back. A quick note on the pricing model of this business - The price you see advertised is not the final price of the vehicle. They advertise vehicles for a few thousand under what they actually plan to sell it for and then after you test drive and are in love with the car and planning to fill out the paperwork - they tell you that they pre-install a handful of "accessories" on all of their vehicles that can't be removed and they add a few thousand to the original listed price to cover these accessories. So if you're in love with a car that says it's 15k on the sticker...expect them to charge you around 20k total before taxes. This is current as of 4/8/2025 and they do it with every vehicle that they sell. Edit: To respond to Orly V's comments below. Number 1 - the accessories were not disclosed before I came in. The vehicle was listed online at $25,000. I came in we talked for a while and this was the price. When I went to purchase the vehicle I was told the price was $25,000 + $2,895 in accessories that could not be removed and that MUST be purchased with the vehicle. So $27,895 was the actual price of the vehicle BEFORE tax although it was advertised as $25,000 online. Number 2, they do not only have $2,000 worth of accessories. They attempted to charge me $2,895 so more like $3,000. The comment below is once again this business lacking transparency. Came across this dealership while searching for a car for a couple months. Was skeptical after reading the reviews but took a chance seeing they had the car I wanted. When I came in I was greeted and showed inside. I was helped very quickly they pulled the car out for me promptly, told me all the details and features. The test drive was very free and I was able to see the state of the car and its driving condition. When we sat down to discuss a deal and proceed they were very helpful giving me a good deal on my trade in which I priced before to make sure. They had some dealership add ons that they do for all their cars which was mentioned in the ad for the car when I found it online. They were able to get me a good deal and even gave me the option of going through my credit union if I had any issues with their offer. The sales representative was searching for the key and had us walking around looking for this car. Suddenly , the car we went there for came out from the wash bay with the purchase slip stuck on the window saying it was SOLD!? They kept giving us a lame apology and trying to sell us something else when that was the only car we went down there for even after emphasizing wanted a specific MAKE and Model. It's like the guy was not listening to our needs and just wanted to throw us into another car. Despite his efforts he would try to work with us to give us a good price for their mess up. Wow, SMH!? The lack of communication and the failure to remove a car from the site when sold right away is false advertisement. We had no immediate call to prevent us to take this drive to see this car.
