Have had a storage here now forabout a year and a half walked in yesterday to pay my bill and the guy said he couldnt except payment that i had to call the gm so long story short they terminated my lease because they said 3 people used my gate code a week b4 and we were hangingout it was more like i was haveing a yardsale the next day and was getting stuff out to sale. hey no hard feelings public storage and Denise Aguirre you dont want my money ill take my business else where..and you people can s*#k my d*ck FROM THE BACK!!! Beware! I just rented a small space here on December 1st to help organize my house. Went by today to pay and drop off items and found my storage unit had been burglarized from inside the unit behind mine! One flimsy panel of 1/2 inch drywall separates your unit from the others. How is that secure? Lost everything inside to thieves! So after only a month here I am at a full loss of personal belongings, plus I had to pay for a lock, office fees, and storage fees! To top it off, the office manager didn't even reach out to me even though he received the police officers notice! I had to go up to the office to talk with him and all I got was an attitude, he squeezed out an apology after being there for over an hour. So I cannot recommend anyone to use a public storage facility like this location. Never again. Better off buying a shed, it's cheaper (in the long run) and offers more protection than a stupid piece of drywall. read more

I had use the storage facility for over 10 years I was late on a few payments and they put my stuff up for auction on the day of the auction I went in and paid over $1600 and once again and my storage unit but they ended up going inin and throw my stuff out after I owned it again and the corporate only offered me $300 for my belongings I highly don't recommend this place if you stay a few minutes past the time they close they send you an email or the guy who lives there comes out and tells you something they're very rude and they only care about money and they have hikes up there prices 3 times in the last six months and continue to raise the rates over and over again as far as I'm concerned this is a shitty ass company and a shitty ass storage facility and I don't recommend it at all that's my two cents they dont value customers and don't care for their personal property if I was a teacher I'd rape them an F ++ read more

Even though the website shows the promotion, only Public storage place that applies this promotion is only one location in San Jose within the entire CA. Nowhere else. Everett's a cool guy and he took a big chunk of stress off our backs during our move/transition out of state. The facility is quiet, safe, and very well maintaned. I was in and out of the place but never had a problem, nor were we ever bothered.
