George and Joanne were very attentive when inquiring about a storage unit. They accommodated my needs, and responded when they said they would. Oftentimes others don't. For example, I called and George answered the phone. He said he'd call me back in 5-10 min, as soon as he was done with the walk-in customer. No later than five minutes, my phone rag. George was also very thorough when showing me the various storage unit sizes, and provided pros and cons for each. This made me feel as though I was dealing with trustworthy folks. Their demeanor played a big roll in me choosing Nova. Super attentive, and they didn't seem bothered one bit when asking rudimentary questions. Overall, great place. I've had a unit here for a year and it was very affordable, but they started raising prices. Also there seems to be no care about what people do in here. Just about every time I come there's always someone here with a fully blown jumper in here. They block the far end entrance of the 3,000 building with a jumper or two. They have loud music and there kids are running around as if it's some sort of park. I will be looking for business elsewhere. read more

This storage place is newly remodeled to some extent and has good prices for the spacious storage bays they provide. I haven't had any issues with security despite it being in a questionable neighborhood.
