Very impressed by the service and convenience. Kimberly and Kathy are both welcoming, patient, and very helpful. I was able to get the storage, the key, and the gate code all in one visit. Kimberly was patient and thorough; she explained everything very clearly. Under the sun in 100F temperature, Kathy carefully checked that the lock could be inserted into the storage gate; she switched me to another storage when she found that the first assigned storage gate was hard to put the lock into. I walked out of the office with everything settled and ready to move my items into the storage. A very pleasant experience! read more

I used to love this storage facility, but since it has changed ownership it has been awful. Nobody answers the phone, rent prices are constantly increasing. The hours listed online are not accurate. It's so sad to see a decent place like this go downhill. read more

Kim and Mission Village Storage, I could not say enough about the wonderful experience I have had working with Kim. She is the ultimate professional always making sure my needs are met And I'm having the most pleasant experience with Her company. I have been a client with multiple units for many years and I honestly thought In 2020 that customer service was something of the past Then I met Kim. Mission Village is a showcase storage facility. Of all storage facilities that I've rented from, this storage facility has to be the best. It is so clean, and well-maintained, and I feel secure when I enter the facility. Kim the facility manager is top notch. Not only is she approachable, but is genuinely concerned about the needs of the customer. She has been so helpful these past few weeks when I was facing an issue. She listened to my concerns and gave me options. Those options has worked well in my favor, providing solutions to my concerns. Thank you Kim, and continue doing an outstanding job as the facility manager. read more

We left another storage facility in the area before ever moving in, because we found this more affordable and more attractive facility. Mission Village Private Storage is on a quiet street, and is so beautifully maintained. And then we went inside and met Kim, the manager. She is both personable and professional, and made my difficult day so much better. She takes great pride in this establishment, and is incredibly good at her job. The customer definitely is the focus here, and we highly recommend it to others looking for a safe, well-maintained and well-run storage facility. read more

I have rented a storage unit here on and off since 2008. Kim the manager has always been so awesome. Recently my fiancé of 12 yrs was fighting colon cancer and passed away. Every time I would see her she was concerned about how he was doing. She genuinely cares and has been very accommodating when I was almost late getting out of the gate a few times. Rent has only went up a few times while I have been renting here and the rental rates and cleanliness can't be beat. read more

I visited all the local spots and decided this one based on price, reviews and location. I was very pleased with my decision. Zero problems and very professional and friendly service. There was always someone at the desk to help and I visited my 2 storage units many times as I was moving and getting organized. The units were clean and completely insect free. I used the moving van they have several times and they were very generous with that as well. Thanks again guys!! I will always use them and recommend them highly to my friends and family. Thank you very much Kim and Robert for your help and friendly demeanor! read more

This is a well maintained, secure storage facility. Kim, the manager is the best! She is friendly, responsive and always professional. I was fortunate when we rented our space that there was a manager's special which she told me about, I didn't even have to ask. Our three months turned into a year, no problem. The move in truck was also very convenient and saved me a few bucks. Thanks Kim for everything read more

I have 4 large storage units here that I have rented for nearly 10 years and the cleanliness and safety of Mission Village Storage is SECOND TO NONE. It is the cleanest, safest storage facility in Riverside. Kim and her husband Robert are amazing. They have helped us numerous times over the years with everything from lost keys, and minor problems, to scheduling time for us to use the rental truck when moving large items in or out. They practice the best possible customer service, not just for me as a long term customer, but I have seen them help everyone with the same enthusiasm and cheer. Don't hesitate to call them if you have a problem. read more

Whenever I have a question or need help Kim is always there to help. She's pleasant, professional, and always greats me with a welcoming smile. There used to be a guy named Robert (I think) who used to be there. I don't see him but he was great too and always maintained the property well. I've been a tenant since 2006. Thanks Kim! read more

Mission Village Private Storage - Self Storage Near Me - Riverside, California

This place is THE WORST! Yes, it is clean and perhaps safe. But if you rent a space here, the owners (who do not live in the USA) will raise your rent EVERY THREE MONTHS! Do yourself a favor, find another storage space, any storage space, for your things! read more

This place is fantastic. We made a reservation online and came in the next day and leased our unit in less than 30 minutes. Kim is the on-site manager and she was super helpful! She had our unit cleaned out and ready for us by the following morning. The entire facility is very clean and secure. 10/10 recommend read more

The management at this storage unit is extremely poor. When we moved in at the end of May we came during business hours and no one was in the office for several hours, prolonging our move in. Kim who is the woman that manages the place was apologetic and and so we brushed it off and moved on. Today we called regarding moving out and my husband spoke with a male. The man told him that if we wanted to move out it would have to be today since tomorrow's the first. My husband then asked why they could prorate days, then the man paused and appeared to be speaking with someone else in the office and said that they could prorate 7-15 days but the minimum was 7. My husband asked to speak to Kim who we presumed was the manager and the man said he was. He did not appear to be knowledgeable, nor was he helpful. His customer service skills were extremely poor. Any other storage place would prorate the cost to your move out, not extort you for an extra week. We will be getting the phone number to their corporate office and filing a formal complaint. I would highly recommend not giving your business to this crooked place. Also the write your own review button on their webpage redirects you to their site on Google! read more

We have been dealing with KIM for over 10 years. She makes everything so simple, makes renting a storage unit pleasurable. She's the BEST!!!

Highly recommend them to all! Affordable, secure & clean. We had a great experience getting a storage there. Kim was awesome & even went the extra mile to help my daughter open up the unit in a return visit! read more

You guys have a gem in Kim. I was finally able to move my storage after 3 years. It is not unusual for storage to raise their price, but the storage price increase came at a bad time for me. I was really afraid I would lose my storage and the few precious items I have. I talked with Kim. She understood and worked with me. The only reason this company receives a 5 star is because of Kim. Thank you so for your kindness and generous service. read more

KIM!!!!! SHE IS SPECTACULAR!!! SHE IS SO PROFESSIONAL! RESPECTFUL! HONEST! CARING! Honestly, I could sit here all night, and would never be without words to say about her. I am confident in that storage facility because of her. I didn't have to ask her anything, you know why, because she explained everything to me. She called me, and let me know during the time I was packing my belongings, that she would be stepping away for a moment. She gave me the name of the employee, that would be covering for her during her absence. I don't care, if it were not for the fact that she was so professional you would not know her name. The coffee, candy, kind words, you just don't find people like her. Guess what! I'm African American, I constantly run into folks who wish I would just disappear, not KIM! SHE'S AWESOME! read more

I rented my storage unit with this business 9yrs, I just emptied out my things today, everything kept safe by the gate, lock and staff. I was treated very fairly over the years and I highly suggest renting here at this business. They have many different size units available at a very fair price. read more
