Quick and easy! I've been looking for a specific car with certain features and interior. I contacted this agency and they were able to address all my concerns and needs in a timely manner, they didn't take FOREVER to reply to my messages- was able to reach me through other sorts of communication besides regular phone calls, instead they were able to message me on whatsapp, because I have work, and cannot take calls at certain hours of the day. Michael was really respectful and understanding about my needs. He definitely helped relieved the stress I was under-going through car shopping in this pandemic, practically helped me save so much time while I have a tight schedule with front line work. I personally would recommend him if you have any car inquiries, because he not only helps you track down the car you need, but also includes every single detail about pricing and taxes, and hidden fees. There's no need to read a fine print with him. My first stop shop and Michael was able to deliver my new BMW to me! read more

Michael bought out my lease and I felt like he saved me, my car had an accident back in 2018 and made the value drop, I went to multiple car dealerships and none of them would buy out my lease unless I purchased a car from them. My brakes and tires were also done and I also had scratches on my 3 of my rims so I would have also paid a hefty fee to Lexus dealership including lease return fee which was almost $400! But Michael made the processing so easy he even came and picked up the car! Do yourself a favor and save yourself that headache! Reach out to Michael! read more

A few weeks ago, I decided to to start car shopping for my next car. After going to multiple dealerships and speaking with countless sales people, there was 1 thing every sales person told me. Due to the current chip shortages, they were not offering any discounts off of MSRP for any of their cars, and in most cases, there was usually a 5-15k mark-up on the car that I was interested in. What used to cost ~$600 per month pre-COVID was now over $1200 per month. I decided to reach out to Michael from MK Auto to see if he could help me out. I've actually worked with Michael back in 2016. He was the one that helped me out with leasing a Audi S4 and Audi TT when he was still working at Audi Downtown. I gave Michael a call, he asked me a couple of questions, I told him the exact car I wanted (it was a specific model from BMW Beverly Hills), and within 24 hours, Michael was able to get the exact car at a much cheaper price. I signed the contract and the car was delivered to my home where I signed the lease papers. It was awesome not having to step into a dealership and getting a car. Overall, the experience working with Michael and MK Auto was nothing short of amazing. They are extremely quick and responsive, catered to all of my needs, and got me the best deal on the market, and all of this was done in the comfort of my own home over a couple of phone calls. 10/10, would recommend MK Auto to everyone I know. read more

Just moved from NY to LA and needed help buying a car in this crazy market. After weeks of visiting dealerships and speaking to many salespeople, I got frustrated and looked for a car broker to help. I initially found a different one but didn't like working w/ them (felt that I was being talked down to) and then came across Michael's business on Yelp and decided to give him a try. I almost gave up on Michael too though! I tried to contact him on the listed website thru an open form but didn't hear back. I then sent an email to same address and it bounced back (info@ address). I finally decided to message him on Yelp (because how did he have so many 5 star reviews?!) and he responded within a few hours. From there on he was very responsive and uses a different email address than on the website. Michael was very nice and Knowledgeable and explained things to me about the car buying process. I never had a car before so this was appreciated as I felt silly asking my questions to salespeople since I don't know this topic well and I could see salespeople getting a little frustrated with me and make me feel bad. Michael didn't make me feel this way at all. Anyway I knew which car I wanted (Audi q3) and he gave me an estimated price of what he thought he could do that I was happy with. I was a bit hesitant going thru w the process as I'm new to LA and what if this is a scam! Anyway he was very professional and clear about logistics and tried to help me be comfortable with the process. I ended up choosing to have the car delivered to an Audi dealership in Santa Monica and doing the paperwork there so I would feel more comfortable w the process. Michael was able to secure the car and model I wanted at the price point I wanted within a day or two of initial contact. He also answered more of my annoying questions but didn't lose patience w me. He was also available for questions when I was about to sign the contract and didn't understand some terms! Overall I'm happy I worked with Michael as he made my first car purchase smooth and cutting out the awkwardness of dealing w salespeople. Before Michael, I tried to get similar amount of $ off for the model I wanted and was given a "sorry we can't go down that far." Hopefully Michael continues to work his magic with others and happy to recommend his services! He does charge a fee but I was happy to pay it given the stress he saved me! Appreciate the transparency and positive and patient attitude! read more

I don't even know where to begin! The process was so easy!!!! I got the car of my dreams from them! Within a short process, they were there answering all my questions every second of the day. With the pandemic and the pricing of the cars, they literally wanted to charge me double the monthly payment at the dealer. But thank God I reached out to them when I did. I'm paying half the price on a top of the line luxury vehicle!! I can't thank them enough! read more

Michael has sold my family and I a couple cars now and he is AWESOME. I purchased an Audi from him a few years ago and more recently I helped my mom purchase an brand new Audi Q5. She was blown away with how easy the process was and how he was able to beat the price other competitors were offering. I have no complaints whatsoever. He is easy to communicate with, reliable, and overall just on top of everything. Buying a car is typically very draining and is such a battle going back and forth with the salesmen, but not here. Michael is 100% fair and accommodating. read more

I can not stress how professional Mike was during the whole car buying process. I was in the middle of ending a car lease, and he made sure to help me through that process, meanwhile finding the best deal for my next purchase. I am beyond amazed at how knowledgeable this guy is, I can assure anyone that comes to him will find the best deal. Every other person I had gone to prior to finding Mike, was only trying to make money off of their clients. Mike found me the best deal for the actual car that I wanted, when other car brokers were offering me the same price for a cheaper model. This guy made everything happen in such a timely manner, and made sure I wasn't stressed about any part of it. If you are skeptical about making a new car purchase, I would highly recommend going to Mike, he is 100% trustworthy and super humble. read more

I've been searching for a new car for a while now. Michael presented a clean, efficient, broken down, and concise plan for me to understand. He worked with me within my budget to find just what I needed. Everything was communicated easily over the phone without all the hassle of sitting in a dealership while they try to upsell you with confusing numbers and extra products. They went the extra mile doing a drop off delivery. During the process of review, they even brought out an extra hard copy to follow along the breakdown. Michael confidently and patiently explained each charge for me to understand. All in all, great customer service. Thank you. read more
