So, here's the deal: had to do a mad dash to move everything we had in our 2600 sft house bc found out we got a great family to rent to on 12/18 and they wanted to take possession on 1/1! I thought we could do a SLOW move as we were downsizing. Stressed beyond belief, especially with the holidays right around the corner! I came to this place on a Sunday, in a panic. Turns out, they had a great special going on, set me up for the following weekend, super easy sign up, great space! Even gave me tips on why certain spaces were better than others. I got a 10 x 15 I think. Fast forward to today, Sunday again, and I finally got the last few items out. I went into the office to ask how I close out, they said take a picture of the empty unit, leave the door open, show or just send us the pic, and your done. The guy even took off my auto pay right then and there. I went back in, showed them the picture and they said thank you for using our space. Omg! Easiest part of our move, from start to finish. Here are the details: What I love: clean, cool, easy to download app, secure, great lighting, great location (grab a Starbucks coffee or a bite at Archibald's, convenient to the freeway), plenty of parking, bays for cars and for large moving trucks, very friendly staff (thank you Dahlia) , clean bathrooms, drinking fountains, and plenty of trolleys to go around - I never had a problem finding a trolley. Easy to secure and easy to close out. Love this place. And the rates are super competitive. Yes you can get creeper, but the locations of other places are sketchy, poor lighting, not temp controlled, and I saw a rat near one. No thank you. This place ROCKS!!! As far as security, you're really don't even need your own lock. The app unlocks the doors to get into the building. Then, if you can't remember where your unit is (I never had a problem, but it's quite a maze inside), you can use the app to find your unit! You use the app to unlock your units door - if the light is green, it's unlocked. When you close it, the light turns red, indicating it's locked. Take a look at my pics - you'll see the little green light on the side of the door. Would put this place over the top: there is no internet inside the building. Can't call or text, which can be a problem if you're meeting someone there and your busy inside your unit. Also, trash cans and trash bins would be super helpful. Like the large trash bins. I know you're not a dump, but would be really helpful for things like old pillows, broken furniture, and the like. Truly outstanding service. Outstanding facility. I hope I never need a storage unit again, but if I do, this is the best place. And you absolutely have my recommendation! read more

In a word, "Scam." It is simply ridiculous how this place operates. I rented a unit in December 2025. I needed some extra space while I re-organized my house. They insist you do an automatic payment thru your bank/card. I usually don't allow this, but I don't know why I did. After a couple of months, I thought I would keep the storage unit permanently. That is until April. Only 4 months after renting the unit, that's right, a whole 4 months later, I get a notice from my bank that US Storage withdrew 40% OVER the agreed upon price.40%! I contacted the storage place and they gave me the typical, "Rates go up anytime we decide and for any amount we want based upon supply/demand." I told them this is criminal and owners must be notified prior to increase. They said they mailed a postcard stating a rate increase but not how much. I double checked and never received it. They admitted it was on a postcard type mailer so they save money. Never got it. I was told I could ask for rate mediation and they would get back to me in 24 hours. So I did... It has now been 5 days and not a peep from them. I have already contacted several other storage places and will be moving out at end of month. This place is unethical, greedy and lies. Please don't do business with them, they will rip you off. read more

I signed up for a storage unit in October. After just four months, they raised my rent by 27%. It's outrageous. In California, residential rent increases are capped at around 5-10%, but storage facilities have no cap, so they can raise prices as much as they want. It feels like a bait‑and‑switch: offer a low move‑in rate to get you in, then hit you with a 20-50% increase shortly after. Very disappointing and unfair business practice. read more

I have a unit here for 15 months storing some furniture while looking for a new home. The facilities are nice and a good value at the advertised rates. Unfortunately, the monthly rental rate increased several times within a year and I am now paying over 50% more than the non-promo monthly rate when I first moved in. Not a value at what I am paying currently but it would cost more to move my stuff than to save ~$50/month which is probably what they are hoping for. I rented a unit at this location from Aug 2024 thru July 2025. During this 1 year period rents was increased almost 50%. They lure you in with half off the first month, then your first rent increase starts on your 3rd month. They know people are stuck once everything is moved in to storage. They know what a hassle and inconvenience it will be for people to move out. They follow a very deceptive business practice and take advantage of their customers. Speaking with other tenets during my time there, this seems to be happening to all tenants. This practice of taking advantage of their customers, usually during a vulnerable time in the customers life, in my view is CRIMINAL! this is nothing less than corporate GREED!! read more

I needed a small unit for a short term lease. They prorated my first month's rent, but refused to prorate my last month. So I ended up paying $87 for 6 days of use. Not a huge surprise coming from a corporation, but it's annoying. The front office is constantly closed even during its "open" hours (separate from the access hours). When closing my account, I had to call three times before it was finalized. Each time, I confirmed the unit had been cleared. Make sure you leave the unit door open because they'll never check. Too bad I already moved and didn't drive all the way back to open it for them (they can open units remotely, but chose not to). They also have a mice problem. It's pretty disgusting, but I'm sure that's a problem with any storage unit. read more

Don't get me wrong it's a nice facility on the inside but this place lacks communication and has horrible customer service I've called with my concerns and nobody cares enough to give a call back or even touch base on my concerns. I rent two units around the same time. Unfortunately on the 3rd month a notice of increase of 40% to 43%. This was not a limited discount rate period. I currently rent 6 other units with 2 different storage company for multiple years and never seen such an aggressive price hike...only after a few months....Other storage company usually it is a gradually increase once a year.or 9th month...and that is understandable.increase rates of 15%to 20% are acceptable....So at this rate i will be paying 1800 per month by mid 2025...for 2 units thats started at a little over 600..per month from June of this year....Therefore be aware of such business practice...for long term renter. read more

When it opened and we arrived to open an account, there was initially a misunderstanding, since the price wasn't the same as advertised, but the staff associate named Lee was very accommodating in making sure to get it priced matched to the original offer. And he was very helpful in finding us a storage unit that fit our needs, and making sure we had ample time for our move and transfer. The facility is very clean, and the entry into it, the elevators, and our storage unit all require a digital key that's specific to the primary holder only, but allows for sharing of the digital key. Even with this easy-to-use access, you can still use your own lock. There are security cameras in the main hallways, and there's a motion sensor inside your unit for extra security. My experience with this place, so far, is great! read more

Other than the facility being always clean and convenient it is hard now to swallow how they are price gouging. I have been with this storage unit now for 2 years going on three, The price was reasonable for 10x30 unit. The second year went up about $50 which was to be expected. This year however, I believe they are just price gouging. I understand that everything is going up from gas, food, interest rates, housing, etc., but not at 125% increase. I was paying $562 a month for 10x30 unit. I didn't care if it wasn't on the first floor. As of today it jump to $711. That is a $149 increase on storage. Yet the website is showing $515 a month for the same size unit. I could understand a $50 bump increase but $149 dollars. That is just highway robbery. read more

Way better than my past experience with Public Storage. I've never had any issue accessing my unit. The Bluetooth entry is great so I don't need the office to be open to access my unit. Carts are available by the door, no need to leave my ID with the office to check out a cart. The place is clean and secure. I feel totally at ease storing my stuff here. read more

The storage facility is New and in pristine condition. The staff is very attentive as well. I would give the facility 5 stars, but there is no WiFi offered.
