No payment allowed over the phone and the new payment site wasn't working. I waited for a call back that things were remedied. Now on the 15th I get a bill with a late fee. I asked to be put in touch with the business owner, but was told multiple people with the same complaint and nothing could be done. Then informed the online payment option wasn't a guarantee. So how do I pay if no payments over the phone and I cannot access the new system that wasn't working? This truly should be remedied and customers reimbursed that called on the first, that there was a problem. Very unprofessional of the owners!

I was greeted and assisted by Melanie the manager and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Initially the storage unit I rented had an issue but she worked quickly with the rest of the staff to get me another unit quickly. She knew the property well and delt with several issues simultaneously while keeping a smile on her face. I'm not entirely sure how the property would run without her as she obviously wears many hats here. I'm glad I chose this, the price got me here but the service and how nice the property is kept will keep me returning!

We began with two units. If memory serves me the dimensions of the units was 44 x 16. The cost per unit initially was in the mid or higher 200 hundreds per unit. Somewhere in the same time we even rented a 5 x 10 beginning at $69.00 per month. Overtime we reduced our storage to one 44 x 16 unit. In the final analysis this unit cost $572.00 per month. Even with these prices through the years they did not allow any usage of the large trash bins on the premises! Not even for the smallest of stuff. We are typically not ones to write reviews but in this case it is an absolute must. Upon moving in they prorate but WHEN YOU MOVE OUT THEY DO NOT PRORATE! We utilized one and a half days storage in April 2025. At the very most, it would be fair to charge us for two full days. HOWEVER, THEY ARE KEEPING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $572.00 WE PAID FOR APRIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And to think we put down the dust stuff all over the floor and swept the entire unit out. Another thing is that when we first started you had more available hours to access your unit. Not the case anymore here. They do not open until 6:00AM. Just remember whatever you may be paying now, that your rent will increase, and increase and increase and my god DO NOT use the trash bin in the least! A word to the wise is sufficient. I asked about cameras and conveniently with all the cameras they have they don't have a camera that is in the area my unit was in, mind you the manager was in the office all day. I would not trust this facility with anything especially if I had anything valuable.
