Some of those, not all, are probably more suited to work in the back, away from the customers. I'm sure management knows who they are. The clerk who helped me (99) was friendly, helpful, explained my options, went over pricing, and apologized for leaving the counter while I was waiting next-in-line. There were actually 4 clerks at the counters, 2 were helping customers, after I got in line, 3 went to the back, didn't even acknowledge my presence. That's bad customer service, but if they're just in it for the retirement, they don't care, and it shows.

Our neighborhood has had a problem with misdelivered mail for last two years now. Some neighbors…read moreare kind enough to bring to correct house but many of us have had important pieces of mail never given to us. Two weeks ago I received a key in my mailbox. I opened the box to find two Amazon packages for two different people. This is one example of many including a bill and credit card statement showing as delivered on my informed delivery but was not in my mailbox and was never brought to me. I've also had a check never showing up and had to have the Payor stop pay and reissue. When I sent email to make them aware of the problem an employee who said she was "in charge" kept saying she is just a " a little person", also "just a tiny petson" and there was nothing she could do. When asked to speak to a higher up she refused. She told me she was busy and had to go. She should not be on that position. And the manager should be ashamed of himself for not taking the call. I did send a letter to the Consumer Advocate for USPS in Washington DC. I tracked the letter and they did receive it. I ask anyone having problems with the Beaumont post office of any kind to do the same.

I cant tell you how many times they keep doing this.. they do not update the website.. Thats a lie!! Now they woulnt even answer on facebook.. They treat me like I am wrong for being upset that I am not treated with a tiny bit of appreciation or as a human being.... THIS SUX!! The next day a lady calls saying we needed to pick it up because they only keep items for no longer than 3 weeks or they'd keep it. Mind you it took them 3 weeks for turn around time on repair estimate which we explained to her. Her response was " well we've been busy". She asked if we'd like to donate the item to the store, we ended up picking it up the next day. I don't recommend this shop. I wouldn't have minded if they told us the turn around time would be longer than a few weeks. Save yourself your $30

I thought I lost them, a day later they were recovered and I asked if they could overnight them, I need them to see and drive and I work on a hospital so I need them for work. My brother went to this place and this establishment charged $188 to over night glasses that barely weigh half a pound. I called to get clarity on why it was so expensive, the lady barely stayed on the phone with me for 1 minute. She proceeded to tell me she flew the glasses to my home. I can find a round trip flight to San Diego California for a person with luggage from Vegas that isn't even a $188. This is crazy and a scam. The glasses didn't even weight 0.5 lbs nor did they even cost that much. I asked her what the other options were, to drive them or regular delivery. She didn't have time to stay on the phone to answer me. She actually hung up the phone. This is robbery! Taking advantage of customers. Horrible customer service. I would never ever tell anyone to use this establishment. If you want to get rapped with shipping prices this is the place!!!
