Roadrunner Towing was called out and when they got to the home where the car was being dropped off at, the tow truck driver charged them $395 in cash. My daughter and two others tried to use their cards, but they were told the system was down for cards. Seems VERY suspect. Then I call today and was quoted $120 for a tow 1 mile or less. I told the lady that my kids were charged $395 in cash last night and then she said "oh yeah, that's the price if police make the call." I bet! That's totally BS and she knows it. If anything the police would have a better rate, not a more expensive one. I know what the driver did and she does too. He took advantage of a situation, demanded cash and now is hiding behind "policy". I'm a small business owner and know how to treat a customer, and Roadrunner Towing in Yucaipa should be ashamed of themselves for what they did to kids. I certainly will not ever give business to shady companies like this.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the Yucaipa location. The property is very well maintained, and the team is extremely friendly. We really appreciated the quality customer service. The move-in deals were awesome and beat out other local options. Even after the special ended, the regular price for our unit was very reasonable. We had been paying twice as much at a different storage company in Redlands that wasn't as clean or well-managed. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely store our belongings there again.
