One time our card for our auto payments was stolen and they made sure to call us and mail us a letter that they needed new card info. Conveniently our storage unit "and 5 others" were burglarized and they didn't call or attempt to reach us at all. They said they tried which was a lie. They said they didn't know what day it was burglarized. Just some time last month and that they had zero video footage of who it was. Strange because you need a personalized code to get In and out ??? They also said they burglars didn't take everything but that the remaining stuff was just tossed. Do not use them! This was probably an inside job. Of people that know we don't come to our unit frequently.

After reading the police report the robbery happened for 20 minutes and it wasn't noticed. No return of first month's rent. How does a robbery happen at 1:30pm during the day and no one catches it. Would not recommend this storage place nor would I trust them with anything. And on top of that wasn't even notified of the burglary until 4:30pm. Obviously they are not here full time and it is not being monitored.

Fernando the district Manager is also incompetent when it comes to matters regarding policy. Im not sure the hiring requirements to work here. I'm assuming training is very light.

When you are named Tina it's surprising to meet another Tina. We hit it off from there. She showed me the units she had available. I rented 3. When moving my things over there I had underestimated how much room I needed and was able to get another unit without a problem. The grounds keeper helped me one night as it was getting dark I didn't realize there was a bulb out overhead. He came up and changed the bulb and showed me how to work the timer so I was able to get a few more things done. Everyone has treated me with respect. I recommend renting here.

We had an electrical issue with the trailer plug, damaged rear molding, a drip when we filled up with diesel and a vent cover that wouldn't close completely. The estimate was very fair, and their time to complete the repair was as estimated. When we picked up the RV all the repairs were perfect, the paint on the repaired molding matched perfectly! Our RV was returned to us clean and even the tires had been dressed and were shiny. We have owned RVs for 20+ years, Irving, Celia, and their crew are the best repair shop we have ever dealt with.
