Good customer service & very understanding. So not to long ago I paid a certain amount then the following month they raised the rent which I didn't know because I had received no email, call, nor a text called to make a payment and told me a different price my reply was "what?!..wait how come I wasn't told about this"??? So the guy MANNY gave me the same price ONLY for that month because I was not forewarned about rent raising.... Thanks. read more

I've been renting a storage for over a year and I love it. It's so clean people in there are so nice specially Martine and Cris thank you guys you guys doing an amazing job read more

I did follow up by calling the provided number and spoke with Clare, who assured me that a supervisor would get in touch. As of now, I have yet to receive any follow-up call. Let me be clear: my review is accurate, and it's disheartening that Yelp removes negative reviews simply because the business disputes them. I'm still searching for the text messages from employees that confirm our deals, and I hope they're still in my cloud storage. If I do find them, I'll be eager to see how the business will respond then. Will there be any compensation for being called a liar? read more

Allan was very helpful and quick. Was able to receive a price over the phone with great scheduling options.

Just moved into a new unit this past week , and Martin and Robert helped to make this move as smooth as possible. Polite, and professional. Hoping to stay in the unit for months :) Thanks again guys! read more

I'm in the process of moving, called a few places. And this was the only place that was very reasonable. The staff are very friendly and understanding of our situation. They even offer a truck to move your stuff in for you on the weekends. The storage units are great because you pull up and drop off. Very clean and safe place to store you valuables. Totally recommend this place. read more

A-American Self Storage - Pull up Storage Units - Self Storage Near Me - Santa Fe Springs, California

The employees are really nice. However my items were stolen from the facility, and the insurance says it's not covered. The lock mechanism is faulty and I'm out about $1200. Pure joke. Don't leave your stuff here. read more

The manager Martin is amazing. He' is thorough and answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable with such a friendly fast and efficient service. Gave us a discount as well which we gladly appreciate. Thank you Martin !!! read more

I can't say enough good things about this place especially the manager Martin! I booked two large storage units because I was about to get a whole 40ft container worth of inventory for my business delivered. On a whim I asked Martin if he knew people I could hire to unload the container once it got here. He totally went out of his way to help me find some people and even helped direct the driver to maneuver a semi truck into the facility. He's super friendly and helpful. The facility is also fairly priced. You can't go wrong with this storage facility. You can rent with peace of mind that you'll be taken care of! read more

After comparing prices from different storage rental places I decided to go to A-American Self storage not only because of their great prices but because of the excellent customer service Martin offered. It is my first time renting a storage unit and he was nothing but helpful and very informative and patient. Highly recommend renting from here and don't forget to ask for Martin! read more

Great customer service. Easy account set up. Affordable prices for all their units. Better access hours than most other places.

Chris was extremely helpful! I came here in quite a pinch and he gave me a great deal on some short term storage. He explained everything thoroughly and gave me the best deal for my money. The office was very welcoming and they made accommodations for me in any way that they could. Thank you so much Chris, I really appreciate everything you do! read more

This is a great storage the staff is friendly and knowledgeable very helpful also convenient and affordable two thumbs up

Highly recommend this place, my husband and I as well as his brother use this place. Great service

I have been looking for a storage unit and I had asked a couple places until I came across A-American. From the star everything was great. I called ahead and Martin explained the process and the prices perfectly. Once I got there he showed me a few units and I was immediately sold. The customer service is great and the place is pretty clean. I am truly grateful Martin went above and beyond to help us find the unit that we needed. read more

Chris and Martin are always helpful and nice. Been in this place for many many months and honestly is not the newest facility ... but they keep it clean and are very helpful. when I needed to be in a different area because my large van was cumbersome... they did it in a snap... I was happy I didn't have to wait to be moved. they assigned me another one so fast... I've had a storage in another place and It got so hot in the summer indoors ... then I moved to another one and it was a nice facility, but the workers there were so rude and their rules were unfair... anyway, I'm glad I'm here and recommend this place for short term or long term. read more

"I can assure you we do not allow anyone to live in the storage units. This may have been a isolated incident where a tenant was moving out and taking up the driveway." This is the comment I receive after I have seen the same people always there and I don't think they could be moving out for months and still haven't left. I have even drove by at about 11pm or early morning on my way to work and I see their units open... read more

So far so good i haven't had no complaints to give. I like there hours of operations and there costumer service was really nice.

This place is awesome! If you are looking for a storage place for your Biola student or even if you don't have a student and just need storage then stop looking and get a storage unit here. The staff they have there are very friendly and helpful. They have everything you need...free water when you need a break moving your stuff in...a bathroom... locks... and they gave me a free box too!! It was simple reserving my unit online and it took only 5 minutes to check me in / sign the form when I arrived. The unit was clean and ready when we arrived. I also found out they have a service where they will transport your students stuff to Biola in their truck for free! Bottom line is I'm a very happy parent and our daughters stuff is good to go for the summer! read more

Paid for one year up front last year, and rent was coming due in Jan 2011, wanted to re-new for another year and when I called to get pricing the employee named Chris answered and was VERY rude to me. I had my credit card in hand ready to re-new my storage for another year, (paying up front again -which means guaranteed payment for a year) and I was told off by this employee. He told me "Mam don't talk to me like you know me! YOU DONT KNOW ME!" and even told me to take my storage else where if I don't like his service! Shocked at the way he was talking to me and yelling at me, I asked for a manager and he said he was in charge and would not give me any other information. So I got on the website and called corporate and one of the managers called me back and said he was very very surprised to hear that Chris spoke to me this way and was going to do everything in his power to keep me at this storage facility. He told me he needed to talk to Chris and then he would get back to me. (he promised to call me back the same day) Of course I never got a call back from this manager, luckily for me he called me from his personal cell phone so I had his number and called him back and left him a message. When he called me back he wasn't very nice this time either, he told me he spoke to Chris and said "he gave me a completely different story than you" -first off, why would he tell me this? He knew it would make me upset... and secondly-did he really think his employee would tell him what he did? After him going on for a minute or two I told him I wouldn't feel safe there any longer since Chris would still be there, and the fact that he knows who I am and that I complained, and rather than insuring me it would be ok, he told me "well you have to do what you have to do!" so guess what! I did what I had to do, I got my stuff and moved out to a cheaper storage in less than a week later. Plus I am saving over $250 now! BEWARE OF THIS STORAGE FACILITY, THEY CONSTANTLY LEAVE THE FRONT GATE OPEN FOR ANYONE AND EVERYONE TO WALK IN OR DRIVE IN AT ANY TIME. -APPARENTLY THE CODES THEY GIVE YOU FOR THE GATE DONT MATTER. read more

The word for today for the Receptionist at A-AMERICAN Self Storage is awesome. Thank you Chris for exceptional customer service. I will continue business with you. read more

Great service great prices!!! Definitley recommend this place. Went to look at different places and this place was by far the best one with the great price. read more

Been renting a space from A American Self Storage for about 5 months now. Overall, I'm fairly happy with it. It was, by far, the best price I found for an 8x10 unit on the ground level. Office manager was friendly. The downsides are that the unit wasn't as nice as other places. However, its storage. It doesn't need to be "nice." Also, it's not the most convenient location, but since I don't go there all that often, it'll do. read more

A American Storage Crew has been totally awesome with us. They work with us with our payments. There costumer service is better than any other storage place I have gone too. They were very Hospitable and welcoming. The Manager was very helpful with all our questions and concerns definitely recommend using them to store your stuff . read more

Got a great Unit at a great price. Staff was very helpful. I would recommend to anyone needing storage space.

I like this storage especially staffs, Leslie and Linda are very helpful and friendly.

I had looked into a few other places before I went to this place. I was taken care of immediately by Chris Ferrer. He showed me a unit and let me know they will come pick my belongings up and bring them to my new storage unit. I am very impressed with the pricing. No hidden fees and very nice people ! I highly recommended this place for storing your valuables !!! read more

I went to public storage to try and find a unit. Costumer service was horrible and I could have rented a small apartment for the price they were trying to charge. It was refreshing to be greeted kindly when I walked into the office at A American. They were so polite and helpful, not to mention the affordable pricing. read more

I was looking for a storage place around town and after getting prices all over the area I settled on American Storage because they had the best price around and locked in my pricing for 6 months! I disliked other places that would quote me promotional pricing for the first month and every other month was sky rocketed! This place gave me a great rate and the pull up storage was a bonus. Ask for Martin, his hospitality was great! You can't find honest, kind people that have your best interest at heart! Definitely recommend this place! read more

The staff wasn't flakes like at other public storage. Nice and friendly. Things are normal peaceful and professional. Its a healthy environment for any member of the human race. The price is right and a mile away from work. It's in a perfect part of town with civilization up to the doorstep. It's what we were looking for. I'm stoked. read more

I was very impressed with the kind helpful service at A-American. We had a death in the family and needed storage right away. We contacted several storages in our locale, and thus was by far the most polite, helpful and accommodating. Prices were good. Chris and Martin were very helpful. Especially Chris. I'm disabled, and he even took the extra care to help me with my wheelchair. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for clean, convenient storage. It is secure, well maintained, easily accessible, and the staff are very knowledgable. I will definitely recommend this to my friends and use again as the need arises. Thank you much! read more

This is my favorite storage place EVER!! Mr. Christian and Mr . Martin are so nice so helpful they are the best. Me and my husband have 2 storage there right there right now and we just moved out of one. We rent there often and I know my stuff is safe and never have to worry about anything. I always always recommend my friends to go and see Christian cause I know for a fact that he will take care of my friends. So when my girlfriend told me she had a bad experience I was in shock . And I told her I know for a fact it wasn't anything that Christian or Martin did and she told me no not them. It was that white guy Troy . He was the one the was rude to me and rushed us when he came to pick up my things when I was moving out of my apartment. I felt so bad cause I told her that everyone there was awesome. I feel that u need to get someone else in there that is friendly to the customers and he Troy was rude to my girlfriend who knows who else he (Troy) has been rude too. Besides him being there at that location I love that storage place and me and my husband will never go anywhere else as long as Christian is there as ur manager. Thank you for all ur help . read more
