I went today today to pull out money from my EDD card. This money was from a fraud case with BOA that took 2 months to resolve. I spoke to the teller named Tania Gomez Aguayo. I gave her my ID and pulled out 883 dollars. I then asked her to put it into my main account for Chase. She kept on calling me Mr. Flores. I didn't think anything of it, but when she gave me the receipt, the balance had 32,000 dollars in it. I went to a ATM inside the bank to pull out money and noticed the 883 she put into my account wasn't there. I went back to her and she realized she put it into someone else's account. She didn't apologize for her mistake. If I hadn't caught her mistake then I would have been out of the money. Poor customer service. read more

Terrible customer service. Chase locked my account for like the 100th time and I had no access to my funds or account. I told her my situation, and she said there is no banker on duty. Which does not make sense. I don't know if they just don't want to fix the problem, but otherwise this was a useless option going to branch. Nothing but continuous problems which in they keep locking my account for fradulous activity which is not a problem but the amount of time wasted... about 2-4 hours to fix it. there merchant account services can and will cause you to lose a job and monies. they input improper information, transfer you to the Philippines where they have issues communicating as well as call you a liar and give information that is not correct causing extreme stress that can lead to extreme stress and cause irreparable damage physical, mentally as well as limited my ability to move forward thus causing damage to those in conjunction. I wasn't planning on leaving a review but I was curious ad to what their rating was on this app...no surprise they have 2 stars. Went in for a notary service granted I didn't make an appointment but I waited 45 mins only to be told I would be waiting another 40 mins. Unbelievable! The branch manger was disputing my complaint over the phone when I called after I was told about the wait. Only reason I'll return is for the ATM machine because I won't have to deal with this branch and the managers lack of customer service. It's not a demand that I wanted as a result. I really enjoyed the service I received! The Female that helped me was very attentive and had lots of patience towards me. I wasn't prepared as I usually am but she assisted me all the way even though I know she was in a time limited as it was close to closing. I like this location. Inside, their service is quick and knowledgeable. They're efficient and clean, as any chain would be. I do wish they would keep track if their ATMs outside work. This is the worst Chase bank I have ever been to. I dropped by around 3 pm and the wait is ridiculous. The banks management do not have any respect for people's time. I made a few deposits for my sister here sometimes at the teller window, and like two times now they deposited the money in someone else's account! Apparently they don't make an effort to match names and accounts when depositing checks. It was a good thing I checked the receipts account number to match on my way out or it would have been serious trouble! Now every time I deposit here, I have to check receipts. It would be nice if they can tell you the name of the account as apart of procedure. read more

I share the same frustrations as the other customers of this bank. Service is so slow. Their reason: understaffed. Why would you have a bank understaff on a Saturday when you have ton of people coming in because that's their only free day? Seriously, it wasn't this bad 5 years ago and now it's horrible. Chase definitely has to step up their customer services because they're going to end up losing customers. Each banker spends about 30 minutes with each customer and they're like 10 customers waiting. I was speaking to some and they just needed to get statements. The line at the tellers is also long. I want my banking experience to be expedient, not slow. You disappoint me Chase and I had such high expectations from you. It's a good thing that I have my money at a credit union too. read more

This incedible story needs to be told. If you get a teller named Tina, checke the accuracy of the transaction before you leave the window. Went there to withdraw funds, which is simple enough right? I believe the customer Tina helped before me was a Patrick so and so. Tina gave me the requested funds from Patrick's account and transferred without request several thousaund (ahem 7) out of his account. Walking out the door, I noticed the receipt had Patrick's name on it, his money in my hands and his account emptied. Doing the right thing, went back to Tina. She insisted there was no mistake. Requested to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor understood the mistake but brushed it off as no big deal. One might ask Patrick if it is a big deal when he finds his account empty. The supervisor had no name tag so I asked for her name. She refused to give me her name. The real supervisors were out to lunch and she was covering. She was going to management training in a month. Why would Chase want to train a person to be a supervisor if she is afraid to identify herself and take responsibility for the situation instead of covering up the mistake for Tina. Bottom line be careful when you go to this branch. Also check your monthly statements carefully. Things may happen to your account without your knowledge. read more

Depositing, debit and credit concerns, to customer service mannerism, I always get attention to detail and answers with patience. The atm drive thru is a rarity and truly appreciated. It's convenient for in person transactions and if you're in a rush. Although I have options for many chase locations nearby me, this location is one of my top places. read more

Horrible bank and not quiet knowlegable bankers! I was going to open a new account with them at the same time open a credit card. At first, i came home to get my passport becuase they needed it the banker was Albert, so I came back and got helped with other banker the mexican girl with so bad attitude and not friendly! OK experience with the tellers but my experience with one of the bankers there was not that pleasant. I have had much better service in all the other branches that I have been to.
