ABSOLUTE, HANDS-DOWN, PISS-POOR WORST customer service of any type of business ever!!! * Their company policies change regularly without notice. TRUE! * Rental price increase without notice in less than a one year time frame. TRUE! * They have claimed no reported break-ins/thefts. FALSE! * Management and/or owner has changed multiple times in the past 5 years. TRUE! I have experienced all of these related matters 1st hand at this location. It doesn't matter if you have been a customer for 5 years or 5 days, you are treated like crap. They should really value their long time renters. In a one year time frame, I had the rental price increased 3 times. They hooked me in as a customer due to their low introductory rental rates. In most cases each person is on a month-to-month and they have the legal option to raise the rate as many times as they want. One employee commented "thats how we nail you and I know its wrong..." The employee went on to explain that they are aware that most renters are in a bind and thats why they rent storage space. AND that they shoot for people with alot of personal belongings because they are less likely to move their stuff again. She no longer works for the company. I inquired about BREAK-INs, ROBBERY and THEFT when I first began to rent here and of course they laughed it off and claimed they have never experienced any. A short time later a NEW insurance policy was enforced and AGAIN another rental price increase. Turns out multiple break-ins were occurring regularly on the west side of the structure. Many renters left when they discovered this news. ...whats the point of all those surveillance cameras? I guess it's to try and impress potential customers. The Hispanic male manager is extremely difficult to work with. I had caught him on a number of occasions trying to raise my rent by a few dollars each month because he knew I am a cash paying client. I'D HATE TO THINK HE WAS GONNA POCKET THE REST. I addressed this to his employer and I witnessed he stopped asking me for extra money. I have had to ask for my receipt and change back on a number of occasions. I have personally seen the manager argue with his son that also works/worked their. His son has pulled me to the side and has apologized for his fathers actions and behavior. The office hours tend to fluctuate allot. They post a little clock sign on the door that will read "be back at ??:??". You can wait an hour past that and they still won't answer the front door. Lastly, you must be patient with the manager as it is difficult to ; 1. Understand him due to his heavy latin accent. 2. Difficulties in explaining protocol and/or procedure. ...FYI, soy latino y hablo espanol regularmente. y todavia se me hace dificil entender lo. Renting storage has never been easier. We had tried to rent a storage during covid lockdown and it was a headache. Locations only available by phone and you had no idea what you would be renting as there was no tours. That changed with storage outlet. The office was available and we got to walk in. Office manager Cesar was able to help us instantly. Renting a storage was easy and convenient. We got prices for spaces and a tour of what he had explained. The entire process did not take long. Great storage units! I have rented multiple times at this location. Clean, easy access, and super secured site. I love the fact that they are shipping containers which are sealed right to prevent rodents from going into my units. I have never had an issue with rodents with Storage Outlet as I have with another indoor storage business. Storage Outlet will always be my go to for all my storage needs. Great facility helpful staff. I called to get a quick rental for two months the staff offered discount to work with me on cheapest price. Insurance covered however you can use personal insurance to cover unit. For the amount of small items I had the unit was good and did not look dirty. The area felt secured. Came today to get a storage for a few items and they had great customer service.I got helped right away. The people are really nice and polite. Very convenient storage. Easy to drive in and are able to park close to the unit. The units are cleaned and haven't had any problems with bugs. The prices stay relatively stable in the past four years it has only increased by $10. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is safe and had never had security issues. read more

Property was pretty well kept and Maneuel the manager was always helpful answering my questions. Definitely have to pay attention to understand though. (That's a little frustrating) There's only so much you can say about a storage facility though, but yeah, it was okay and I would recommend storing here to others. read more
