Used their UHaul service renting trailer from here through my UHaul app and they were awesome. They took care of me and are very friendly and helpful. They are open on Sundays 9-5 yet is shows closed on google maps. I will definitely use them again. read more

Horrible place when we first showed up to ask questions they were very rude they didn't give us any information didn't show us units didn't give us prices just told us to look online they have pictures of units and prices so we left, we only came back to them because it was the cheapest option at the time, after being there a few months we decided to get all our stuff out I showed up and noticed the gate was already opened so I drove in the manager same lady being rude the first time chased us down to our units and started talking to me like I'm a 5 year old like she need to feel superior and put everyone around her down she spent 10 minutes asking me dumb questions and wouldn't let me go until I told her multiples times that she is the boss and I messed up by driving in and not putting in the code what she wasted my time explaining could have been done in 30 seconds like hey please put in the code next time even if the gate is open but now she kept going on and on about she's the manager and she came here because I didn't put in the code and that she's the boss and that she needs to make sure I understand what I'm doing wrong it's not that serious her husband came in after her trying to intimidate us. they need to seriously work on their customer service no reason to be like that if I'm paying to be there read more

They seem to racist towards Mexicans . They are really rude and nice to others. They over charge and say trucks are unavailable when they really are. They offered a refund but charged full price. I would not suggest you go there. read more

The truck wasn't super clean but that's okay, I can live with that. The customer service was fine, my only complaint is the folks working here weren't wearing any face coverings -- very unfortunate and a bit disrespectful considering the times we're in. They need someone else besides Nola as their front line of customer service. I called and she was very cold and short. Against my better judgement, I decided to still go inside because they had the item that I was looking for. They not greet me when I walked in. Which was strange considering it wasn't busy at all and it was apparent that everyone that walks in the door is seen. The door is facing the parking lot. After walking in and looking around for a moment, I was still not acknowledged. I left because I do not spend my money in places that refuse to acknowledge their customers. I only use this storage facility for their document shredding services. Traditionally, I would take all my boxes of documents to be shredded and they would allow me to simply dump the boxes in their large bins. Apparently due to security concerns, they now will only allow you to slide your documents through a tiny slot. I certainly understand the reasoning behind this new security measure, however when we went there all 3 bins were completely empty. I asked the gentlemen to unlock the lid on the bin so I could dump it in. He apparently didn't have the key so we spent the next 20 minutes sliding our pages into the bin in stacks of 10 pages. (We had about 5000 pages so it took a while). All I'm saying is that if you go there with a large number of pages to shred, be sure to give yourself plenty of time. Other than that, the price is fair at $10 per box (box=one of those paper boxes you'd buy at staples) Note: They don't accept American Express. read more

I rented a unit and returned it same day only to find that they attempted to charge me three days for a single day rental. Good thing I took pictures to document the return time and date. I called the location and they said they couldn't help. They said to call U-haul.Upon talking to U-haul their representatives indicated that it was indeed the location that entered that it was a 3 day rental. This place will rip you off. I've been a Uhaul customer for many years. I needed to rent a 10' box truck to transport a new sofa from Indio back to Banning. Due to COVID-19 the furniture store was closed, so the trip was for nothing and I returned the truck within a couple of hours. Although not UHaul's doing, what should have happened was to pro-rate the charges. Not only is there the bait of $19.95 rental fee, there's the $1.09 per mile fee, plus re-filling the gas. Nola is VERY ruDid not greet us when we came in, very short and curt when explaining paperwork.Terrible experience to rent a truck. She either needs to retire or have some customer service training, will never use them again. Can understand if your having a bad day but don't take it out on your customers. Nasty old woman!! Worst, customer service ever. We rented a pull behind trailer and when we went to drop it off at night there were already 2 u-haul truck parked in the parking lot and because we borrowed the truck to pull the trailer we had to return the trailer that night. Well a worker who lives up-stair of the self storage facility opens the window and yell "Pull your trailer back out and I will open the gate for you to put it back where it belong" we told him it was already dismantle and three inches push back that the truck can't get any closer to put it back on. He than came outside and look and said "well than keep pushing the utility trailer back and make sure its out of my way and turn around and left in the most rudeness way" didn't even offer to help or be at least courteous. DON'T EVER RENT FROM HERE EVER WORST PEOPLE.... I WANT TO REPORT THEM TO CORPORATE THAT THEY SHOULD NOT BE HANDLING THESE KIND OF SERVICE IF THEY ARE RUDE AND IN PROFESSIONAL. read more

The person helping us move furniture out of my mom's house recommended Beaumont Self Storage, saying that they were the most helpful and responsive people in the area. He was right! Within just a few minutes, I rented a locker and had everything moved in. The facility is very clean and easy to access. We moved everything out yesterday and again, had exemplary service.
