I called on the first when due and property management hadn't even been informed of the change by the owners of the company. I tried multiple times over several days to just make a payment. No payment allowed over the phone and the new payment site wasn't working. I waited for a call back that things were remedied. Now on the 15th I get a bill with a late fee. I asked to be put in touch with the business owner, but was told multiple people with the same complaint and nothing could be done. Then informed the online payment option wasn't a guarantee. So how do I pay if no payments over the phone and I cannot access the new system that wasn't working? This truly should be remedied and customers reimbursed that called on the first, that there was a problem. Very unprofessional of the owners!

They run a clean operation and are the nicest folks you'll ever want to meet, I recently had to clear my storage since I moved to another state, they were very accommodating while checking on me to ensure I had water and asking if I needed assistance in any way....I appreciated the gesture! I give them a 5-Star for their customer service, storage availability, and the value was spot on. That makes a difference when dealing with businesses. Thank you Rick and Kathi, we won't forget ya.

There was a technical issue with U-Haul's system that prevented reservations from being processed,…read moreso unfortunately I wasn't able to get the U-Haul I had reserved. However, what could have been a very frustrating experience turned into such a wonderful reminder of what it means to support a local business. The husband-and-wife owners were incredibly kind and went far beyond anything I could have expected. The husband personally helped me with my errand, driving me to my destination and helping deliver my oversized pickup order all the way to my home. I was genuinely touched by their neighborly kindness and willingness to help someone when they didn't have to. It's the kind of personal care and community spirit that you simply don't get from a big business. They turned an unfortunate situation that wasn't even their fault into such a positive experience. That kind of kindness deserves more than 5 stars. This business absolutely has my support, and I'm very grateful for their help.

We began with two units. If memory serves me the dimensions of the units was 44 x 16. The cost per unit initially was in the mid or higher 200 hundreds per unit. Somewhere in the same time we even rented a 5 x 10 beginning at $69.00 per month. Overtime we reduced our storage to one 44 x 16 unit. In the final analysis this unit cost $572.00 per month. Even with these prices through the years they did not allow any usage of the large trash bins on the premises! Not even for the smallest of stuff. We are typically not ones to write reviews but in this case it is an absolute must. Upon moving in they prorate but WHEN YOU MOVE OUT THEY DO NOT PRORATE! We utilized one and a half days storage in April 2025. At the very most, it would be fair to charge us for two full days. HOWEVER, THEY ARE KEEPING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $572.00 WE PAID FOR APRIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And to think we put down the dust stuff all over the floor and swept the entire unit out. Another thing is that when we first started you had more available hours to access your unit. Not the case anymore here. They do not open until 6:00AM. Just remember whatever you may be paying now, that your rent will increase, and increase and increase and my god DO NOT use the trash bin in the least! A word to the wise is sufficient. DO NOT LET THE SMILES FOOL YOU. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO RENT STORAGE SPACE!
