He let me know all he had available was a coveted 10x10 on the ground floor right near the drive up garage - how could I say no? First month was about $30 and it was just north of $200 each month after that. Because I knew I'd be out of there quickly, that was actually competitive compared to other places and smaller units. The place was clean, safe, and well organized. They even played some great music (I'm an old Xennial so I appreciate the 70s-90s hits). It was hella secure - you have to enter a code and can't get in after 7pm most nights. I had NO doubt my stuff was safe and secure. The complimentary carts and roll in garage made moving the stuff in easy - and we were able to move out before our third month, and it was a quick and easy process! I went up to my unit on the 4th floor and found a heavy mice infestation throughout the entire floor. The minute I stepped out onto the elevator you could immediately smell the urine and dead rodents. Not to mention the traps are out in the open and exposed for all to see. Not only is this severally unsanitary but also very careless my management and Orkin their pest control provider. The mice were sitting on the traps long enough to begin decomposing. I love that he keeps this place in pristine order. Always so clean and safe. He's always sweeping or cleaning the premises and he does this with such a great smile and wonderful positive attitude. He also makes us feel very safe. As a woman my safety is important at all hours I'm there and he does just that. He lets me and others who are there know, that he's there to ensure no one that is not suppose to be there, will not enter the premises. I know he looks out for us, because if there's multiple people on site he's also walking around to make sure everyone is doing well.
