When I went to move out there were food bags inside my storage unit as if someone was having a meal while they were digging through my things and left it accidentally. This place is infested with rats as you can see the dead rat in the corner. My things were only in this storage for about 3 weeks. I was devastated when I was moving my things out because all of my furniture and clothes were completely covered in rat poop and dead rats everywhere!!!! Little holes in most of my clothes :( I'm so heartbroken:( I cried the entire time I was moving my things out. Completely Terrified! Angel is his name working the front desk. He truly seemed like an Angel, for going above and beyond his duty to help me. I needed a climate controlled unit of 5x10. That facility did not have any. He got on the computer and searched for one. He did locate one in Riverside as I needed. He then called the other facility to confirm that it was available, it was. He then reserved it for me. 3 other facilities had sent me on my way without helping me. He is such a thoughtful and helpful young man. Thanks to Angel, I now have my things stored. read more

If I could give this business no stars I would! The owner MARTIN is a horrible example of a business owner. He fraudulently signed me up for autopay... which is completely illegal - Then tried to tell me I signed up for it in January. I have all of my payment history showing various payment methods and dates! So I have never been on autopay. So I disputed the unauthorized charge with my bank... and after talking to him he said he would refund the charge but had the audacity to say he's adding a $25 reversal fee - You must be out your rabbit A** mind if you think i am paying that! Then tried to blackmail me telling me that if I come to sign some new documents he will waive the fee. He refused to send the documents via mail or digitally so that I could have my advisor read through them... but he said no, I needed to sign them in front of him!! Since he added the fee and I cant pay online... I had to mail the payment in this month. He said it better be for the $119 ($94 + the 25 fee) or he will not accept it. Okay then... so be it! Let me say this to anyone thinking about this facility... If you rent from this storage... be very careful! I know other storage places do the bait and switch with the rent once they lure you in... but this place is the true epitome of it! They lie and say they have sent you mail, to inform you of changes, but I know numerous renters who have had the same issues of not receiving this fantom mail. Seems like every other day this facility sends an increase in rent notice! Last year this place was infested with rats and I had thousands of dollars in damage... and also water damage! (i dont know where the water came from) and even though they knew exactly where the rats stemmed from they refused to provide insurance info to assist with this process, and my insurance said they dont cover this because the upkeep, like infestations, is the property owners responsibility. When I contacted Martin asking for information to file a claim... he was aggressive, unsympathetic, rude and extremely unprofessional.... and even hung up on me! I have had renters insurance since I moved into this storage... which has been on file since I started renting. All of a sudden I started seeing a $9 insurance charge on my bill. When I called to remind them that they have a copy of my insurance... they said they didnt have it anymore. So I resent it so they could update their records but he flat out refused to take the $9 off my account even though they had a copy of my insurance but lost it. I did eventually get it credited back.. but it SHOULD NOT take having an argument with the owner for him to do whats right! This guy is the worse... he will nickel and dime you, even when he is wrong! I would rather pay more and have a great customer experience - then continue to have deal with him! All I have to say is this is I have contacted counsel, have all of my receipts, documents, pictures from damages... and recordings. And will not stand for this behavior any longer! read more

Horrible storage facility, I've been there for 3 years. I had 2 units, and I fell on hard times. I was late 30 days when I paid my unit. I recently went to move my stuff out, and all the locks had been cut off. We got in the units and our stuff was thrown about. Stuff missing, we have entire boxes completely empty... I didnt pack any empty boxes. Oh and worse part about it is we discover our stuff covered in rat poop, and some boxes chewed up by rats. If you're still using this storage place, check on your stuff. I dont know when rats got into my units (I had 2) but they did, and they weren't in there when I moved all my stuff out. read more

Sonny, Just to clarify on your comment. The only concession made available to me as I previously stated was to pay the difference. Which I did because that was the only thing I could do until I found another company. Nothing else was offered for me to decline. By the way where were you when all this was going on? I was only left to deal with Samantha who could care less if I left or stayed. So she's the one you should look into and have a conversation with. If you haven't already. I could have been kept a customer if she would've been more helpful and just honored the agreement her staff made. I'm pretty sure any other company would have. Also as you might've seen before I have posted a favorable review when I first rented here. All was well until that had happened. The staff was really rude . Danny didn't know how to handle different customer service issues. While u stood in line for 15 mins waiting patiently he rudely told me to live aside because another young Hispanic lady was behind me. He helped her then came back to started saying I was yelling. And interrupting while I was talking to a friend instead of talking to his supervisor Julian . If you like the things you will be putting in here and they are valuable I advise you to go elsewhere. I am in the process of filing a claim with the insurance they required me to get after water came pouring in from the damaged roof and all over my new furniture, clothes, and personal belongings. It ruined well over 6,000 dollars worth of belongings and I just received an offer of 1,200 for coverage. On top of that I am still having to pay the 120 a month until I can get free time from work to get my things out of there! UPDATE: Once upper management found out about my situation they handled it a lot better. I am going to get the full 2500 for which I was covered for. I am pleased at how they handled everything after my yelp review and hopefully the repairs will be taken care of as soon as I move my belongings out read more
