Patty helped my husband and I get the storage we needed . She helped us find the right size storage for all our junk. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our pick. Customer service at its best! read more

The property is very clean, the security system covers the whole space. The property manager, Alisa, was very helpful and extremely clear on what you are signing up for and very detailed with information. If you need a place to store your stuff - I say choose this place. read more

I've been renting a storage here for 5 years and I must say it's been frustrating lately thinking about how this place doesn't value it's customers. It would rather raise your rent and I've went from 57 dollars to 108 and yet if you're a new customer you get first month free and low rates like when I started. The most annoying thing is the hours of operation if you plan on storing here prepare to be here for the Long haul. 930 am to 6 at night kinda crazy that you pay to have very limited access to your belongings. I recently got payed off due to covid 19 and I haven't seen or heard of any support during these tough times. I did however get a notice that instead of raising my rent to 111 they raised it to 108. Lucky me. I will give two stars just because the staff that works here is pretty friendly with the exception of this one lady yelling at me that I had to get out that it was 6 o clock and she was like "I have a life too! You have to leave " But I didn't have a watch on I was offended about how rude she came at me. She has been pleasant since then I just try not to be there at 6 so they don't freak out. Overall if be happier if I didn't constantly see good startup promotions for new customers when I've paid a lookout of money due to lien fees and default fees however I always dobpay my bill and I feel like a loyal customer should reap some sort of benefits. We are the ones that pay your bills at the higher rates. Thanks for reading.. read more

Great service. Great price. Friendly associates. Got me a perfect sized unit for what I needed stored.

At first, i thought this was a great storage! The location and rate was perfect for me! However, o have had the unit for 2 years and my rate went from $68 to $92!!! This is ridiculous! The rate increased 3 times within the last year! I'm happy to say I've just made my last payment and WILLL NOT be using any public storage, let alone this location ever again. I gave 2 stars as the staff at the location was personable. read more

Moving was a breeze thanks to Cynthia knowing exactly what I needed to do to get it done. Thank you, if any of my friends are moving I'll send them your way.. Best in customer service of any public storage I've visited in the past. read more

When I rented at this facility, the gate hours were until 9:00 PM. That is a big reason I rented there. When I went to vacate, because we were moving into a house, I had no idea the gate hours had changed. I got there at 5:30, and was told the gate locks at 6:00. I had a large unit, and had rented a truck, and hired workers to move us. I could not keep the truck another day, and hiring workers another day was a waste. I explained to the workers they had 30 min to load the truck. We barely made it out before we got locked in. Because our stuff was thrown in the truck, there was some damage. The person working had no authority to do anything, and just kept saying to call customer service. I have called the district manager twice, and have never received a call back. Their motto of caring about their customers is a crock. I have used Public Storage facilities in the past, but have never had the problems I had here. read more

the gal in there is super nice dalia.but donot and i repeat donot. ever ever ever pay your bill on line. they take more than the authorized amount then refuse to reimburse keep it till the next bill is due.or even better they tell you to get more money pay it again and then in approx 2 weeks they'll get your money back.i have notified the bbb as well as well as several other agencies.this seems to be common practice with them and they are getting away with it. shame on you guys thank goodness for karma the only reason i gave them a star was for dalia and i had to to post. read more

Have been shopping around for a storage space and was pleasantly surprised to work with Dennis again. Have been helped by him before in another location and he remains very knowledgeable and courteous. He showed me several units and was very patient with all my questions. I like this location better and I think my valuables will be safe here. I can highly recommend this Public Storage and Dennis' customer service. read more

I thought Public Storage offered a great website deal when I first signed up in January. I have only been there about 5 months and just received a notice in the mail that my monthly rent was being raised by $39/month. Be careful, they get you in on a lower rate then raise the rent after only a short time. If I would have known they do this to their customers I would have never chosen Public Storage. They bait you in on a low website/internet offer. Once you move in and store your belongings they stick it to you. Went back and read my contract.
