DO NOT RENT FROM HERE OR CALL THIS BRANCH. Do not call 626-714-3485. They will record your voice to train their AI! I went in person to pick up my rental car. They kept asking if I wanted to upgrade, I said no. They took the time to sanitize the car.... BUT WHY OH WHY DID THEY NOT NOTICE THE HUBCAPS ZIPTIED ON? ALSO LOOSE HUBCAPS? My partner noticed this, only AFTER OUR HUB CAP FELL OFF WHILE DRIVING! Thank god my partner was driving and noticed. Hub cap was on a street in Pasadena. They walked into oncoming traffic to pick up the hub cap because we of course would have been charged for the hub cap that went missing off the car! This location on Foothill was closed, so we had to go to Enterprise Burbank for a replacement car. Over there a poor lady had a car that just wouldn't turn on anymore. She saw my hub cap video and said that was more scary. Thank goodness I was not on the freeway and the hub cap did not hit another car or a person! Why is Foothill Enterprise letting people drive off with cars with loose hubcaps and hubcaps with zipties? This is unacceptable and dangerous. PICK UP YOU CAR FOM THE BURBANK AIRPORT ENTERPRISE LOCATION. 833-740-1717 Is the enterprise phone number that doesn't use your voice to train ai, at least they didn't say it. read more

I had an amazing experience with Enterprise from start to finish. My rental began with Kobie on July 7 and ended with Danny and George on August 5, and every step of the process was exceptional. The customer service is truly impeccable, and I was treated with professionalism, kindness, and respect throughout my entire experience. This is the reason I always come back to this location whenever I need a rental. The team consistently provides phenomenal service, making this my favorite Enterprise rental location. Please give a special shout-out to Kobie, Danny, and George, and let them know that Sarabel sincerely thanks them for making every rental experience such a positive one. Your outstanding customer service does not go unnoticed! read more

This is only one of two rental car services in the area that does not have miserable Yelp ratings for both service and vehicle cleanliness--the only other 4 star is one of the other Enterprises in the area. The people who helped us on pick up and return were polite and friendly. As is typical of rental car services with good service, they were out of our class of car and so upgraded us for free to the next higher level. The car was clean, in good condition, but was on empty, so we had to get gas from a close station ASAP. We did have to wait a bit during pick up even though they did not appear busy, but not for too long. Return was much faster. Would definitely give this location a try again when in need of a rental vehicle. read more

I rented a car because my car was being repaired. My experience at this Enterprise location was great. Georgi was very professional and provided my with a nice Rav 4. The return was easy and the gentleman that drove me to the car shop was very nice. Overall great place to rent a car from. I will definitely recommend it and will return for future rentals. read more

These folks are class acts. I will quite literally extend my rental for an extra day over the weekend when they aren't open just so I can book with them. Friendly, professional and fast service. They always go the extra mile. I've had mixed experiences with other enterprise locations, this one is a standout. read more

Denise and Colby are superstars! I watched Denise handle an insanely busy morning with poise and kindness. Denise took my last minute request and upgrade to help me have the time of my life. I had a seriously negative experience with this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location, and I would strongly caution others before renting here. At pickup, I was told there would be a $300 deposit refunded after I returned the vehicle. When I returned the car, I confirmed this again and was told it would be refunded within 3 business days. That did not happen. The issues didn't stop there. I was charged for an extra day without a clear explanation, and when I requested a receipt, I was told I had to physically come back into the branch to get it instead of being sent a simple email. More concerning, there were serious inconsistencies with the insurance claim they said was submitted to Wawanesa. Based on what I was told, the information provided was incorrect, and it appears the claim may not have even been properly submitted. When I tried to resolve all of this, I spoke with Denise. Instead of helping, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility or working toward a resolution, I was told to handle it myself through my insurance company. At this point, it feels like I was given inaccurate information at multiple stages, charged incorrectly, and then brushed off when I tried to get answers. This is not just poor customer service, it shows a lack of accountability and basic operational competence. If you rent from this location, document everything, double-check every charge, and don't rely on what you're told verbally read more

Thank you so much to Colby for being helpful! Customer service was outstanding and the car I got was too.

This Enterprise was very nice to deal with. Got in a hit and run. I went thru my insurance GEICO. Dropped off my car at a local body shop on 04/14. Enterprise picked us up at the body shop same day within minutes. Drove us to the Enterprise and just waited 10 minutes as there was two people ahead of us at the cashier window. Gave our insurance info and in no time went outside to choose a vehicle. We told them since going thru insurance to give us options no out of pocket. He said we can have up to mid size SUV. Ended up with a '24 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Took another 10 min to wash and clean the car. We were out in under 30 min. Our car is done with the repairs by 04/18. Drive back to the body shop with the rental. Left the rental at the body shop. Called Enterprise and they said to leave keys with the receptionist and they will pick up the car. 5 stars A++++++++. Will do business with them again read more

I had a great experience at this Enterprise location. They were quick, courteous, and the rental process was quite hassle-free. A nice young man (Colby, I believe) was very patient with a customer ahead of me, and I was very impressed with his professionalism and service. Will use again, should the need arise. read more

Had a great experience here. Upon arrival, I was attended by Denise who guided me through some insurance issues and advocated for me with the insurance team. Although, it was a little busy, she handled it very well and took care of everyone promptly. I would recommend! read more

We have rented vehicles from this location on many occasions over the past few years and each time the experience was smooth and seamless. Most recently I had to unexpectedly leave my car at the dealership for servicing for a couple of days and needed a car at the last minute for work. I made a reservation online and less than an hour later they had a car ready to go for me. The staff at the Foothill location are so easygoing and pleasant while also being very efficient and professional. They are really good people to work with and they make the whole process easy. read more

This review is about the great service that I received at the Foothill Enterprise RAC in Pasadena. I was not having the best day. I was getting a rental car due to an accident where I would need to be without my car for a while. I came in grouchy because I had to miss some time at work (I love my job and the work I do) and I was just a grouch. Denise at Enterprise on Foothill couldn't have been more professional in working with me, and after a couple of minutes, I realized that I was fortunate to be working with them. I got the car that I needed, and I couldn't be happier with the service and care that I received from them. It was also a nice reminder that even with all of the things going on in the world, a deep breath and some reflection can bring us back to our center. Denise modeled this, and I plan to work with them more in the future. read more

We have rented from this location many times and we never have a single issue! The staff are great and there's always the right cars available. They've been good to us on multiple occasions in comparison to other locations read more

Firstly, I wanted to wait to review in the event I was writing out of being upset however, I'm still very disappointed. This location is in such a rush....to get you anything .....but what you made reservations for. It was literally only two of us and yet it took them 45 minutes to prep the incorrect car! I voiced my concerns and it was clear they didn't care and said you'll be fine. I made the appointment for a reason...and I would have waited for the correct car but at 45 mins I had no choice but to leave as this was already beyondddd the alleged reservation and what it typically takes. The car wasn't even washed properly, we found people's trash in the dash and trunk after. There was scuffs everywhere and the worker walked around the car "inspecting it" while looking at the iPad...impressive they can inspect something without looking at what they are "inspecting." Ironically though, if you put a positive review on yelp you'll get a "real" person thanking you for said positive review. Yet, if it's not what they want it's a robot who says "sorry to hear this happened to you, email us here" and nothing gets resolved. I understand it is a business so if you want to chance not getting anything you reserved ...look no further than here. I know this is long but if you take anything from this post please let it be this: you should not walk....but run...away from this place. read more

Rating: (5/5) I had my car repaired at a nearby auto shop and had the opportunity to rent from this location and I am thrilled to share my outstanding experience with Enterprise in Pasadena on Foothill. From start to finish, every interaction with the staff exemplified professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. A special shout out to Brian who was able to get me into a Maserati and a nice Audi as I rode in style while my car was getting repaired. I'd like to acknowledge Danny who was so friendly and personable as he helped me shuttle to and from the body shop and made sure the car was clean and ready for me to use. Thanks to Josh and Manny too for all their help! Upon entering the Enterprise branch, I was warmly greeted by Brian who efficiently assisted me through the rental process. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. What truly stood out was Brian's ability to manage some really difficult patrons under pressure (by himself! he was the only one at the front while managing 4 other patrons at the time while his colleagues were on break or lunch) with professionalism and while being really courteous which can be challenging when people are barking at you. The rental process itself was streamlined and hassle-free, a testament to the team's proficiency in managing administrative tasks promptly. They explained the terms and conditions of the rental agreement clearly, leaving no room for ambiguity. This level of transparency was greatly appreciated and immediately set a tone of trust for the entire transaction. The two cars I had each time were impeccably clean and well-maintained, reflecting Enterprise's commitment to delivering quality service. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it made the overall driving experience all the more enjoyable. Thanks Danny for your hard work and I appreciate your efforts! What truly sets this Enterprise branch apart is its people. The staff demonstrated not only professionalism and efficiency but also a genuine warmth that transformed what could have been a mundane errand into a pleasant and memorable interaction. Their commitment to going the extra mile was evident throughout my entire experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this Enterprise branch to anyone in need of car rental services. The staff's commitment to exceptional service, combined with their attention to detail and customer-centric approach, makes this establishment a cut above the rest. My recent rental experience left me thoroughly impressed, and I am confident that others will share in the same sentiment. Thank you to the entire team at Enterprise on Foothill for setting the gold standard in customer service within the car rental industry. I will undoubtedly choose your services for any future rental needs. read more

I had a great experience at this Enterprise. Nicholas and Denise are friendly and helpful. I needed a car when my car was repaired. Enterprise picked me up at the body shop. I reviewed hertz and enterprise rental. Enterprise came out better. Then I needed to decide which enterprise. This location had much better reviews. I went in to reserve in person since the online reservation was not specific enough. Nicholas helped me out. Helped me find a 6 seater for me. These are hard to come by, but it happened. Day of, a suburban was ready. On the day of my return, it was smooth. When I called about a missing gas cap, Denise made note and asked me about the car and even offered for me to exchange if I wanted to. Since it didn't affect the driving I kept it. They offered me a ride back to pick up my car after I returned the rental. Great service. Will return for other rentals. read more

I have been to this Enterprise three times. The staff are great, it's not a large location and they don't usually have many vehicles to choose from but they have always given me really nice cars. I was picking up a car to drive while mine was down the street for repairs. I was dealing with Farmers Insurance (the carrier of the driver who hit me) and the agent was being a jerk and refusing to pay for a Tesla even though he knew my Tesla was now in the shop. Well, the good folks at Enterprise stepped in when I was getting the run around from the Farmers agent. They got on the phone with him and didn't take any of his excuses. They really went to bat for me and worked hard to get me into a comparable vehicle to the one I'djust lost the use of. I appreciate the great service and will be back for any future car rental needs just based on my experience with their awesome team members. Thank you, Enterprise, for taking such good care of me and two individual shout outs to Brian and Denise for going above and beyond on my behalf! read more

Thanks Denise and Nathan for their wonderful service. They are both super friendly and efficient. After my car accident, I desperately needed a rental. On that day, there's only a small car available. After a week, I needed to extend my rental, so I decided to go there and ask if I needed to sign anything extra. I couldn't believe Nathan just offered me a bigger car, without charging me any extra, without me asking! And when I returned my car, Denise even offered me a ride. That's really sweet. I'll definitely come back, if I ever need a rental. read more

Denise and Danny were very helpful and very nice thank you. They helped me get my car at a low price

I needed a rental while my car was being repaired. I came in on a Monday morning, in which I was told that the only vehicle available was an Audi, but my insurance would cover it. I was hoping for something a little bigger, but because I needed to get to work I notified the manager, Josh that I'd take anything. Josh was helpful, friendly and personable and ensured that everything was excellent upon my return. Don't hesitate to come to this location! Thank you Josh! read more

Hands down, I will definitely rent again from Enterprise, especially at this location. Same as the other reviewer, people were very attentive, genuinely cared about your needs, and made sure you were happy! They were very professional as well! Price wise, they were very competitive and reasonable! At first, I rented mid-SUV, but I needed to upgrade to Minivan. Manny was able to locate me one that was great for my needs, and the price was reasonable. Everything went well from start to finish!!! Thanks, Manny, for everything! You are the Best! ;-) read more

Horrible service every-time I came here this location never has vehicles available!!!!!! Denise has no phone etiquette whatsoever. It's my first time booking a rental car through my insurance so I had a a few questions regarding the process. She had me on speaker the whole time and during our conversation, I could hear her talking to other people in the background so I had no clue as to whether or not she was talking to me or somebody else. She was abrupt and impatient and when I asked her valid questions regarding rental prices and fees, she was very rude and condescending and acted like she was too busy or preoccupied to answer my questions. Rude and unhelpful. I ended up booking a rental somewhere else. Bye Denise. read more

My rental car reservation was booked through Insurence company. I was pertty excited to get a different car to drive while my car is repairing. One of staff named Katie picked me from the auto body shop. I asked her is possible to get SUV instead of mini Van. She said we reserved a vehicle for you. I thought they didn't have enough car to do so. However, There was at least 10 vehicles parked in the lot when I got there. I asked her again, Can I get another car besides mini van. She didn't even think and said No all vehicles are reserved. We ONLY have mini van for you. Thanks Katie for providing "excellent" service. I felt it deeply. Wondering do you always answer your customers NO???!!!! read more

Hey my name is janey I was having the worse day ever yesterday ,from my car getting stolen to money getting taken out my account ,after I reported my car stolen to my insurance and to the police my insurance made a reservation for me to get a Rent-A-Car doing so I called the fair oaks location and I spoke to one of the team members there his name was Jason. I believe so he had offered me a BMW or a choice from an Audi. He told me he would save both cars for me and I informed him that I was having the worst day ever, please make sure he had the cars so I can see them and would be a best fit for me and my boys so heading over there. I took an Uber and when I got there, Jason informed me that the Audi was being rented for someone else. I was very upset and he tried to push a small BMW on me which I knew it would not fit my boys car seats so I left his location really more upset and disappointed than I was today. I called the location on foothill. I spoke to a wonderful lady named Denise as soon as I got there, Denise helped me out so much. She ended up upgrading me and staying at my rate that I was supposed to stay out with my insurance to a SUV BMW, so Denise thank you for the bottom of my heart. I thought I was having the really worst day ever but when I got the most amazing customer service that you have provided to me made my day a little better so I appreciate you and sorry, but I forgot the young man's name but he was also an amazing help thank u both for having the most wonderful customer service ever so I recommend you go to the foothill location instead of anywhere else if you're renting a vehicle and speak to Denise amazing customer service. Thank you again. read more

My car is getting fixed at the VW dealership down the street from this location. I have an insurance claim that includes car rental so they send my paperwork to this enterprise. The guy there calls me tells me he received my information and has one small car available but he can show me other options. I said that's fine I don't need anything extra since this is only temporary. I get there maybe an hour later and he starts my paperwork then mentions conveniently that the one small car is broken now. So he shows me the cars available and tells me I'll have to pay $10 a day out of pocket. Such a scam. Worst customer service! I left immediately and called the Colorado location. They got my information and had a car available. I was in and out in 5 minutes! Much better location with more cars. Don't come here. It is a waste of time. read more
