I do not recommend this storage at all or any public storages .....False advertisement on their contracts. First of all, it's a month to month contract that you sign and they have hidden fee= meaning that after 1-3 month your payment will increase $40 to $60 dollars. The managers there do not tell you that "because is your obligation to read the paperwork step by step "... I thought that when they are going over the contract a "verbal and written contract is the same" but not there. ...!!! By that I mean that it's your responsibility to read "everything" because your bill will increase for sure. And you better pay it. Sadly when I got my contract they told me that my bill will stay the same until I move my belongings... or as long as I rented their storage but it didn't happen. Now I will have to move my things to another location due to not been happy with customer service and lying to me. I also contacted their Corp office and unfortunately they can't do anything and will lose a customer that pay the bill month to month on "time" the manager Denise only said that is a big corporation and that's how they conduct their businesses and do not have control when your bill will increase!!!! So disappointed at this place and will never give or recommend any people to go there. I am a manager myself and that's not how we deal with our customers service. Our priority is to take care of our customers and let them know either verbally or written what are they signing for and not hit them after 2-3 months with a big bill and say sorry we can't help you and giving you the same rate. ..!! Anyway it is what it is I guess but don't trust the public Storage and make sure you read "everything" before putting your belongings there. read more

Terrible. 1. There was a break in recently and the woman at the front desk couldn't even be bothered to look up from her phone to tell me if my unit had been broken into. 2. They sent me a message saying my unit was locked in the 'open' position. I went by and it inspected the unit and it was not. My time is valuable. 3. I have a smaller, indoor unit, and recently they started locking the entire building, and they gave nobody the key. So while I have the key to my individual unit, I don't have the key to unlock the building it's located within. I asked the woman at the counter and she was really annoyed, but not annoyed enough to lookup from her phone, and she informed me it's just a new policy they have and that it's no big deal and that I just have to call ahead and make sure someone is here to let me in. Which brings me to the fourth point. 4. NOBODY IS EVER IN THE OFFICE. Never. Not ever. Doesn't matter what time of the day it is, nobody is ever in the office and nobody will pick up the phone. I've had to make multiple trips to my storage unit only to leave without getting access to my unit because there was nobody there to unlock the building to my unit. I have the gate code, I have my keys, but because they lock the building to all the indoor units and nobody is ever available I do not have access to my unit. read more

I came in yesterday very impatient needing a storage. Luckily, Beatriz was the one to help me . She was very calm and had a positive attitude which lead me being at ease. She was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process and even recommended me a few ideas to help save me money ( who doesn't love to save money!?!). My unit got broken into, they have no information about who or why, criminals cut my lock and put theirs on, took 4 days after management found out to notify me. Management does not have bolt cutters, and will not help you. This place is the worst, and in a bad part of town read more

Dont bring your propert to this storage. My storage got broken into. They cleaned me out in broad daylight and the staff never even noticed. I asked about the video surveillance, and they dont have any. They have 1 camera at entrance only. They make you purchase insurance, which is useless, as you have to have receipts for everything if you want it covered. I asked for my money I already had paid, to take my stuff somewhere else, and they refused. The regional manager says its policy not to return money. It took 3 days to get a call back from corporate. Law enforcement who came out to take report said that this place is always hit. Your property is not safe here. Don't bring it here or it will dissappear without anyone in the company willing to help you out. read more

Zero stars. Came twice during opening hours and NO ONE is in the office. Had to leave both times. Most recent time was on 10/24/18...the nerve of the place to post a sign that says "we'll be back by 4:15pm". We've been here since 4:20 and it's 5pm right now. I really hope corporate would read these reviews because the lack of competent employees (who do their jobs) is hurting their business. read more

Poor service, and poor quality of storage. I have been with this storage unit for a while. I had an issue with rats being in my storage unit. The rats ate into some of my personal things! I brought this issue up and they offered me a different storage unit. However, I'm still having the same issues! Rats are in every storage unit! I spend money to set up rat traps! Patch up holes. But I still have the same problem! This whole storage unit is infested with rats... another thing is service here is horrible. I waited outside for about 30min since they had the "I'll be back sign" only to see the lady in the front come out and extend the time on the "I'll be back sign" I got out of the car to confront her and she ran away like a RAT! Never rent storage at this place, but it is very hard to get in touch with someone who works here. I saw a female coming out from the toilet and then went to the office, but she just never pick up the phone or never open the door despite I was waiting outside their office. I was interested to see their storage. Knowing how hard it is to talk to someone, I just left. I called their local number and got connected to the phone center. The guy who picked up the phone said he would find the property manager and called me back in 2 minutes. He asked for my name, phone no, email, and asked what unit size I was interested. Never got a call back and never meet a property manager. On the other hand, I got 2 emails stating my reservation for the storage including the price, unit size, etc and another email reminding me about their hours. That unit reservation was made by their employee, not me. What a crazy company! read more

I was very dissatisfied with the administration with this particular site, could not answer a specific question regarding annual rental increases said I had to talk to corporate which after four different people I was given the District Manager Lorraine Evans at this time and she seemed to be the only one who could help me. Then after helping my mother reserve a unit she was called on the day she was going to see the unit and Tony told her that because I already use a facility in La Habra at PS she can not get the special for move-in even though it still showed everything was still in the computer as reserved and the special was still listed for reservation it was very disappointing to deal with all the handoffs I came across had to speak to different departments and really never got my question answered with specifics...don't want to try and fix PS but they need help in my opinion to give much better customer service on issues before committing to a unit. read more
