If you want your stuff stolen use this storage place. My storage was broken into and all my personal valuables were destroyed. When I went to see cameras they were super blurry and only record 10 seconds of footage. They broke the lock and took it but since they didn't leave evidence they wouldn't pay the claim, even with pictures of all my personal stuff destroyed they still didn't want to pay my claim. Filthy. Train dust coats everything in the units. See images, both those items were clean when they went into the unit. My unit was not close to the tracks. Insult to injury, when moving out they asked that I sweep out the unit. None of the filth inside was mine, it was entirely because the owner refuses to seal up the buildings. Evidence of rats too. Almost 20 years here. Just saw that online pricing is less than half what I was paying. Expect your storage fees to go up significantly every year. It is a dishonest policy. The last staff was rude and inept. The new guy seems organized and nicer. Processed my move out professionally. read more

I have been a customer for over two years and have closed my account due to extreme filthiness and raised prices. I asked for a prorated refund because I only had my stuff in the storage for 9 days out of the 30-day month, and all my things were covered in dirt and black widow webs. The manager said, "You have to understand that it is windy in this city, and the dirt blows into the outside units. Sorry you had a bad experience, and we don't give prorated refunds, it says that in the rental agreement." I then asked if the rental agreement stated that my things would be subjected to extreme filth and pests? He did not have an answer for that. I stressed that he needed to make it right, but he refused and said I could file an insurance claim. Very bad customer service and business management skills. read more

I'm very upset with this so called storage business. I been using this establishment for a number of years, but it's only been the worst storage business since they got rid of Cindy the site manager. Ok maybe she didn't have any sense of humor but boy she did her job very professionally. She would be there for her customers, giving courtesy calls so that you would not fall delinquent on your bill. But this new management firm. Very unprofessional and will steal your money! There is an issue with the way an employee took my payment, and for over a month I've been trying to make a payment and the staff refuses to take any payment I'm trying to make. Now they are trying to add late fees and lien fees on to my regularly monthly charge, when I've never been late. They keep telling me to wait to make a payment until corporate gets back to them, it's been WEEKS! and these fees are racking up! Extremely unprofessional and unfair to customers. Although the staff in the office are cordial and nice the facility sucks to high heaven. I have rented with them for several years. I have requested time and time again that the seals on my door be replaced. As I was cleaning out my unit the other day I realized it's not just the door seal that leaks dirt and when and debris into my unit but the unit itself is not sealed very well. I cannot in good conscience recommend this storage facility. Their initial rent seems reasonable compared to others in the area but their fees if your late are exorbitant. read more

I've never had any issues with staff as they have always been helpful. They raise their rates too often. My unit has gone from 199-289 in 2 years. It seems rates increase about every 6-8 months. Might be good for very short term use, long term not so much. Evertime I go to my unit there is trash in front of the door. read more

If i could give you a good list of Pros and Cons I would!! But there isn't enough Pros or Cons to make you a list. Lets see where do i start? Well I have been there twice. The first time i came in was to inquire about the special that was hooked up to me for 3 months of storage for $90.00. I get there and it was a whole different story, It went from $90 to $125 per month and the free month would be my second month. I did not feel special at all, lol. Anywayz i went ahead and decieded to buy moving supplies. Ex. Bubble wrap, Boxes, Tape, and Seran Wrap. I just bought maybe $45 dollars worth of stuff. Well once i got to the counter A Lady named "Marina" smiled at me nervously and took my credit card, and little did i now that she was in training and didnt know what she was doing. The girl ran my credit card and couldn't get a valid authorization or in other words did not even scan it in the system right. So i gave her 2 other cards that had balances of over $100 and still same thing. I even called my bank and everything was fine. I just snatched my cards walked out and used the same cards i used to try to purchase moving supplies at a store 10 min later!! There is an African American guy there also that works their that loves to talk you to deaf and run a good game like they get buisness all the time and their so busy!!! Ha!! I didnt see any customers frequently coming in and out. Hell he was so desperate he gave me and my husband a free coupon for a cookie at the local resturant. Beware only come here if you really dont have any other options!! read more
