Great experience!! First time storage renter and I am overly satisfied with service. The property manager April and customer service representative Grace were extremely helpful and quiet pleasant to speak to. The facility was very well maintained, extremely clean and updated. The security system in which they use is quiet high tech and makes me feel as though my possessions will be very safe. I will definitely be recommending this facility to anyone and everyone who asks about renting storage units and will definitely be praising April and Grace as wonderful people to work with. All requirements, paperwork, and rental issues were addressed and explained in great detail. Hopefully this consumer review will draw more happy customers to this facility! read more

Best storage pricing in town and easy to get to. We're going to save over half of what we were paying somewhere else. The people are super nice and the sign up only took a few minutes. It's also one of the nicest places around. Some of the local storage facilities are pretty old and run down at this point. Because it's such a nice place and storage units see seasonal use from students and others who are there short term, once you see the size you want, don't wait around on it, they can go pretty fast. Using Storage Outlet has been a really easy and satisfying experience. read more

I went into this facility to inquire about storage because I was planning a move, I was greeted by the staff April and De Lacey. They were very friendly and helpful and showed me the property and what size that would fit my needs. I explained to them that I would not be needing the storage that day and they completely understood and provided me the information I need when I return. My move had to put on hold for a couple months, but when it is time I will definitely return to this storage facility just because of the staff they were so professional. read more

I've had an outstanding experience with this storage facility, and a huge part of that is thanks to Terry, the manager. She is incredibly helpful, kind, and genuinely committed to making the entire process smooth and stress‑free. From explaining options clearly to going out of her way to make sure you get exactly what you need, Terry consistently goes above and beyond. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well‑maintained, but Terry's exceptional customer service is what truly sets it apart and why I highly recommend storing here. read more

I was recommended by a friend. Marisela was very friendly. She gave me sizes and prices on all the units. She wanted to make sure I got what I was looking for. I was not disappointed at all. The units and property are very clean. Very accommodating! All the units are well lit. If Marisela wasn't there, there was always someone on the property to assist you if you needed anything. This is hands down the best storage facility I have ever found! The facilities themselves are ,for the most part ,all drive up access, supper secure safe, with one point of entry that's monitored by the front office. Everything with the unit was spectacular with clean ready to go units. Specifically Sondra at the front office was great making the mundane experience far from mundane. Will be recommending this facility to everyone . read more
