    Checkout page, no "or equivalent" verbiage.

    Rented a Tesla, attempting to test it out for a day before deciding to buy one. Checkout said that it was specifically a Tesla I was getting, not "or equivalent". However that verbiage only started popping up on emails. So I called, nervous I might get another car and the representative at Avis confirmed to me that it would indeed be a Tesla. I drove over to the location and got dropped off. Waited in the lobby for about 10 minutes while the employee talked to her brother about his birthday in a back room. Finally they came out, looked up my reservation and told me my Hyundai was ready. Then instead of helping me, they made me call the 1-800 number to process a cancellation. Horrible service. Bait and switch tactics. Not a good experience at all. Feel free to download their app and confirm that it doesn't say "or Equivalent" anywhere through the checkout process.

The second charge declined, and even after I showed proof on my phone that the first charge went through, she said she didn't remember processing it. I waited over an hour while they tried to fix it. Citibank even confirmed to them that the charge was approved--but they still did nothing and attempted to charge me again. I ended up leaving without a car, had to call an Uber, and arrived 1.5 hours late to Skid Row where I feed the homeless every Wednesday. That delay affected real people who depend on us. After 12 years of loyalty, this level of disorganization and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. Do better

On the morning of the reservation, I received a telephone call letting me know they did not have the minivan. WTF?! Someone else on yelp recently complained about the exact same situation, so Enterprise has a major problem. They connected me with their "customer service" line and the rep escalated it to a district manager. I never received a callback. Fortunately, Hertz had a last-minute cancellation and I was able to get the same minivan $100 cheaper. Needless to say, I will NEVER use Enterprise again. Please do not use your cut & paste answer letting me know how sorry you are and how much you value me as a customer. Save it for someone who believes you.

I got there 20 mins early for my reservation just hoping we can at least get paperwork completed, I understand the car won't be ready until 10:30 but since I was there 20 minutes early she basically refused to help me & said she couldn't till 10:30. I told her that if there's anything we can start now so I can get on the road by 10:30 once the car is there and she said no , she refused to check , to ask or to even look at my acct. she also said I should've called to change it to earlier time ( which I did call 3 times but they didn't answer ) I told her that I did call and she was so smug and said " weird you must've not called I've been here all morning " I had to show her my call log for her to drop it. She was so smug and unhelpful . I have no idea why they would have someone working like that, what is there to be mad at so early into the day. It's so sad because I was going to rent my car for over a week but due to their employee I canceled my reservation and walked out.

My wife and I love this business so let me elaborate: Rental: I was just inquiring about renting a Camper Van from Todd and he explained everything about everything. I took up his time like crazy asking all kinds of questions day after day and no matter how much I called at inopportune times he would always answer with a positive attitude and give me the low down on any questions and concerns. He even called me to say that he had put the van aside for me and that people were interested and wanted to offer the van to me first. I couldn't miss out so I finally booked. What a guy. Picking up the Van was great and easy. I showed up and Todd wasn't there but Tom is there working hard to make everything work and polish all the details on the cleaning. He takes the time for the tour, gives tips, friendly and helpful in every way even under the immense heat and more obnoxious loads of questions. On the road: I never had an issue but if i had some concerns or forgot how to work something, Todd would always answer or call back shortly after. I felt safe knowing that the Van is very well maintained and that I had someone REALLY there if I needed it. The Pleasure Way Vans that are available are top of the line comfort for these camper vans, and it was really enjoyable to travel in it. We did 3500 miles and did amazing things and stayed at amazing places. All this trip wouldn't of been as special without our home on wheels. Its fun and very convenient to always have everything with you.
