Someone had taken our lock off and put a completely different one on there. Linda got on the phone with HR to see how to handle our issue. They explained the steps to her on how this should be handled just in case we needed to file a police report if we had any items missing. The person that normally cuts the locks off wasn't there, but she didn't want us to wait for him to get back and wanted to help us resolve this. She was fast, professional, genuine, kind, and very helpful. She was able to cut off the old lock so we could put a new one on. Her management and customer service skills are far above the ordinary. Thankfully, nothing was missing from our unit and we did not need to file a police report. We have been customers there since 2016 and this is the first issue we've had. Thank you Linda!!

I am continually being mistreated by management at this facility. He will not return emails…read morerequesting assistance nor will he do anything to help when I walk in the office. I tried to link my accounts into the app they make you use but then dont assist any further instead he tells me they don't do that and haven't done it for a year. When using the app it says go into the office to ask for assistance. I called customer service and they said I'd have to go into the office. This is the kind of run around I get just to access my account. Yet he had no issue sending me an email to tell me my card on file expires in a month or my bill is past due by a day or no problem taking money from the card on file when I did not set up autopay (since I still can't even access the account) just so he can charge me an extra $50 for staying 15 minutes past 8pm. I am still having issues with what I was told at sign up 3 months ago and what is actually allowed at this facility. I would avoid this place at all cost! It's going to cost me an extra 1k due to there lack of concern and lies for their customers. I have no idea if the owner is telling management to breach the contract or if management is being petty on their own without the owner knowing since I haven't heard from him yet either. Would love to get this all resolved amicably before I get another month of fees here.

When Wee Haul re-delivered our items, much of our furniture was damaged beyond repair and we have major damage to our art as well. It clearly wasn't stored correctly at their facilities. Chris Damler, Wee Haul's owner, admitted this was his company's fault, but that unless we paid the entire bill for the move, we could not get his insurance company to cover our nearly six-figure claims. We also stated that he had the best insurance company around, and we were fully covered for replacement or repair. We paid in good faith and now Chris has disappeared. The company won't return our calls. In our opinion, the front office manager La Rita is both vapid and outright mean. She says we aren't covered despite a contract which says we are and Chris' promises to two different people that we were so long as we paid his bill. We tried for a month to get them to do the right thing, but they won't. So it's come to this. There are many other companies in the Cochella Valley. Why take a chance on this one?

I really got nothing to say if I'm ever there they're very nice now however Public Storage just bought them out. They insist on insurance and you have to pay separate for that but so far well let me just say it first they said it's gonna be an extra $20 a month but it's not turned out to be an extra $12 and they lowered the storage fee so it's so far it's all come out to the same $75 that I've been paying for the last couple years. I have the smallest storage space 5 x 5 sorry no picture but you know what a storage space looks like a closet. Basically I got my whole life in there even though I haven't seen it in five years. I still want it. I only hope that someday I have a home where I can put the stuff in there mostly pictures of my dad he died many years ago. I said have a great day or night whenever you're looking at this.
