I am so frustrated, and very disappointed I paid my bill 12 days late, I went to my unit today 4/30/2026 and there was a managers lock on it. How long has the lock been there? Why is it still on? I would understand 1-2 days after I just made my payment but not 16 days later. I had a great experience with this storage company until this happened. read more
