Do not put your stuff here, no security, no cameras, our unit was robbed on May 10, 2020. If you value your items don't store them here.

Beware! I just rented a small space here on December 1st to help organize my house. Went by today to pay and drop off items and found my storage unit had been burglarized from inside the unit behind mine! One flimsy panel of 1/2 inch drywall separates your unit from the others. How is that secure? Lost everything inside to thieves! So after only a month here I am at a full loss of personal belongings, plus I had to pay for a lock, office fees, and storage fees! To top it off, the office manager didn't even reach out to me even though he received the police officers notice! I had to go up to the office to talk with him and all I got was an attitude, he squeezed out an apology after being there for over an hour. So I cannot recommend anyone to use a public storage facility like this location. Never again. Better off buying a shed, it's cheaper (in the long run) and offers more protection than a stupid piece of drywall. read more

I had use the storage facility for over 10 years I was late on a few payments and they put my stuff up for auction on the day of the auction I went in and paid over $1600 and once again and my storage unit but they ended up going inin and throw my stuff out after I owned it again and the corporate only offered me $300 for my belongings I highly don't recommend this place if you stay a few minutes past the time they close they send you an email or the guy who lives there comes out and tells you something they're very rude and they only care about money and they have hikes up there prices 3 times in the last six months and continue to raise the rates over and over again as far as I'm concerned this is a shitty ass company and a shitty ass storage facility and I don't recommend it at all that's my two cents they dont value customers and don't care for their personal property if I was a teacher I'd rape them an F ++ read more

Everett is amazing! He is so sweet and pleasant. Stored my things for almost 2 years with no problems. If you are worried, get the insurance. No problems and the place is clean. read more

Paid for months and had everything I own destroyed by rats. Public Storage has been horrible through the entire process. I lost a lot. go with another service. read more

The mgn was really nice and helpful. This place is very easy to make my decision. Two thumbs up

I tried to rent a space in Public Storage. The promotion states that there is one month free rent for the first month. Even though the website shows the promotion, only Public storage place that applies this promotion is only one location in San Jose within the entire CA. Nowhere else. This is a scam or very close to scam. This is completely misleading the consumers. What a shame. read more

This is our second time using this facility. The telephone registration process was effortless and the email confirmation activation was wonderful!!! read more

The property manager, Everette, is awesome. Very helpful and really care about their client. A real professional.

The service that Cynthia and Everett gave was outstanding. They were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. WARNING: PS charges a mandatory monthly insurance that I didn't want or need but nonetheless had to pay. There was nothing on the website or on my reservation confirmation that said insurance was mandatory but Everett handled it gracefully. read more

My family and I had an excellent experience here at Public Storage. We couldn't have asked for better customer service. Everett's a cool guy and he took a big chunk of stress off our backs during our move/transition out of state. The facility is quiet, safe, and very well maintaned. I was in and out of the place but never had a problem, nor were we ever bothered. This is personally my first experience with renting storage units; Cynthia and Everett have set the bar high for the next property managers; which because of them I will be a returning customer. read more

I don't write reviews. Hardly ever. But I had to share my experience at this location, specifically with an employee named Everett. His congenial and helpful attitude and level of customer service elevated me and my girlfriend's task of renting a storage space from menial task to pleasant experience. It was quick, efficient, and cost effective. If you are in the area looking for short or long term storage, this is 100% your best choice. Thanks Everett. Small interactions with such high quality people are what makes this world just a little bit nicer. read more

I had a wonderful experience here. Cynthia C. Was very helpful and even made sure the new unit was cleaned up before we moved our things in. I had a sleepy toddler and she went out of her way to make sure the process was quick. She was helpful, friendly, and very efficient. The facility itself is very clean and secure. I appreciate that there is surveillance and there are special personal codes to go in and out. I highly recommend! read more

Today Everett, the property manager, helped me rent a storage unit. He showed me the unit and was very cordial when he explained how their agreement works. He offered me 50% off the first month's rental and got me all signed up! This storage facility also has state of the art locks for extra security!!
