PS has Amazing deals for 1st time customers but for good loyal medium to long term customers, it seems that PS doesn't treat them with the same grace and dignity they deserve specially when they have been there for long term it's important to be acknowledged and get a loyalty promo deal The organization's customer service team is not the best when you call them at their 1800 number There can be lots of small, hidden expenses so get familiar with their procedures to prevent unexpected unnecessary and unwanted expenses Chris, the manager at this location is very helpful and knowledgeable. He is wonderful and he is onsite but unfortunately he has to go to cover other locations and other managers from other cities come to this office and they don't provide the same great service. Don't rent here! The rent has just gone up 45 dollars (a few months now), but all at once! The rent went up after they repainted everything, which has caused a lot of damage for myself and other customers I've spoken to. There was paint that seeped into the units and the dust is terrible! Computers and equipment were damaged! I had so many things uncovered and now it's filthy! They use blowers to sweep dust and the units aren't sealed for that! The walls aren't secure and that is why I don't store anything there of high value anymore like I used to! I am getting rid of this unit as soon as possible. Most of my stuff needs to be washed out now and wiped thoroughly before placing it into my vehicle for use.I don't recommend this place at all. I have also seen people hanging out at different hours, leaving the front door open, doing sketchy things. I've heard of people getting things stolen as well. I also don't come here very late like I used to. It doesn't seem very safe. I'd like my money back for all the dust damage to equipment I had stored. It's truly terrible. Save your money for a place that is worth it. I just took pictures of this place on June 5, 2002 and saw other storage units around me suffering from the same. read more

My stuff was stolen out my unit. I locked it properly, got the lock directly from them, and I did not leave my keys any where random for someone to take. All of my name brand shoes were taken which was like 20 pairs, all my electronics where also taken, and all my video games to go with the PlayStation they took. The only answer was file a claim with insurance and you can move your stuff to another unit. But there is no point in moving anything worth taken is already gone. read more

This public storage location went from a 5 star to 1 star if I had to rate it.Here's why I'm saying this No on-site manager full time which is a must if customers have a question or want to make a payment The storage is dirty and the trash bin for the construction that's being done is full and paper flying off Garage roll ups were painted and finish but tape is left for customer to take off if you are going too put your key and open lock Here's the biggest worry the security gate that's stuck open at 2:51 pm 8/22/2021.Seem to happen every weekend.How can I feel safe if anyone can just drive in. All I ask is that management team treat this location like if they were renting a storage here this is not right . read more

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism of this place. They are no better than other less known chains. We were charged a fee for telling them it was our last month. The worst part was notifiying them with our items inside. 3 weeks after we cleaned up & left only the heavier equipment we get notified that our unit had "no lock" & that they placed one .This is the 2nd time it got broken into. We gave them the benefit of the doubt & it has cost us greatly. How convenient. This is my personal second negative experience with public storages, just don't do it. Pay a relative who has a bigger home, or anything else but don't pay thiefs who deny their actions. There are no cameras or liability, so it's a total loss. read more

If yelp offered black or negative stars this place would get it from me! By far the worst place to store your stuff! I rented with them for 4 years during which i started paying $180 for a 10x20 to $256 up to this month. There are no security cameras or alarms and no steel walls there walls are standard dry wall,and no insurance for your items should something happen. 2 months ago I had to rent an additional 10 x 10 at $188.00 didnt even offer me a deal on the second unit. I was hospitalized during that month and to try and save some money on the next months rent I asked for 3 hours from the time the office closed until the gates closed at 9 to transfer my 10x10 to my 10x20 I was denied and had to pay for a whole month. Some customer service and appreciation I was given for my loyalty a full months charge for 3 hours time.....they can kiss my rear end! For that price and their crappy customer service decided to take my business elsewhere. Now I am closer to home paying less money with steel walls, alarm system on property and in each unit, they offer insurance with the unit, their customer service is outstanding and they offered me a deal if I was to need another unit, plus it's still cheaper!!! read more

Went right at opening time. As I was arriving, I received a call for confirmation. Regina was very helpful, even found me more convenient spot as she was showing me my unit.
