I had a storage unit here for about almost 3 years. Mind you, I like public storage, but the previous property I came from was a lot cleaner and I was able to access my unit after 6pm if needed. This place always seems to have some type of bugs crawling in and out of my unit even after I sprayed multiple times, and their access hours are probably the most inconvenient of any storage I've had. The area surrounding the business is also not the safest, but for the time I was here those were my only complaints. read more

Javier, the manager is awesome, He was really helpful in setting up our account and making sure we got the move in special. I've rented a lot of units in the past and never have I ever had service like his. I accidentally locked my unit incorrectly and he noticed the next morning in his routine checks and added an additional lock on my unit until i could return and properly lock. He was super helpful, found me a cart to move my stuff in, followed up a couple days later to make sure there wasn't anything he could do to make my experience better. Really nice guy too. read more

After visiting several storage facilities and doing my due diligence in researching different unit sizes, prices and hours open, I decided to rent a 5x5 storage unit at this location on June 4. The Memorial Day Sale not only gave me incentive to move forward with renting out a storage unit, but the great Customer Service given by the Assistant Manager, Matthew, that day is what cinched the deal for me! He went above & beyond to not just answer all my questions, but he made sure to show me the unit I wanted & prepare it so that I could start moving stuff into it that same day. I looked at several other facilities & this location was by far the most convenient & reasonable!!! Had no idea how complicated renting a storage unit would be including making sure I had the right lock & rental insurance to cover my property/belongings in case anything happened as well as being able to access my unit along the permitted hours during the week & weekdays. The Assistant Manager took his time to make sure all the information I asked for was correct so that I was comfortable and not pressured into signing the agreement. He was really great! This was extremely important to me because I had just found out that many college students in the area were renting out all the smaller units before they left school to go back home for the summer. So if I didn't find an affordable unit I could afford long term right away, they would have all been gone if I waited. read more

8/15/22 Public Storage has not done anything to correct the rodent infestation at this property. They have set traps, had my storage unit professionally cleaned, nothing. This is a rental property. Public Storage is responsible for rodent infestation and professional clean up. This is a publicly traded company that is only interested in rent, nothing else. I would leave zero stars if I could. Actually, I would leave negative stars if it was possible. This is a garbage company that doesn't give a rats ass about its customers all they want is you to pay your bill and leave them alone. I have called them multiple times over the 17 months I've rented this unit I have never had anybody answer the phone and I have never had anybody call me back from my voicemails, I was there on Saturday for a while so I know there was someone in the office I called four times and left a message twice. I never received a call back and I don't expect that I will. It's just a horrible company. There's a lot more I can go on with, but I'm leaving this month. I hope these guys go out of business ; it's a crap company. Total garbage. If you're looking for storage look elsewhere. read more

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. No professionalism or anything!!! I hired movers to take my things to this storage on a Sunday, a business day for this company 9:30-5pm to be exact. These were the hours on their website, Yelp and google. So we show up and it's CLOSED!!! There's a typed out note that says "temporarily closed bla bla go to this location" I show up to the alternate location which is already SUPER INCONVENIENT and they're closed too!!!! I lost a day! I had to pay the movers extra and the U-Haul extra ... I am furious!!! Going to reach out directly to this joke of a company. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE! I have never looked into a public storage place, but if I ever need the service again, I will definitely not be going back to Public Storage. I rented a space out of necessity on July 13th, and unfortunately, we missed the close of business, and no longer needed the space. I called the next day since we never checked into the storage unit, and after multiple calls to customer service, executive customer service, the storage place itself, I have gotten no response regarding a refund or a pro-rated refund. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with this place, they have ZERO customer service. I am now out $75 dollars for absolutely no reason! read more

There are no carts to assist you to load every storage I've had, had carts. You have only one card. The mechanism for locking the door on my storage unit is real hard open and lock. There is no lighting in the storage unit. Every time I go to the office nobody's there. read more

If you have things of value here. RUN RUN RUN as fast as you can or else they will steal your stuff! We were broken into and we got TOTALLY wiped out. Some things that my dad left me when he passed away. He gave me many irreplaceable tools of his trade the only things I had left of him to remind me that he could build anything. Lots of irreplaceable family photos that can never be replaced. I had the police out there to file a report. He informed me that they have had over 59 break ins in just a few months. So no one here at public storage thought that this information would be very helpful for customers to come check on there belongings. They let people stuff get stolen and don't even bat an eye about it. I called manager what a joke this guy is something very FISHY about him he seemed like here already knew because he probably was the one digging through are shit! Cops even said they have been looking into this as an INSIDE JOB!!!! Because most break ins they drilled off the screws in the doors to the unit and not the locks themselves. That means 59 times they did this WTF and not one knew. I was born at night but not last night. INSIDE JOB!!!!!! You are going to tell me 59 break ins and no one heard or saw anything. None of the security cameras were recording seems real FISHY!! IF IT LOOKS LIKE FISH SMELLS LIKE A FISH WALKS LIKE A FISH MUST BE A FISH!!! So I did get insurance on my unit so it paid for some of the loss but not even this can replace my Dads things and for that I am truly saddened. I can't believe that this place is still in business the staff could care less that your belongings got dug through and stolen. Manager was a A JOKE!!! Customer service there is NONE!!! Update: After a few more months, I ended up moving out and finding another storage location. I initially signed up for a promotional rate of $110. Within a year my rent was increased to $310. That is way too expensive for a dirty 10x10 space with no onsite security, limited access and virtually no customer support. They get you in the door with a sweet deal and once you move all your stuff in, they jack up the price knowing most won't want to go through the hassle of moving out. Don't pay high end prices for low end accommodations. read more

False advertisement. I reserved a storage unit on-line, I chose this facility because it wasn't too far from me, the storage fees where decent and most important I liked their access hours. I work 8:00AM-7:00PM and According to advertisement their access hours are 6:00AM - 9:00PM so I thought it would be perfect to me. I went into their office the next day to sign paperwork and just when I was about to sign I wanted to confirm the access hours just be told the gate actually opens until 9:30AM and closes at 6pm!! I told them that was not what It says on their website. The clerk then told me the hours they were showing on their website were a mistake/ accident LOL I wonder if they are aware of this "mistake" why they didn't call after I had made the reservation or at least mentioned it to me while I was there. I mean, That should be the first thing to do right? Let the customer know. The clerk told me I could go to one of their other locations with a better schedule but that it was in another city... NO THANK YOU !! I won't be traveling to another city when I can go to one of the many other storage places that are closer to me. So basically I lost my morning of work for nothing. I deducted a star, only because their hours aren't very practical, they close at 6pm on weekdays. No time for me to drop anything off after work... Managers could care none about what I'm going through they were so rude and no help at all.
