I don't typically write reviews, but this experience was so awful that I feel compelled to warn potential customers--DO NOT use this location. Trust me. The woman at the front desk (Patty, as mentioned in other negative reviews) was shockingly rude and unprofessional. As someone who runs a large company, I was genuinely taken aback by her complete lack of customer service and outright hostility. I won't go into every detail, but management, I urge you to review your security footage from 2/26 at 9:00 AM. If you watch Patty's interaction with me, you'll see exactly what I'm referring to. She is actively turning away business and making customers uncomfortable. Someone with this attitude should not be the first point of contact for your company. If others have had similar experiences with Patty (and I'm sure many have), I encourage you to leave a review as well. Under new management! I went in to rent a storage and experience was 10/10! Leah is amazing! I've never rented a storage and she walked me through the unit and explained everything perfectly & answered all my questions and concerns and I was able to walk away under an hour with my new unit. Patti , the mgr , is the rudest person I've ever encountered. I had reservations this morning for a truck. I arrived 15 mins early. Patti aggressively opened the door and said , "What do you want ?" I said , "I have a reservation at 9am. She rudely snaps at me , we'll that's when we open and slams door. I patiently wait for her to open. After starting the process. She suddenly says she doesn't like my attitude and I'm being hostile. I calmly explain. I don't know what she is talking about. She is trembling and slams my I'd down and tells me she is calling the cops. She refused me service. I call uhaul. They gave me a 50 dollar credit and apologized. She then went online and made a fraudulent 1 star review on my Google page for my company. She is clearly mentally unstable and also super rude. read more

The experience, equipment and customer service were excellent. Patty went above and beyond to assist us in every way. Instead of sending us to another location to pick up the size truck we needed, she arranged it at her site for our convenience and preference. I had a great experience with the company, staff was great very helpful, units very clean and pest free.

My husband came here to look into renting out storage units and had a horrible experience. Prior to that, we called up inquiring about unit sizes and were greeted with attitude. The lady did not seem too friendly in answering questions. We just wanted to know what sizes were available. When asking if there was a 10x10, we just received a stern "No". No alternatives, or anything. So we politely asked about what other sizes they had. She listed them off rather rudely. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and he drove down there this morning before work to check them out. He was treated very poorly by the lady working there. He was shown a 5x13 unit and when he asked to see the next size up, he was told that "that was suspicious." Ok, how is asking to see another unit suspicious? Since we are shopping around, he thanked them for her time and said he would get back to her. When he told her this, she instantly turned around and went out the door. Didn't say a word to him. We were most likely going to pick this place because of how close it is to our home, but after being treated like this, we'd rather take our business elsewhere. We are always respectful to any business we enter. We know what it is like to work in the customer service industry so we would never be cold and disrespectful to someone let alone a small business. Would like to be contacted by the owner or head manager of this establishment. I contacted SS mini storage by phone twice on 6/10. I was attempting to pay online and noticed the system had changed and I no longer had access. I called once at noon and again around 4:30 pm. I received no answer and left a voicemail. My call was returned on 6/11. I explained to the rep that I called on 6/10 since I was unable to login to make my payment. She stated she called me on 6/8 and left a voicemail as a courtesy, I did not receive any call or voicemail. This was also irrelevant because I called on 6/10 to make an on time payment to no avail. I asked for her to remove the $15 late charge as I attempted to make my payment and was unable to due to the change in system I was not notified of and the fact that no answer was given 6/10 by phone. She begun to then go in a tirade about how she was in office she did not receive my calls so i must not have called incinerating i am a liar. This can't be correct, because if the calls were not received, how did she respond to my voicemail and call me back? I then asked to speak to a manager because the rep was being rude, talking over me and overall providing terrible customer service. She then told me she did not have time for this and hung the phone up in my face. I attempted to call back and was hung up on again. I drove to the establishment with camera rolling for proof. The rep refused to provide her name and laughed telling me her name was "mickey mouse" I asked for owner information and that was not provided to me. I asked if she could contact them with me in office to speak and she stated they were not available and to leave before she called the police. I was recording the entire time and was never "agressive" as she stated I was. When she realized i was recording she asked me to stop and go. I followed her wishes and began to leave. As i was leaving she came from behind the counter to follow me and harass me telling me to never return to the office. As I drove off she was recording my vehicle for an unknown reason. I provide moving services and rent equipment from u haul and do business with them quite often. I have never received service this disrespectful and unprofessional since I started renting trucks. Woman called me because I was running 30min late for my reservation, proceeded to threaten me with canceling my reservation if I didn't provide her with a time I will be there ( I had a 24hour reservation). Upon arrival I wanted to stick to business, get my truck and get out of there to complete a job. Same woman proceeded to attempt to lecture me with a condescending tone. As I requested that we return to the business at hand which is the reservation, she raised her voice and started threatening canceling reservation. At this point no customer service should be presented that way. Things ended with the lady scream into my face and threatening me with police. I will never rent there again and I high discourage anyone from doing so. read more

Made a reservation a day early for a 15 ft Uhaul truck pickup and arrived only to receive "hostile" behavior from the Patty Quimilman -Manager! She began her rude behavior when we declined to accept the "extra" coverage and from there she started to change her tone to hostile! She began to explain the risk of rocks flying from trucks that will cost from $600-$800 to repair. We agreed that we understand but declined. Patty started yelling at us that even if we returned the truck to the wrong location that the fee is $400! Again we understood in agreement, and then she said "I have the right to cancel your reservation"! We were in shock asking her why would you do that to us? We felt like we were being Sterotyped by her as angry when that was her energy of angry outbursts towards us. Buyer beware of Patty the Racist!!!!! read more

SS MINI Storage located in Perris off of D Street . My sister rented a u-haul truck from them and when she returned it to a u-haul location they told her that there was no deposit owed to her since Edward Gonzalez the manager at SS MINI STORAGE had marked that she got her deposit already. How can she get her money back when she hasn't returned the truck? Is bad enough moving on a hot and humid weekend. To make matters worse she was scammed for her $ 100.00 dollar deposit. Do not rent from them as you run the risk of being scammed. read more
