We began with two units. If memory serves me the dimensions of the units was 44 x 16. The cost per unit initially was in the mid or higher 200 hundreds per unit. Somewhere in the same time we even rented a 5 x 10 beginning at $69.00 per month. Overtime we reduced our storage to one 44 x 16 unit. In the final analysis this unit cost $572.00 per month. Even with these prices through the years they did not allow any usage of the large trash bins on the premises! Not even for the smallest of stuff. We are typically not ones to write reviews but in this case it is an absolute must. Upon moving in they prorate but WHEN YOU MOVE OUT THEY DO NOT PRORATE! We utilized one and a half days storage in April 2025. At the very most, it would be fair to charge us for two full days. HOWEVER, THEY ARE KEEPING THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $572.00 WE PAID FOR APRIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A COMPLETE RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And to think we put down the dust stuff all over the floor and swept the entire unit out. Another thing is that when we first started you had more available hours to access your unit. Not the case anymore here. They do not open until 6:00AM. Just remember whatever you may be paying now, that your rent will increase, and increase and increase and my god DO NOT use the trash bin in the least! A word to the wise is sufficient. DO NOT LET THE SMILES FOOL YOU. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO RENT STORAGE SPACE!
