Storage places usually are rude and shady when it comes to pricing in my experience. Jolene is different in that she keeps everything 5 stars, from start to finish. I have 5 units here, zero issues. Pricing is always transparent as well and that's what matters. If you need a unit, don't look any further. Just ask for Jolene. read more

Appreciate the business and customer service, Jolene. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a parking space or unit. She honored the yelp deal for 50% off first two months, very thankful for that. Nice, shaded storage unit in Irwindale/Baldwin Park. Secured gate, security cameras, and up kept even with the construction happening near by. Will continue doing business here. read more

1st time here and the manager Jolene is super nice and friendly!!! Soo accommodating to our needs. We have a 31' trailer to storage and couldn't find anyone that would accept us around Alhambra area but this UsStorage Center in Irwindale. The space is perfect for our big trailer! read more

Jolene greeted us with a smile, and an outstanding attitude that not just the company logo sticks out, but her charming personality is what will bring her the success and stability with her company... She took an extra time in several choices that were available, and her calculation in sizes, and the COMPANY prices are UNBEATABLE. I've stored at this facility for a year now and I'm happy with their service. We signed in with mister Jonathan and he was nice. I recieved the best service ever from both Dimas and Vanessa!!!! They helped me out with everything I needed. I was very suprised, but I just moved my stuff from another storage location due to bad service. As soon as I got there they were very nice. Dimas has helped me out every single time I needed help. I'm giving US Storage Centers located on Ramona Ave 5 stars because the front desk guy that helped me (Cris) was absolutely helpful. He showed me several units because I'm not good with measurements and I needed to see for myself what was the difference between the sizes. The front office and the whole facility is super clean and organized. This is the first time needing a storage unit so I was a bit nervous about leaving my stuff but, Cris made it all an easy. He provided me with all the important information and went thru all the paperwork step by step. I highly recommend this storage facility to anybody that needs to store their stuff in nice and secure place and where you need everyday (including holidays) access to it. read more

they have the worst customer service ever. i was forced to write a good review when i first signed the contract cause i needed a unit asap. they have hit me with crazy leins and premium fees which they can't explain and when i signed the contract they failed to even go through the contract in full details. i would be fired if i did such a scam to a customer. dimas knew what he was doing and more worried about a sale and money exchange then to explain what happens when your late on a payment. by far the worst ever and i will be moving my stuff out of this crooked company. read more

I have owned a unit at this storage facility for almost a year and haven't had access to it for more than the first 2 of those months through the gate. I have called at least three times and left messages requesting for them to give me the gate access code again because the one I am using is not working anymore. I am unavailable during their business hours to call them during those times and I have yet to receive even a call back during their business hours leaving me a message stating they received my message. So as far as I am concerned they have been taking my money for almost a year and kept me from having access from it!!!!!!! I have had to climb over the fence and haul anything I need up and over the fence to get it out and I am a single woman all of 120 pounds. Beyond frustrating!!!! So if you give them your money, plan on accommodating THEM!!! They have no interest in accommodating YOU!! So much for customer service!!! What a JOKE!!! read more

US Storage Centers in Irwindale is affordable, convenient, and an overall great choice. I've been renting an RV space here for 3 weeks now. Dimas and his staff are friendly and very helpful. The main reason for choosing this space storage was for their hours of operations-they are the best in town! I would like to see a designated area for cleaning RV's (e.g., waste waters) as I have seen at other RV storage locations, but overall, this is the best storage place and I am happy with my selection! read more

While there another person shows asking to get into his unit to move out and he says call the regional manager. The guy is pleading with him and he refuses to help. Of course I don't know the situation there so I don't move just wait for him to help me. He refuses. Exacerbated I say fine I'll go to my unit but there is no light bulb and the other switch doesn't work. He says we have no obligation to provide light. WHAT!?! I got an indoor closet like space of 5 x 10 ft for 98/mo, but I did have to add an additional insurance (mandatory unless you can prove you have your own) that covers up to $2000 in the case of fire, flood, etc. they charge an additional $29 to set up initially but I believe they all do that. The staff was very professional. It's local for me so that is the most important. What's great was that the employee even came out with my ID so I didn't even have to park outside the office, get out, and go back into the office to exchange the cart key for my ID. There's a gate code to both enter and exit the lot, enter the building, and use the elevator, so it's good knowing the place is secure.

JOLENE SHAW is the current onsite manager, who takes pride in her work and takes her time to explain the procedure and looks for the best space and price scenario and when answering a question she is not sure about, rather than just say no JOLENE SHAW, will ask her manager rather than say no, but YES we can do that or my manager said we can accommodate your request. Storage units are hot commodities during pandemic. When I put a unit on hold via US Storage website, a staff contacted me within minutes. Later I learned that she (Jolene) had a unit open within minutes when I placed a hold. I begged her to give me 30 minutes so that I could get there to sign the contract, etc. When I got there, I saw a car parked in front of the office, and people were adjusting seat belts as if they were about to leave. I was worried that someone got hold of the unit before me. Jolene held the unit as she promised (I think I may have arrived within 15 minutes :) ). She was professional and kind. Great customer service! Jolene, property manager, made the transaction so pleasant. Very informative and explained procedures clearly and concise. Wife and I had several questions and she was able to help us decide the best unit size with accurate pricing and discounts. She allowed us to see the actual units for a size comparison and gave us good information based on her experience with customers and other scenarios. Overall, I'm very happy with our experience since I recently retired from the Army and our transition has been pretty chaotic to say the least.
