The last time I was in I brought to the property manager's attention that there were dents on the door to my unit - someone months ago had apparently damaged several in my row - and she said she would put in a work order for it to be repaired. A couple of months later I called because of an auto-pay issue, and she said the request was still pending. Today when I went the first problem I encountered was that the sign-in for the elevator was not working - not for me or the other people waiting. Pressed the intercom button several times. No response. Finally got up to my unit, and the door was still dented, so decided to stop by the office. As I was getting in my car to leave the gated area, the gate opened wide, but there was no body in the area seeking to enter. stopped by the office. No one there. Called the posted number on the office that advertises it is to speak to the property manager. I was put in an endless voicemail loop. There was a choice for speaking to an agent, but that choice reverted to the main menu. Meanwhile my rate go up and up. Poor security, poor maintenance of the propery, no one available when things go wrong, no one to reach by telephone. Poor everything.

That's right, they more than doubled the rent with a single increase only a few months in. The best part is they're currently advertising the same size unit for a non-promo rent of $114. I've had two break-ins the first time I didn't get insurance the second time I did I made a claim, but now the policy says it is not effective until the 26th this happened on the 21st isn't that unreal? Unreal not only that they put me in a unit that was broken into twice, they did not board up drywall they only put wood over the holes which if I just got a screwdriver I'd be able to to take those off and then break in unit. How is it that the district manager goes in there and says what's the problem what's wrong? I'm like I have no walls. Don't you see the holes? The district manager, Julio has the biggest attitude and very condescending. He treats people like crap and does not protect his customers when we are spending money to keep our valuable stuff here how is that a district manager does not know about the first break or the second break how is it that he doesn't know about the walls, it's because he didn't want to know Jason the manager on site is amazing. He left it in my notes. He made sure that Julio knew the communication was great but Julio district manager did not want to do anything about it.! Now they are saying I cannot claim anything due to insurance has not gone into effect which is unbelievable because I did exactly what they told me to do and they still did not let the claim go through. It is very unsafe here there's no security and poor management from the district manager, Julio if you have AAA file a claim with them but do not rent here they don't care about you Carel will only let you stay here for two hours which is complete bullshit. She asked me for a key to unit after the fact that they did not do what they were told to do which was fixed the walls when she asked me for a key, I said don't I have to sign something I can't just give you a key and she said oh yeah, I forgot. THIS IS SOOOOO BAD !! Asst manager Carol was rude to me and made me put my things back into my broken unit because the boss didn't want to fix your unit. Then told on 3/22 I had met Julio talked to the boss Julio and how unprofessional he was My interaction with Julio and him knowing he's the district manager Julio was rude and unprofessional. He made me feel unworthy as a customer. I can't believe the district manager Julio had that much attitude and even try to throw another employee Julio underneath the bus just because they have the same name and I said no Carel already told me who district manager was so I confronted him. the manager Jason always helped me and got my unit fixed right away when the wall broke. I was lied to by the district manager I said how is it that you don't know about these two break-ins so I was moved into another unit so they could fix the broken walls of my unit then in the middle of work I was forced to get out of that unit and I was forced to put all my stuff into the unit that was broken into. How does that make sense that night It happened again ! I walked in the next morning, and there was another big hole in the wall. Do not rent here they don't care about you at all they don't have proper security! Julio lied and knew about these break ins , carol all she does is spy and not let you breath . These ppl don't deserve to work here they do nothing for this place! Jason the ONSITE Manager was the most caring person here!! I will be moving forward with this claim and getting in touch with corporate management and a lawyer !

Our travel trailer was broken into last night. There is no security other than a motorized gate. The fences are not electrified, contrary to signs posted indicating they are. I don't believe they even knew anything was wrong until a renter reported vandalism. I was called at 4pm from the office staff for an incident that occurred some time between last night and this morning. So why was I called at 4pm and not earlier? They are clueless. I counted 10 different travel trailers, a couple of boats, and two limos were all broken into with stuff littered everywhere. Broken doors, windows and locks. No apologies from the office staff. No empathy or care shown. Just another day.

She texted me immediately whenever I had questions and the initial offer for first 3 months was a nice incentive. When I got to the office and met Angie and Susanna, I was met with big smiles, friendly and efficient help getting my new storage unit, and Angie took me on a walk-thru to see where it was, and I was glad to see it was clean and the temperature was mid 70's inside while it was a toasty mid 90's outside! My unit is on the second floor and they have a large freight elevator so no stairs! Yay! Security seems very good, and it is easy to get to the location on city streets. For one thing, the office has a large screen computer where you can see the security cameras work. For all the cameras in other places, I've never seen staff actually monitoring the cameras. And it's clean! I swear they must vacuum the property three times a day or something! Friendly, active staff, clean public restroom, a nice second home for your stuff! They do automatic or in person payments, we prefer auto. Basically, they are great!
