Great unit, just be aware As a quick review, I wanted to start by saying that the staff is amazingly quick and very sweet. I had a very fast move and the fact that they were able to help me in such short notice was just great. At the time of my initial rental agreement (I don't believe they do contracts; I think it's a month to month) They did, however, have a promotion going on where the first months rent was $28 move in for all sizes. I decided on a 10x20 (I think) at a monthly rate of $175. Which is great. They do have other sizes and fees. One thing to note, these units are outside and are not climate controlled. The reason I deducted a star was due to the fact that after a day of my items being in the storage they had already accumulated what seems like a mixture of sand from the winds and dust from the actual unit itself. If you intend on having your house wares (such as mattresses, a couch or even baby items) in these units, you will have to cover EVERYTHING. The longer I have my items in the unit, the more dust builds. I wanted to have my things in here for about 3-6 months and it looks as though all my things will need to be washed and heavily dusted after I leave. Also, there are large enough gaps in the storage unit for creatures and critters to come in and out. So just keep in mind about storing certain sensitive items in these units. Access to the storage units closes at 7pm, so you will have to get everything done before then. read more

Have spent almost 8 thousand dollars renting this unit. Moved out of state still made my payments. I opened my storage today since it was my first time back in 4 years. All of my items were FULL OF DIRT AND RAT SHIT! The door to my unit was broken. I asked to get some kind of refund because it's the 8th my payment was due the 1st I moved out waaaay before the month is up and was told "per the lease" I wasn't owed any kind of refund. The people are unprofessional and just want your money. Don't rent here. I've given y'all so much money for you not to refund me even half of a month. Insane! read more

Worst Storage Ever. Have only been a customer 5 months and my rent is going to $40 and then I was told it will go up again and again. Then the worker tried to tell me that they will charge me a full month rent even though I moved out 3 days into the month shit. read more

We took out stuff out of storage and haven't been able to get someone from the office we have called all day yesterday with no answer and voicemail full while we were there they were still close went again later nothing... showed up today at 10:15am they open at 10am no security gate rolled out but door was locked we called while in the parking lot still no answer. I took a picture of us there so they wouldn't say we didn't show up we want to stop our service and now I'm sure I'll have to pay extra days because they aren't there when they say they are suppose to be!! read more

Let's start with just one of the photos from our unit. This is going to be long so stay with me. We rented a unit before moving out of state in 2024. Unit 329. 40% of what we placed in the unit was new. My granddaughters' baby showers gifts. Clothes from a boutique that we shut down, emergency supplies and canned goods, along with vinegar, etc. Which is our fault. (Canned goods, etc.) All sealed. Throughout the time of us renting due to financial hardships, we saved the unit from being sold at auction a few times. When the unit is up for auction, it is inspected and locked out by management. Which is standard procedure. In addition, it is standard procedure to take pictures before the sell of the unit. Which brings me to my issue. Why would this company see the state of the unit and continue to collect? Why not protect other units surrounding our unit, at least? I spoke with the manager, and he verified they took pictures and still charged us, knowing the unit is destroyed. Why would a company risk the entire facility being rat-infested? Once rats entered our unit, they would make it to other units, right? So we paid an additional $250 dollars today to prevent auction on the 28th of which they took pictures of for everything to be sold and I do mean everything some nee clothes, shoes candles, a brand new bread maker, sewing machine, speakers, brand new masons jars, diapers, wipes, bouncy house, play pen, heat press, sound system, boutique clothes to be covered literally in rat shit. Why would they attempt to sell a unit like that to the people? Someone, please tell me. Because they were never going to sell it. They didn't even have enough decency to tell us the state of the unit and dump the entire unit, even for the protection of the units around ours. But continued to collect money from us even if it was late. Not to mention the air compressor is missing. We attempted to get into our unit twice, and because of the lockout, even with full payment without the original signer, my daughter couldn't get the stuff out of the unit even though she was authorized to go in and out of the unit. We take accountability for the canned goods and vinegar, etc. But the state of that unit is part of a much bigger problem at storage America who doesn't want to take any accountability. Proper pest control is your responsibility, along with the fact that you took pictures on multiple occasions and just let it build up. Mice! Rats! That's it. Had several things stored there for only 2 months but that's all it took for everything to get mouse poop and pee over everything. I saw one myself the last day I moved out. I do not recommend anyone store anything here. read more

I literally called and u guy named Fabian really sarcastic attitude and tone All I asked was y was I getting charged letter fee $25 dollars to write a letter wow il write up letters give me a job ! Any ways he said once letter goes out it's none of their business and that my storage again would b auctioned ! I had my stuff in plastic bins organized had no clutter in my unit How ever I was getting charge a stupid high amount and the storage facility is infested with rats I complain so many times and just got ignored by manager Melissa Till today I went to see and my things are damaged there's rat droppings everywhere don't rent this place unless you want to get your stuff damaged! read more

It has taken me a week to get access to the unit I rented - no one is ever in the building -lunch hours are not clearly posted. I'm sure it's a secure facility- I certainly can't get in. With storage unit access and timely interaction to get keys and sign agreements is paramount this guys have failed at all of this. Three months in they raise the rates! Showed up to drop things to my unit (on a Tuesday) and was denied entrance because they had dropped cement in the entrance and stated they had emailed people weeks before but me and my family all checked our email didn't receive anything. I was told by the front desk girl that we could walk through the gate to take our things to our storage and once we had our things unloaded off the truck they come out with attitude stating we couldn't take things in. As we tried to speak to her all she would say is it's closed you can't take anything in. So obviously we left very upset and frustrated. read more

BEWARE!!! Rats, Rats and Rats!!!! I've had my storage unit for a year and have not had any issues up until today unfortunately! Today I went to take a tv out of my unit and we found tons of rat droppings all over our unit, we have never had issues before, we went to our unit last month and didn't see anything but today was horrible!!! And when I say there was a lot of rat dropping I mean it's a lot!!! And it's not just my unit a few units down a family was moving out their unit was full of rat droppings EVERYWHERE!!! Another lady a few more units down stopped me and asked if I had a rat problem in my unit because she noticed lots of rat droppings in her two units (which are side by side) I spoke with my husband and we will be trashing just about everything in our unit and starting over sadly. I will be canceling my unit as well, seeing what I seen today was definitely disappointing and disgusting and not to mention very unsanitary. But I refuse to be paying for a storage unit that has a major rat problem!!! They say they have pest control come monthly but it sure doesn't seem like it, future customers Beware of rats! read more
