This is my in town go to spot for anything postal related. Always much faster than the post office…read moreand there's never a shortage of fun things for sale. They handle everything I ever need from stamps to certified mail. The service is always top notch, friendly and efficient. During the holidays you might catch some decorations inside. A few times I got there 5 mins before closing they wouldn't let me in.. thats when the trouble started... Service has just gone down the drain about a year ago and I am just Done... It was strange how I could never get through on the phone for no reason so when I asked about it the girl gave me a really ugly attitude that was really rude and mean.. (got forbid Im standing right there calling on my cell & they are ignoring the phone ringing since I had it in my pocket while standing right in the store..) then I go to check the website for the next time... as they told me to.... and that didnt work cause I would drive all the way down there when they were supposed to be open.. I cant tell you how many times they keep doing this.. they do not update the website.. Thats a lie!! Now they woulnt even answer on facebook.. They treat me like I am wrong for being upset that I am not treated with a tiny bit of appreciation or as a human being.... THIS SUX!! It really hurts my feelings!! : .....( I tried talking to them about it really nicely, I tried to make it work.... it was all of a sudden they became other people and stopped being courteous or appreciating the customers... I cant tell you how many times they over charged me for things like books that are supposed to be a set price.. Take your gaslighting BS and shove it!

5 Stars -- Would Hire Again Without Hesitation…read more After dealing with a frustrating situation with another mover, I reached out to JFK Moving to handle a complicated executive desk move. Tia was my first point of contact and she was fantastic -- patient, understanding, and confident they could handle what others couldn't. Pricing was reasonable and transparent, and she worked with me to make it fair. Suhrob and David showed up early and immediately got to work. They were organized, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing. The desk was heavy and complex, but they disassembled it correctly and moved it safely. What impressed me most was that they took the time to explain how it comes apart for future moves. That's next-level professionalism. They also helped with a few extra heavy items without hesitation. This is how moving should be done. I'll be using them again this summer.

The lead guy was on his phone way too much while he was getting paid hourly by me, they said they were gonna send somebody over to do repairs on my leather couch. They never sent anybody over broke dishes never got compensated. I'm finding more broken things as I open things up as I said stay away from this place. And the reason why there's so many mixed reviews is because it's farmed out to different movers

They cam into my house and immediatley complained about all the stuff I had. They saw a dop of poop and said its a health hazzared. I told him most of the black on the carpet was old glue when we putt some plastic down. Then they had me pack the stuff I needed while (I thought they were starting) The main moer had me sign a bunch of paperwork - which he had to point at where to sign because I couldn't read it with my poor vision. He didn't give me a copy and told me the office is going to call me. The office called me and said it was too dangerous for them to stay and they would be keeping my deposit. I went to the front door to talk to them and they were pulling away. I can't dispute the money because they had my permission to take it. Its civil matter. They left me blind and unable to find the things I needed I waited to pack until they got here, medicine, toiletries etc. They could have at least stayed and asked before they let if I needed help with anything. They were horrible people, uncaring and empathetic. Of course they were so friendly while making the arrangements'. Everytime I warned them about how much stuff I had they said no problem and that was the first thing they complained about. Im sorry my 5lb dog pooped a pellet on the floor guys but you could have been more helpful then that. I cannot read what I wrote sorry if there are mistakes. Who knows what I signed. why didn't they leave me a copy. They probably had me sign the deposit away and took the blame for the cancellation. This company has no heart.

Zero stars is not an option, or else I would choose it. Do not use this company. I booked weeks in…read moreadvance for an afternoon unload of my storage container. The day before, I was told they had a 7 AM job the next morning that would be completed by 12 PM and I would be the second job for the day. After 1 PM, I revived a text that they were "still stuck on this move." I thanked them for the update and asked for an estimated arrival time. At 3 PM, two hours later, I asked for an additional update and was told "not exactly sure, today." At 4 PM I called and received no answer. At 6 PM I called again and was told they would arrive between 7 and 8 PM. They did not arrive. I called multiple times after 8 PM and received no answer or return text. Finally at 10:17 PM, I received a text that they were "getting on the freeway." By that time, I had obviously already made alternate arrangements and had booked more expensive last minute movers for the next morning and payed extra to delay the date of the moving container pickup. I can understand a job running over an hour, maybe even two. But, I cannot understand a lack of communication or poor customer service. It seemed the company had two options: tell their morning customer that the 5 hours they booked were up and they had to fulfill a commitment to another customer at that point; or, tell me at 1 PM that they made a mistake and could not make it, allowing me the time to find other movers during business hours on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, they did neither of these things and really left me in a bind. Extremely disappointing. Save yourself the headache and book with some more professional and reliable.
