David said, "I have a device in my truck that can fill your tires, let me get it and take care of that for you because you don't need to go anywhere." David showed me how to find the number needed to know how much air was needed which was 35. I drove from California to Virginia. All four tires were at 28 and he put them at 35. Then David and his team moved my household items professionally and efficiently to perfection. 5 Stars! Look no further to consider other options! We hired Mayflower for our move from California to Oregon in April, 2024. For the most part, it was a good experience. Things we liked: - We were contacted on time - The inventory survey was conducted by someone who actually came to our house. Not a generic online form like many companies use. Also, not just a video meeting (FaceTime, etc.) - The move coordinator, Alyson, was always checking in to make sure everything was going ok, before, during and after the move. She was great. Excellent communication - The price was in line with other companies. - Someone actually came out in a full sized truck to see if we would need a shuttle truck. It was nice that they removed the cost of the shuttle truck when they saw we didn't need one - The movers, Bobby and Greg were great. They were friendly and respectful. Things we didn't like: - The estimator that came to take the inventory would get upset if I called and asked to verify if items were or were not on the list. We wanted to make sure it was as accurate as possible. We had heard stories where movers would show up, and if something wasn't on the list, the price would go up. The third time I called her, she threatened to charge me $25 for each time she would have to open the inventory list. I thought that was rude. It's OUR money, and HER job to make sure the list was accurate. Overall, I would recommend Mayflower. read more

Mayflower is fantastic! They took great efforts to protect my floors during the moving. The 3 men worked super hard all day. The professionalism was so very impressive. My furniture arrived (a 2000 mile move) a full 4 days earlier than estimated. When their giant moving truck wouldn't fit in the parking lot, they went out and rented a van and moved everything out of the truck and into the van then returned to unpack at my new apartment.
