This had to be the Worse experience at this public storage with little to no supervision my unit was broken into mind you this place closes at 6pm my unit was on the 2nd floor and the lock was cut, placed inside on the floor with all of my belongings ran through several items missing and I was only given a slap in the face $238 for a claim worth over $4,000 bags of fragrances and $1.100 camera shame on you! The insurance only covers things of no value please read the fine print. The property manager was cold not showing any empathy or support as I broke down crying because my Dad's Dallas Cowboys coat was also taken and that broke my heart and I didn't want to act out because that wouldn't solve anything. I was left by myself on a cold stairwell until the police arrived to take the report the process took over 3 months.. meanwhile I'm paying rent but feeling this was an inside job!! The claim was released afterwards I moved out! I'm at a much better location with security alarms attached to my unit and property management on the property until it closes! read more

Raise the rent constantly. Your stuff is safe here. Always hard to get a hold of someone directly bc it connects you to 1-800 operator. Workers are friendly. Bathroom has a lock, must communicate with staff to let you in. I am glad I'm gone from PS. read more

The fact that there are so many bad reviews and complaints about the property manager and he still has a job let's me know this company cares not for the people paying for a service. Update... I have only had this unit for 5 months. They just raised my rent from $178/mo. to $212/mo. To me, that is outrageous ! It's not that I can't afford it, it's more the principle. I would expect such a thing perhaps after a year. But 5 months, seriously ? Plus they made me take their "insurance" for an additional $11/mo. I had a storage unit many years ago that didn't have that kind of an increase the entire 10+ years that I had it. Nor did I have to buy their insurance. Pretty disappointed....will probably either find another unit elsewhere or get rid of my stuff all together. read more

As far as a place to store your stuff its fine...if you enjoy a price hike ever year. I started off paying 70 dollars. 2 years later and they're trying to charge me $147. So i just cancelled my unit, because its straight up not worth the money. With holes in the ground indoors, shoddy paintjobs that leave your locks covered in paint and with only 2 carts to move stuff around you might aswell go buy a small shed at home depot if you have the space, or find another place. Because this place is just terrible. The property manager is also very strange and was very awkward to talk to. Stay clear of this place. read more

I was here for over a year and one day they hired a new guy who decided to leave with out letting people know here we are closing (mind you my unit is curbside and right in front of the office) so they locked me in and your code wont let you out past the time i then had an emergency to attend to and i had to cut the lock on the gate to manually override it. The next day their rude manager calls me to say I'm getting evicted. Also their opening time of 9:30 is a joke go somewhere else one that opens at 7:00 am or is 24 hours. read more

Do not rent a storage unit from this place. It's one big setup. The walls are made of drywall and they are cracked and broken and you can see into the other units. Amy the girl who helped me sign up for the unit called her other two con artists when she saw me pull up in my 26 foot Penske. Then she proceeded to constantly disclose my information out loud to the other people in the room including my phone number, my address, my account members too. She purposely stated my phone number out loud multiple times saying she couldn't read my handwriting. My handwriting was perfect. She then entered the wrong information into the contract. She is a con artist. Do not be fooled by Amy's easy to approach demeanor because she is a opportunist and she will attempt to steal your belongings. The only part she was interested was when she took an inventory about what I would be storing here. I'm calling corporate today to ask for a refund and dealing with public storage customer service has been a nightmare as well. Don't waste your time with public storage unless you plan to keep trash in your unit. read more

Okay so I made a yelp account just because of this issue. This morning my dad and I went to our unit to pick up a few things. Once we got there we realized right away that our lock wasn't on our door. After about 10 minutes we finally found a worker. We told the lady someone broke into our storage unit. She said she would come take a look. 10 minutes go by and nobody came to help us. My dad walked to the office and finally got the same employee to help us. When we opened our unit with the worker we saw that there was stuff stolen and out of place. We didn't get insurance because Nathaniel(I believe he's the manager) was telling us how great the security is. He told us how they have cameras and motion detectors after hours. He also mentioned that the police refueling station is right there and that they do lock checks twice a day. Pretty much he convinced us there was nothing to worry about and that's why we chose this location. Our issue is that it seems like the workers didn't do their job. If they do lock checks twice a day they would have realized yesterday that our lock was gone if it happened yesterday at any point during the day. If it happened any day before that that's even worse because that means they haven't been checking locks for days. How could it of happened last night if they have motion detectors after closing. My point is they weren't checking locks like they said they do. read more

This facility's hours are unrealistic. Nathaniel was not helpful in assisting with a refund for a rental space that I never took possession of. I couldn't access the space! Someone who works 9-6 would only be able to access the space on a Saturday. I also work those days. I explained that Nathaniel and told him I thought all locations had uniform hours. He had no understanding for my situation and told me that he would see about getting me a refund but that the $25 administration fee would stand. Working 2 jobs and during COVID, every penny counts. Very dishonest. There are so many other storage places to go to and although this place advertises $1 for first month's rent, it is completely NOT true. They are clean and friendly but cheat you out of your money. I have no problem with paying rent but when extra charges are added after everything is signed for and done, there is nothing you can do. The contract is long and has very confusing wording. I did ask if there were any other fees that would need to be paid before the next month's rent and was blatantly lied to. It's not about the money but just being able to trust your fellow neighbor. Very upsetting. read more

I came here to pick my storage unit. My child needed to use the bathroom so she tells me she's going to open the gate. She opens the gate and I go to the bathroom, its lock so I go back and ask for the keys. She hands them to me bit doesn't open the gate. I keep waving at her in the camera and she still doesn't open, so I go back inside and tell her I'm waiting for the gate.. by this time my son almost didn't make the restroom and would've probably peed in his pants because she wasn't paying attention! Secondly when I finally decide that I want the storage unit, she's explaining to another customer that you must get insurance. And the insurance only covers $5000 so if you have items over $5000 that you can't place it in their unit. The customers were lost so I explained it to them.. but she kept changing her words about the insurance. She kept adding more fees to the plan when I just wanted basic for a month. read more

Never saw my $1 first month's rent. The guy manager there wants to sell you everything they have, even after you tell him you have your own lock, he continues to tell you that it might not fit on their locks and it would be better if you buy one of their locks. Crazy. Then he wants to forcibly sell you their air moister absorber. I think I had to say no about three times. They do not provide any kind of trash can. You bring in a cup of coffee or a gum wrapper, it needs to come back out with you. That's crazy., they should provide a trash can. I paid my last month there, but only used 9 days out of the month, I have not heard of a refund till today, a month later I have to call corporate myself, to see what happened there. It shouldn't be this way. They also have office hours on their gate access code. You cannot access your things after they leave for the day!???? What? Why??? Go else where guys. Fanny was working the counter and helped me out with seeing the unit and explained the paperwork in full detail. First time getting a storage space so new experience. Website is helpful in reserving a space along with express check in to make things faster when you physically go see your unit. Insurance premiums are required which I guess is fine in case of a break-in, if any. Online prices are a little cheaper than if you go in store.
