They were very flexible and offered 2 options. They showed me both storages and I had noticed how organized and clean everything was. From the parking, the office, the pavements, the outside of the storage structures and inside. It looks pretty brand new! They also have dollies and carts to help you. Everytime I go and they see me, they wave and ask if everything is OK. They send me reminders for my monthly payment and answer all the questions I may have. I have used storages in the past and nothing compares to this establishment.

Turns out, they had a great special going on, set me up for the following weekend, super easy sign up, great space! Even gave me tips on why certain spaces were better than others. I got a 10 x 15 I think. Fast forward to today, Sunday again, and I finally got the last few items out. I went into the office to ask how I close out, they said take a picture of the empty unit, leave the door open, show or just send us the pic, and your done. The guy even took off my auto pay right then and there. I went back in, showed them the picture and they said thank you for using our space. Omg! Easiest part of our move, from start to finish. Here are the details: What I love: clean, cool, easy to download app, secure, great lighting, great location (grab a Starbucks coffee or a bite at Archibald's, convenient to the freeway), plenty of parking, bays for cars and for large moving trucks, very friendly staff (thank you Dahlia) , clean bathrooms, drinking fountains, and plenty of trolleys to go around - I never had a problem finding a trolley. Easy to secure and easy to close out. Love this place. And the rates are super competitive. Yes you can get creeper, but the locations of other places are sketchy, poor lighting, not temp controlled, and I saw a rat near one. No thank you. This place ROCKS!!! As far as security, you're really don't even need your own lock. The app unlocks the doors to get into the building. Then, if you can't remember where your unit is (I never had a problem, but it's quite a maze inside), you can use the app to find your unit! You use the app to unlock your units door - if the light is green, it's unlocked. When you close it, the light turns red, indicating it's locked. Take a look at my pics - you'll see the little green light on the side of the door. Would put this place over the top: there is no internet inside the building. Can't call or text, which can be a problem if you're meeting someone there and your busy inside your unit. Also, trash cans and trash bins would be super helpful. Like the large trash bins. I know you're not a dump, but would be really helpful for things like old pillows, broken furniture, and the like. Truly outstanding service. Outstanding facility. I hope I never need a storage unit again, but if I do, this is the best place. And you absolutely have my recommendation!

They insist you do an automatic payment thru your bank/card. I usually don't allow this, but I don't know why I did. After a couple of months, I thought I would keep the storage unit permanently. That is until April. Only 4 months after renting the unit, that's right, a whole 4 months later, I get a notice from my bank that US Storage withdrew 40% OVER the agreed upon price.40%! I contacted the storage place and they gave me the typical, "Rates go up anytime we decide and for any amount we want based upon supply/demand." I told them this is criminal and owners must be notified prior to increase. They said they mailed a postcard stating a rate increase but not how much. I double checked and never received it. They admitted it was on a postcard type mailer so they save money. Never got it. I was told I could ask for rate mediation and they would get back to me in 24 hours. So I did... It has now been 5 days and not a peep from them. I have already contacted several other storage places and will be moving out at end of month. This place is unethical, greedy and lies. Please don't do business with them, they will rip you off.

Deceptive prices. Quick price increases…read more I started 2 years ago. The price was $164 a unit (with a first month promo of $82). Today, i'm paying $300+ a month. However, the website says that if you move in today in 2026, the price is still $164 a month for the same unit, with the same first month promo. They talk about needing to increase prices to adjust for the market. If that's the case, why are you still offering $164 for a new unit but charging old customers double?
