I work not far from this location and as of now, I find myself moving homes and needed a place close by and convenient to store some overflow furniture that we have to unfortunately move out by the 31st so I made the decision to stop by nova storage and check it out, the manager was not only great in customer service but made me feel taken care of and was an amazing experience. I would recommend this 100% to anybody in need of a storage place. read more

I am an extremely satisfied customer and highly recommend. I am a returning customer for years.

I came here to move to a new storage facility. I spoke with Joanne and she immediately showed me the exact unit I was interested in. There was zero pressure to sign an agreement but we did make an appointment for the next day . She was so friendly and hospitable, I knew I'd made the right choice coming here. I returned the next day and Ricardo helped me out with the paperwork. He was friendly , professional, and super helpful . He helped making the storage transition super easy and gave me lots of useful information. I'm so glad I found a storage place near my new home, especially with great accesible hours. read more

Nova Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Downey, California

I've used NOVA Storage for many of my moves and temporary storage needs. The facility has grown and now has many more options of storage spaces. The facility is clean and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful. However, I want to give a special thanks to Angie Magana. She is very professional and helpful. There are a few times that I have gone in the office and Angie has helped me during my check-outs, help with my lock troubles, and now again, helped me secure a unit once again for my new life venture. Thank you, Angie for all of your help and professionalism. You made my stressful and emotional moment easier. read more

The staff was friendly & informative. They quickly showed me my unit & we did a paperless lease. The property is kept pretty clean & they offer a moving truck for FREE to their tenants. How nice is that?! I think you only have to pay for mileage or something. All in all, I'm happy with my experience with Joanne & Jorge. read more

I've had a unit here for a year and it was very affordable, but they started raising prices. Also there seems to be no care about what people do in here. Just about every time I come there's always someone here with a fully blown jumper in here. They block the far end entrance of the 3,000 building with a jumper or two. They have loud music and there kids are running around as if it's some sort of park. I will be looking for business elsewhere. read more

George and Joanne were very attentive when inquiring about a storage unit. They accommodated my needs, and responded when they said they would. Oftentimes others don't. For example, I called and George answered the phone. He said he'd call me back in 5-10 min, as soon as he was done with the walk-in customer. No later than five minutes, my phone rag. George was also very thorough when showing me the various storage unit sizes, and provided pros and cons for each. This made me feel as though I was dealing with trustworthy folks. Their demeanor played a big roll in me choosing Nova. Super attentive, and they didn't seem bothered one bit when asking rudimentary questions. Overall, great place. Would highly recommend. read more

First time renting a storage, stuff was extremely nice and helpful. Price was reasonable too. Recommend it!

This storage place is newly remodeled to some extent and has good prices for the spacious storage bays they provide. I haven't had any issues with security despite it being in a questionable neighborhood. Easy in and out access if you have the credentials and I am considering upgrading to a larger unit for more permanent storage. Awesome customer service from Ricardo, best prices and trust me I called around for size of units.

This is the worst storage you can rent a unit from ! A day after moving in they called us at 11 pm that "we didn't lock our lock properly" and the "door rolled up" . I insisted that I was 100% sure the lock had been properly locked. The lady on the phone said its ok no problem , it doesn't look like anything is missing . Everything looks ok . You don't need to come , we already locked it for you. I didn't think anything negative of it Until we moved out and tried assembling our equipment . All of our "small" things where missing . Everything metal , everything aluminum , everything stainless steel. Racks from refrigerators , stands for tables , levels from displays . Everything they knew we would have never notice was missing . I'm furious ! After posting on a Facebook page about this crime , many other people messaged me that they too had been a victim of this same storage ! They were also alerted with the same story "you didn't lock your lock properly , door rolled up " And their things stolen as well !!! These people are thieves !!! read more
