I ended up leaving without a car, had to call an Uber, and arrived 1.5 hours late to Skid Row where I feed the homeless every Wednesday. That delay affected real people who depend on us. After 12 years of loyalty, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. Do better
