I also asked about the new customer discount (first two months would be half off), and she explained that that would be available for certain units depending on scarcity of the unit. At first, she stated that the option for that discount wasn't available since I was taking the last of a specifically sized unit, but then she made it happen. And I very much appreciated it! She was kind and patient throughout the process and worked quickly to ensure that we could get our unit before the end of the day. This place is very competitively priced, and the units are clean. They'll go over the process of how to get in and whatnot when you rent out the unit. They also sell locks in case you need one on the spot.

The first time I walked into the office, it was extremely small, and there was a very strong unpleasant odor. I have a very sensitive nose, and I couldn't stay inside for more than a few minutes. I went back to my truck and completed my reservation over the phone instead. After finishing the reservation, I returned to complete the rental. They assigned me a 10x10 unit located in the middle of a narrow driveway where two trucks cannot pass each other. As I started unloading my belongings in the heat, an employee came up to me with a rude attitude and told me I had to move my truck. I asked her, "Should I stop unloading every few minutes to move my truck, or do you have another unit where this won't be a problem?" She simply said no. I then went to the office and asked if they could move me to a different unit. I explained that if they couldn't, I would rather cancel my rental and get a refund. Instead of trying to help, the employee became aggressive. She started yelling at me in front of other customers, got in my face, and even called me names. I was shocked by her behavior. I have never seen someone working in customer service act so unprofessionally. Her behavior was completely unacceptable and honestly made me feel unsafe. To make matters worse, another truck became stuck in front of my unit, so I couldn't continue unloading. I waited for hours, left to get water, came back, and the situation still hadn't been resolved. What should have been a 10-minute move turned into a five-hour nightmare because of the poor layout and lack of organization. When I spoke to the manager, she immediately defended the employee before even listening to my side of the story. I asked to speak with a supervisor, but she refused to provide any contact information. Instead of resolving the situation, they made it even worse. I canceled my rental, asked for my refund, and left. I took my business to another storage facility where the staff treated me with respect, the property was organized, and there was proper space to park while unloading. That's how a storage facility should operate. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The staff is rude, the management is unprofessional, the property is poorly designed, and they clearly do not care about their customers. I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and completely disappointed. Save yourself the stress and rent a storage unit somewhere else.

The place is practically brand new, is always clean, and I never have a problem with entering & leaving the facility. I want to give a special shout out to David, Anna, & especially Eddie. They've all been extremely accommodating & very professional at their jobs. Always very pleasant and courteous when I see them. They are always very willing to help when any issues arise. They are great employees. I feel safe and secure that my things are stored at their facility. Never had any serious issues. I will continue to store my things there because it's close & convenient, the facility is beautiful, but most of all because of the employees.

Management was blase about it, saying the lock hadn't been tampered with, and since I am the only one with keys, they didn't know what to tell me. The indifferently told me to call the police to file a report, if I wanted to. It didn't make any difference, since I didn't have a written inventory or receipts for what was in the unit, and felt like filing an insurance claim would be pointless. I was having health issues and there was no way for me to try to inventory all my things at that point. In frustration I bought a new lock and relocked the unit. Inside, thieves had cut open boxes and thrown things all over. I suggested an adjustment on a couple months' rent and was told no. A few weeks later I was called and ordered to inspect my unit immediately since there had been a fire in an adjoining unit and sprinklers had gone off. At first glance, things seems ok and dry. It was hard to tell because my boxes were packed pretty densely. At this point I decided to get out asap. When I rented 14 months ago, rent was $85 a month. There have been three increases since then, with rent going up to $175. I have been getting my things out a car load at a time, and some items indeed were ruined by water--precious books, papers, and expensive oriental rugs ruined. Things with sentimental meaning that cannot be replaced. I finally have everything out and am ending my lease this month. I have paid approximately $2K to have much of my stuff essentially ruined. I am really disappointed and feel like this business is concerned only about bottom line profit, not customers. Storing things here was a waste of money and time.
