When I got to the office and met Angie and Susanna, I was met with big smiles, friendly and efficient help getting my new storage unit, and Angie took me on a walk-thru to see where it was, and I was glad to see it was clean and the temperature was mid 70's inside while it was a toasty mid 90's outside! My unit is on the second floor and they have a large freight elevator so no stairs! Yay! Security seems very good, and it is easy to get to the location on city streets. Furniture chewed on, plastic containers chewed through, cardboard boxes had nests inside of them. As we are cleaning out the unit, one of the boxes had a rat inside of it.

The service at this location is amazing. I've mostly dealt with Aaron the manager, but the other employees have always been really nice and extremely helpful if I've ever had questions. Any questions or issues I've had (mostly my own issues, not with them) they've been more than willing to listen and figure out what would work for me to make things as easy for me as possible. For the first time in about 20 years, no one in my family has a storage unit anywhere, but if I need one again, I'll be coming back here for sure.

They say they will have camera next week in the hall but the police told me they won't have camera forever if they say so. If this doesn't happen on you, you won't feel how terrible their service is. They earn money so easy that they even can't guarantee your lock won't be cut. Believe me a storage service should have camera and monitor system. Instead only having one camera at the gate.
