Doug very friendly, made the check in fast and easy. Always nervous parking at a storage facility, but the big gate high fences and countless video cameras sets my mind at ease. HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is constantly under new management. Communication is horrible. Today I received a call stating that the door to my unit was changed and I need to go in and pick up keys to access my storage. I never received notification although they claim a notification to do this was mailed on August 7, 2019 (5 months before the change occurred). Also, had to speak with someone this morning and ask why I was being billed for February when we just started January. I'm starting to believe that this is run by crooks and my stuff was probably stolen, I will be heading down there in the morning to pick up my keys and change the locks and give 30 day notice to vacate after renting a unit from them for several years. Get it together management!!!!!!! read more

Access system is down. After making three phone callings, being told that a manager would call back and it not happening after an hour of waiting with a truckload we are leaving. Additionally, while we were waiting we saw a man open a unit door from inside, where he is apparently living. Unbelievable! read more

I have used this facility for 10+ years mainly because it is convenient. I will however, be considering leaving once our pre-paid months expire. TERRIBLE customer service! "Joel" enjoys talking over customers on the phone and not listening or trying to solve problems. When I asked for a supervisor, I was told she wasn't there, he only saw her every week or two, and that he 'might' mention my question/concern to her when he saw her the next time. He went on to add that 'if' she could help me she'd call me back. That told me I'd have to handle the situation myself because he wasn't too interested in helping. So, I asked for her phone number (assuming she had an office with a voicemail). He wouldn't give it to me. OK. So, I asked for her email address so I could send my question as well as my complaint about how he handled our phone conversation directly to her, and he refused to give it to me. I wasn't asking for her personal information! I wanted her work email and he stated she didn't have one. BS. It's 2021, everyone has an email. I told him I wanted the email address because of his previous comments that he 'might' talk to her and 'if' she can help she'll call me back. He denied saying that and now said he would talk to her. This facility seems to be continuously under new management. Nobody knows what's going on. Apparently, they are now 'rude' to paying customers that have legitimate questions. Prices increase all the time (as often as legally allowed). They supposedly raise prices due to 'improvements'. Apparently they have put in new unit doors, added some sort of bluetooth capability and improved things for 'storage unit users'. However, I have an old boat, that sits on a concrete pad, outdoors and uncovered. Improvements to units don't help me at all. The place has been repainted and the grounds re-slurried/coated numerous times, to the point of being excessive and unnecessary imo. But, it's an excuse to raise prices..again. So, upset that JOEL was rude enough to get under my skin! As a customer, you'd think he'd show some self control. DISSAPPOINTING!! Shows lack of training and leadership. read more

Don't just don't! This storage facility has a posted sign that their gates lock promptly at 9pm everyday and if you get locked in, to call 911. If you stop in after 7pm the gate will let you in but will also lock you out no matter what time it is. If the office is closed, there will be no way of exiting the premises until you call the police at 911. Seriously, that's what the sign says. Of course, this would NEVER happen before the posted time of 9pm. It was 7:30pm the first time I was locked out. A few weeks later, it happened just after 7pm. Office was closed and I was locked in yet again for a second time. It took the local sheriff's department about an hour to get me out since their codes also didn't work to let me out of the gates. Plan on camping out in the storage yard for several hours and wait for the police to come let you out. Their new access system is horrendous. I got zero apologies for the inconvenience and the manager acts like I did something wrong. Do yourself a favor and pay to store your stuff somewhere else. Their storage is pretty secured...so secured you also get locked in with your stuff! read more

I recently stored my fifth wheel here. They called me to let me know that my solar panel may have been stolen. It was in fact stolen and when I checked the battery storage compartment I learned that both of my batteries were stolen. I wish they would have told me that they have had an issue with thieves stealing batteries. Not sure how long they have had this problem but my trailer was there about two weeks when this happened. read more

Rented storage unit yesterday. JESSE was by far, a great salesperson. Very energetic and likeable.

They over charge, and every 6 months, they will increase your bill. Their gate has been broken for weeks and instead of having the repair guy come in, they decided to get a better price on the gate repairs. You can't get into your storage unit without waiting for them to come open the gate, and there are many times that they are not there because if the many breaks they take during the day. We're leaving before the end of the month. read more

I highly advise against renting a storage unit from here. We rented two separate units here for over a year. When we moved out on the 8th of the month they refused to refund the rest of the months payment. So we ended up paying a full months payment for eight days of use. In addition the layout of the compound make it very difficult to get a moving truck around in here. If you do choose to rent from here DO NOT get a unit that faces the freeway. Your stuff inside the unit will be covered in a thick layer of dust. read more

FINAL STRAW! Now we no longer can pay our storage online! They don't answer the phones on the first which is the date ALL units are due with no grace period. So, you end up paying a late charge every month unless you live nearby and can physically go in and pay on the first during their limited hours before AND after THEIR LUNCH HOURS. I have used this storage facility on and off over the past 15 years and they WERE great. I was saddened when it was sold as the new management is all about the money. I was not advised of the new management, and they would not honor my lease. They said they would screw me if I did not sign a new lease and they would sell my stuff immediately. I had been storing family items as there were 3 consecutive deaths in my family and it takes time to go through everything. On top of that I was threatened by them. I refused to sign a new lease and pay almost double what I had been paying and they locked me out immediately and started a lien sale illegally. Not like I didn't have enough problems at that time grieving. SO DON'T THINK THIS PLACE IS SO GREAT BECAUSE IT IS CLEAN. THERE ARE BREAK-INS AND THEFT AND MANAGEMENT REFUSES TO ASSIST YOU.
