l will start out by saying that these storage units are in the middle of the 710 Freeway and on the other side there's a riverbed. There's homeless people living right behind the units . I rented a space and they gave me the last storage all the way in the back . A few months into renting this storage they let us know that they had broken into it and we had to come see what they had taken. The people that broke in made a hole big enough for them to fit and mind you they broke concrete! to get in. I was in disbelief when I open the unit and noticed they took all of my stuff and my sons as well. I WAS SHOCKED and heartbroken I couldn't believe the employees had no idea what was going on. They took every single box even my family pictures among a lot of other valuables they wiped us clean. They only left the bed frames and my mattress because that didn't fit through the hole they had made and some kitchenware they couldn't get to. For what I seen these people probably stayed in there for a few days. I found a cat's skull and its lower jaw it was gross among other disgusting things. There was also a bucket with human feces in it. After we confronted the employees they laughed it off and one of them told me "this happens way more than you would think" as if it was supposed to make me feel better.In other words on their end it was completely normal to them and no big deal. I would NEVER recommend these storage units to anyone. This place needs to be renovated. They are not enough cameras to cover all areas properly, doors are uneven and slide latches to lock the doors are rusted. Please do your research before renting a storage unit. read more

I won an auction at this place and the process is so smooth and fast. I won it in the morning 10am and by noon I got the email I could pick my stuff up. I wasn't able to go yesterday so I came today Saturday and I was also able to also rent the same unit. The guy and the lady that helped me out are so nice and helpful. read more

If you're looking for a storage unit in the Bell or surrounding area this is definitely the place to go to. The customer service is great, Melesio helped me out through the whole process of renting my unit. The units are conveniently accessible. No going up and down stairs or elevators to get to your unit. You can easily drive up to your unit with your vehicle! Prices are also great and depending on your need, different sized units are available for your choosing. All the employees speak both English and Spanish, so that's a big plus! Great experience all around! read more

I had no idea that the City of Bell had a storage facility until I began to actively search for a place to store some stuff. I was more than happy to discover U-Store which is just a short drive away, nestled right off the 710 Fwy on Clara Avenue in Bell, CA. The prices are a little high, but I like this place. It's clean, safe, well-maintained with working cameras, and the staff provides EXCELLENT customer service! Eder took the time to explain the different options that are available (Eg. Unit sizes, prices, terms, and conditions). He was very kind and patient with me which I appreciated, since I had so many questions. (Haha!) Eder, Paulina, & Melecio will assist you with any inquiries that you may have. All three staff members are very nice, knowledgable, and helpful. I'm glad that I chose this place for temporary storage. Bonus: It's a good feeling to know that there's an employee on the premises during closed hours. That's what sets this place apart from the competition. Knowing that someone is there gives me a sense of peace so I give U-Store and the staff 5 stars! read more

I do not recommend this storage unless you're renting on a very short term. They raise the rates every 6 months & it just grows exponentially. Also, almost every time I leave a message for a callback I get no response. read more

I was looking for a storage last minute but everywhere I went, the prices were ridiculous and customer service extremely lacking...by chance I passed by U-Store and decided to give it a shot and stopped by for some info...I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the storage was from the outside but I was weary to see what the prices were like...I walked inside and was greeted by an older gentleman, Melecio who helped me through the whole process....he was very patient with my questions and I was surprised at how good the prices were...I found out he was also the man responsibility for the maintenance of the building and he let me know that if I ever needed any help or had an issue with the storage unit or anything else to let him know...so after talking with him I rented a storage on the spot and have been here ever since...everything he stated and promised, has been true...all in all I have no complaints and Melesio has been helpful throughout my whole stay here...employees like this are the difference between a big corporate companies and smaller companies like this...give this storage a shot, you won't regret it... read more

Let me start off by saying this place is hard to find if you are not familiar with the area. The service was great lady in the office was extremely helpful answered all my questions. Pricing is a bit on the high side but it works for me as I will be moving close by. I recommend checking online promotions before renting you might be able to say a few dollars. read more
