Boy I wish I never put my stuff at this storage facility! Huge scam in my opinion. They start your storage rate at a fair price and once you've got your items in their unit they start increasing the price. My monthly rate went from $166 in 2020 when I first rented their unit to my last increase in June 2024 to $486. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to get my items out of their unit just yet as I currently live out of state. But I'm working on getting it out ASAP. Just wanted to warn others (especially anyone moving further away and unable to move their items to another location). My increase went from $166 in June 2020 to $183 and increased again to $202. Increased to $280 in June 2022. In June 2023 increased to $392 and last increase in June 2024 went to $486. So in 4 years it went from $166 to $486. Gives me understanding as to why/how so many lose their entire storage unit contents with such a scam like this. Shouldn't be allowed such an increase. I'm guessing they'll increase the rate again in June 2025. I will update this post or another review if so. BEWARE read more

If possible, I would leave a negative star! When they need your business, they are quick to answer phone calls. Be aware, everyone! The office here is not responsive after you sign the contract!!!! The office phone number is only an automated number with no one answering !!!! Seriously!!!! We scheduled a move-in day yesterday and confirmed with onsite manager that there will be someone at the office. They said someone will be here at 9:30am. We arrived at 10:00 and no one is here. After several attempt with phone messages, no answer and no call back!!! There is another customer waiting outside the office before our arrival. He said he also called yesterday to confirm for staff availability. They told him 9:30am, too. He also received no call back after several attempts. This is unacceptable!!! read more

Most awful experience. I had my furniture & clothes stored at this facility and when the movers came they saw an infestation of rat droppings & cockroaches . I had to throw away a mattress since it had so many roaches living in it & the worst part I had to leave all the boxes outside of my house to sort out & make sure these awful critters did not get inside my home. I told the staff & couldn't even help discard the mattress. read more

Kinda of disappointed, the customer service is great however, this place got RATS!! Never had a problem before and we had storage with them for awhile! They did say they are working on the Rodent Issue but that was a couple of months ago! Don't store you belongings in cardboard boxes, use plastic containers! And wear gloves and a mask when taking your things out! read more

We've been renting a unit here since May 2015, and everything has always been consistent and without any incidents. Our belongings are safe, the front counter is always helpful and nice, and never seems to have more than 2-3 cars. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend renting a storage unit from this location. read more

I have been storing my stuff at this location for over 10 years. Very helpful and professional staff. The units and facilities are kept clean and secure. They found that I had put my lock on wrong after one of my trips, they secured my unit with one of there locks and notified me so I could secure it the next time I came in.
