The property manager was cold not showing any empathy or support as I broke down crying because my Dad's Dallas Cowboys coat was also taken and that broke my heart and I didn't want to act out because that wouldn't solve anything. I was left by myself on a cold stairwell until the police arrived to take the report the process took over 3 months.. meanwhile I'm paying rent but feeling this was an inside job!! The claim was released afterwards I moved out! I'm at a much better location with security alarms attached to my unit and property management on the property until it closes!

They only have 4 carts TOTAL for the WHOLE BUILDING and if one is left at another floor good luck. We had to wait over an hour just to get one cart during a weekend we were moving our stuff out. Also had Issues with using my code to access my floor to my storage for about 2 weeks. Ended up cancelling my storage after I received a 3rd notice of price increase to nearly double what it was. And theres constant people roaming around in and out of the floors.

I witnessed a fight between a couple that seemed to also be living there. There was also drug use and drinking the times I went. If you're a woman, it doesn't feel safe going alone. Something is weird about this place, there's cameras but it seems like these issues are overlooked. Had to leave my unit because I did not feel safe going in alone.
