This storage facility was the best deal in town! Aside from being inexpensive, the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. The pros outweigh the cons here, and I'd definitely recommend it for storage. PROS: -Inexpensive -Elevator access to upper floors -Friendly front desk staff -Personal key code for entry -Open 7 days/week CONS: -Far from LA -Couldn't find a moving cart (both times I went) -No late night or early morning hours -Not particularly well-lit inside read more

Family owned and they care so much about their property. They're always trying to find the best fit and price for their customers. Call in and ask for their specials! read more

Santa Fe Self Storage - Front sign at the self storage...the flowers looked so pretty I had to take a picture. - Self Storage Near Me - Santa Fe Springs, California

Santa Fe Storage was the right kind of storage I was looking for myself. The location is very visible to see from the outside, not like other storage places where they are hard to find. The storage unit is a good size. There was an elevator available for use and a cart to make storage handling simple with fewer complications. It is close to my work and accessible for relatives who also use the unit. Customer service was excellent, staff were very polite and helpful. read more

Management is nice and helpful when you need there help. The prices are reasonable and affordable.

We have had our storage space at Santa Fe Self Storage for a long time. We love it here. The 24/7 surveillance allows us not to worry about the items in our unit being safe. We have a Chevy Dual Cab Surburban we usually take to storage to remove or mostly to add items into our unit. There is a big turn around at the back of the facility which makes it easy for us to get out. The staff is very professional and very helpful. Give them a call today. read more

So I've had my storage here for about two years now. I initially got the storage unit for $30(I have a small 4x4, just for a few boxes from school and what not.) Good deal, so I agreed with that. This last year the price has gone up twice. The first time I was notified, not cool but what ever I guess. Well I just called to make my payment and the price went up again. They said last month they discounted me so I can pay my regular price and that's why I didn't know it changed. That's bull shit. It's gone up $7 which isn't crazy but if you look at it from a percentage stand point it's gone up 23% which is a bit! Also it's just principal to keep the deal the same. it's not what I agreed on and I'm not even being told until the day I'm paying. I talk to them every month when I call to make my payment and nothing was told to me. I added some stars because every time I talk to the staff in person or on the phone they are really nice. Never rude. The price increasing isn't their fault. read more

This place is a effing joke. They advertise that they are open until a certain time and then close whenever they feel like it. I was there at 4:37 and they close at 5 and the woman screamed at me and told me to get out after I had already almost gotten what I needed from storage ! Don't go here total waste of money!!!!! read more

I came in here to do some price comparisons with other Self Storage facilities in the area, and was pleased to find that the prices here are very reasonable. They have many of the same special deals as some of the other storage places, but their sign up costs are lower. Everyone working here when I came in during the week was really friendly, and took the time to show me around and help me decide what size unit would work to store the contents of a small 1 bedroom home while I relocate. All of the units I saw on the tour were really nice looking inside, and very clean, there were security cameras all over the facility, which made me feel safe, access looked really easy, and the driveway is huge. There is plenty of room for a large truck, and i'm pretty sure a full sized semi could turn around completely at the end of the driveway instead of having to be backed out. If you try this place out, I would definitely consider renting one of the upstairs units. They are considerably cheaper to rent, and I was surprised at how big the lift was. Its really big, and I could easily fit a full sized couch into it. There are dollys available for free use all around the area, and carts for moving around large amounts of heavy items. The carts fit nicely into the elevator, so getting moved into an upstairs unit is really easy. read more

Santa Fe Self Storage is a quality place for your storage unit needs and has great rates! Jim is very helpful and friendly and made my experience as smooth and easy as possible. He answered all my questions and was able to get my a storage unit the same day I inquired for one. The prices are great and remain steady, unlike competitors' prices that become inflated during the summer. The second floor units are easily accessible and the push carts are so convenient and available for moving large items easily. The manager is also very accommodating when it comes to staying a bit past closing to ensure that your needs are met and you are able to access your unit if absolutely needed. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely only be returning to this storage unit. My experience here has been great. read more

I can say that this is one of the best storage spaces I have rented in a while. The place is spacious and clean and they have some really good deals for the size of the storage. If you catch a deal go for it and keep it. 5 stars for me. read more

Jim in the front office was so helpful when I first rented my unit. He gave me a tour of the grounds, reviewed their hours and assured me there was excellent security. He was even insightful enough to review their termination policy, seeing how my needs were going to be short-term. All in all, I have been very happy with my experience here. read more

The cheapest self storage place in the area. I'm a student at biola, and I store things here all year. The manager here is very kind and accommodating (e.g. He kept the place open later than usual so I could pick up things late at night) also there aren't any "hidden" fees. they've never raised the price on us (some storage places will raise the price a few months in without warning). I've recommended several friends to get a space here already. read more

We have been renting a storage unit here for about a month now, and could not be happier. We looked at other storage places around this area, and Santa Fe Storage seemed to be very honest and a safe place to store our belongings. When we signed up for the unit, Ms. Valdez took the time to review the different size units available,. and even walked us back and showed us what the different size units looked like. Ms. Valdez explained everything and made sure we understood what all of the requirements are and the hours of operation. One of our concerns was unit pricing and how often the price would increase. She assured us that unlike the other places, they would not increase the rates often. We would highly recommend Santa Fe Self Storage to friends and family. read more

The hours for this storage and the customer service that I received today are ridiculously bad. I rarely write negative reviews but because I had driven out for a long period of time to get there and because I had already unloaded half of the items that I needed to store and put them onto the freight elevator, being told that the storage complex was going to close in five minutes and that I didn't have time to at least put the items in my storage that I had already placed on the freight elevator really irritated me. I asked her if I could stay for an extra 10 minutes just to load these items up and she said no. It took me 10 minutes to reload the items back into my car. I understand that there are complex hours, however for the work that I do in customer service and understanding the value of your client, it should be noted that a little extra time to stay open to allow for a quick trip to put already loaded items into storage would be much appreciated. read more

My husband had a storage there and now he is in jail and I have to get all his stuff but the problem is I lost his wallet and the gate number was there. Last week my mother-in-Law and I went there to talk the lady if she can open the gate for us because I have the unit number, ssn and driver license of my husband and my mother in law have a power of attorney to sign for my husband but she said no we have to talk the manager but she allow us to cancel the automatic pay she's nice. Today we went there again and luckily the manager was there and I was in the phone talking to my husband from jail and my husband want to talk the manager but the manager refused he said it doesn't matter, he doesn't want to talk to us anymore even my motherinlaw have a power of attorney and we have all the information except the gate number he so rude and not nice. I understand about security purposes but I have all the information and we have power of attorney they don't accept. I need to get my husband things to the storage because we can't pay the storage anymore my husband is in jail. read more

As the show goes "the price is right," low price is great, yet not everything..... Checked out this place just last month. Even with a full sun outside, it was dark inside the storage unit and there's no light feature. Haunted! It was also too hot inside the storage building without adequate vending. Under a huge change in temperatures between day and night, I'm wondering how stuffs stored there could last after getting moved out. On top of all, Jim, the owner, as someone mentioned previously, seriously needs some attitude adjustment. He was acting as if the business i was about to bring to him was nothing but annoying and disturbing him so much. The whole conversation and site-seeing showed his careless, rush-out manner. He even mentioned losing much business since inheriting from his father. Aha! I hoped one day he'd figure it out. To conclude, i feel like when someone stores stuffs there, he or she is practically dealing with sort of a Southern redneck like Trumpism. O holy... read more
