My grandmother has been renting a storage here for years. The tenant did have a bit of a mess , which all they needed to do was tell him to clean it up, but the manner that he was told in was racism and degrading. I got home and let my grandmother know about this and the very next day we gave our 30 day notice which we got harassed in the process my grandmother and I do not support racist people. I since further tried to contact a member of management, but I keep getting the runaround once they found out it was to make a complaint.

Everyone who answered the phone would tell us the person in charge is not available. The person in charge to issue refund changes from Marcos to Christian to Justin to Jessica to Phil. Guess what? Whoever supposed to give us money back is AWAYS not in that day to talk to. September 23 we call again for the check supposed to sent out on September 22. Because previously they try to fool us again by issuing a small check less than what they supposed to refund. We asked Marcos to send us a copy of the check & confirm the correct amount. There were at least two people in the Ford F250 white/silver/lite grey truck that followed another person in and than went out the in entrance smash the gate and Todd did see the RV screeching but again did not act right away. This place is advertising false as some of the cameras don't work and the Manager Todd will do nothing if he sees anything until his shift starts. Some of my Jeep friends recommended Riverside Hitch & Trailer, and then my Jeep dealer also referred me to them. After receiving two separate recommendations, I decided to take my Jeep there. I am so glad I did. The woman who helped me was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. She came out, looked at my Jeep, and explained that I did not need all of the extra work I had originally been quoted because my Jeep was already wired. I basically only needed the hitch installed, which saved me about $1,000. They were able to squeeze me in, and the work was completed much faster than I expected. So far, the quality looks great, my Jeep looks awesome, and the customer service was excellent. I have not attached the trailer yet, but I am already very pleased with my experience. I would definitely recommend Riverside Hitch & Trailer. They were honest, professional, fast, and saved me a lot of money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not exagerating when I tell you that this place, without a…read moredoubt, has the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my 50 years of life. First off, if you are literally 1 minute past 8 PM they will charge an extra $50 fee. They stand very firm on that. A couple months ago I was waiting for a customer to meet me. His ETA was going to be 5 minutes past 8. I asked if that would to be ok. The answer was a rude and resounding, no. My issue wasn't that they were enforcing a rule as much as the way the perfectly reasonable question was answered. His tone was almost like how a parent would scold a child. But just so you know, there is absolutly no grace whatsoever about being off the premises by 8:00 PM My real problem came today, when I was nursing a headache in my car before I could start working on my unit. There was noone else there and I wasn't bothering or in the way of anyone. I was just about to get started when I was confronted, out of nowhere, with a very angry and aggresive staff member informing me that I had to leave immediatly. When I asked him why, he said that the maximum daily time you can be at your unit is 3 hours. Only 3 hours a day? I tryed to explain that I was just nursing a headace and was about to start working on my ùnit. He then, very agressivly ordered me to leave again. "Get out of here!", like I was a vagrent off of the street and not a paying tenant. Because I was suprised and upset about the way I was being talked down to, I muttered f that under my breath as I was getting in my car to leave. The staff member obviously heard me as he got in my face and told me that he was terminating my lease. I had done absolutly nothing to provoke this man. I called the office to talk to the manager, Steven. When he answered, I was met with the same pretentious, confrentational and discourteous demenour. The order had obviosly came from him. So apparently, now I will have to vacate my unit under police supervision. This place is discraceful and I will be seeking legal action. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the trouble and utilize one of the dozon other facilities in the area.
