I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Customer Service: Horrible! The Manager Jess committed fraud on my account. She took an unauthorized payment from my account. I request to speak with the GM and was never given a call back. I then called customer service and reported my issue and never got a call back as I requested twice. This all took place on May 30th. Today, is June 27th. I have screenshots, call logs, and the names of the customer service agents I spoke with. Therefore, I placed a report to BBB and looking to seek legal action. Good afternoon everyone. I did not want to post anything on this site until the investigation concluded. Salta and it turns out that I was the victim of theft at this location. I am in the painting business and at this location I had my work tools. They stole 3 painting machines, a Graco 490, a Graco 395, a new Titan Back Pack, a Quick Shot, among other things, hoses and paint guns. Thank God the investigation has concluded. but the insurance company of the place could only give me a little bit below the cost of my tools, well what am I going with this? My unit was right at the corner of the place and every time I went I never asked anyone to look at what I had, and my conclusion is that they agree, I don't have the proof but I don't have the doubts either, now I will have to buy all my machines again, so that's not worth it, by the way, in the police investigation they refused to give the surveillance videos, haha, how strange, no, well, don't even think about renting at this place, it's disgusting, I'm just letting you know so that the same thing that happened to me doesn't happen to you, thank you. read more

Absolutely Terrible business, I warn anyone and everyone to save your money and go somewhere else.. This place is absolutely Trash.. I've heard horror stories about storage places and this one takes the cake.. They try to lie to you and get you in at a good price only to change your rate after two months extremely over priced.. BREAK INS BREAK INS BREAK INS. Your stuff is not safe at this facility. Their gate is always broken so anyone and everyone can just freely roam onto the property.. And the laziness in the office won't do anything about it either.. The only people that cared about this property are no longer here so I suggest you move your stuff out just like I did. read more

I asked for a 1 time exemption on my 1st time late fee. My mom was in the hospital and I've tried contacting a manager there since Tuesday a week ago. I've was finally graced with a call a few minutes ago, only to be told. They are not waiving any fees regardless of my reason, situation or the fact that I've never requested a removal of late fee before in the 3 1/2 years I've been paying them. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The supervisor doesn't know what the employees are doing. The employees dont know what to do. They double book units, over charge you. Then lock you out for owing money that you had no idea was owed because they were the ones who made the mistake and double booked. Customer service is a joke. The only way to get anything done is to call corporate them selves and even then that doesn't help. I cant wait for my contract to be up. read more

I rented a storage unit at the Perris location. Super convenient with drive up access and the staff was able to accommodate my needs with ease. They made everything easy for me. The unit itself was clean when I got it and I read previous reviews that complained about dust so I took extra precautions just in case but I didn't have any crazy dust issues. Overall, this place is great. 5 stars for service, convenience, ease from the start. read more

I rented a unit on special and after only 2 months I've received increases. I mean C'mon my boxes haven't even been there long enough to collect dust, let a girl get comfortable first. When I called to ask why, apparently it's due to the company trying to keep up with the market and allegedly what other facilities charge and was told rate increases happen at any given time. Shortly after I received another letter with all of these itemized additional fees that may be charged for various things such as 24/hr access. I don't think it's fair to customers to raise fees so high and so soon. I literally have only been there 3 months at this point and am sure every other month the unit cost will increase. I'm only giving 2 stars because they did lower the original amount the unit would be increased after I called in. This tells me they didn't have to increase the unit at all and every time I get a notice for an increase I'm going to have to call in to get it lowered. read more

DO NOT USE PRIME STORAGE PERRIS, CA!!!! I explained my situation to them that I was going to be homeless. They agreed to work with me. I missed payment in November but attend to pay them in December letting them know if have December payment a week later. They refused to take my money. In one month they expect me to pay over $850 and my storage goes up for auction in 2 days. They have a fee of over $200 to cut off my lock which I purchased FROM THEM. I see for $450 and sadly my ride (again I'm homeless) had another emergency he had to take care of. I tried calling them and was continuously put on hold. They wouldn't even answer my call. They are cheap, but if you make a mistake or believe their bs, you get set up to fail. And fail is exactly what you do. read more

this is place is the worst storage place in town if you have any storage you should find another place to go, the rates keep going up and the customer service sucks they don't help you they break your lock open with out telling you but when you vacate the unit if you don't stake the lock that they provided they keep charging you monthly storage and the longer your with the the more you will pay every year rather than being a loyal customer they kick you in the ass and raid your rate while it only cost x amount when you first move in I suggested going across the street to the storage next to them the rates don't go up and they treat you better and also have a trach bin for customers. read more

This Company is a Huge disappointment to the community!! I've been renting storage here for many years. This company has changed the name Prime Storage and has let this place get infested with roaches and Rats. I've complained many times to the lazy staff in the office but the problem still persists. I've provided corporate pictures of my damaged goods that I have stored in my locker. They said it's not there problem. They also said I'm welcome to move out. I was was really amazed on how they can treat a customer. It's obvious they don't care. PLEASE save your money and precious belongings. Jess the office manager was very understanding of my needs of a storage unit. I took over my parents storage unit and had to switch the owner and they are very understanding people and will help when they can. My parents had a storage unit here for over 10 years. read more
