The new company that has taken over Storwell will send misleading messages and emails regarding account . Then will hold your items HOSTAGE with red tape, and there's never a live person to handle issues. I Will be getting away from them asap. I would NOT RECOMMEND them to my worst enemy. We drove a long way to pick up auction items at this storage facility, arriving one hour after the auction ended--well within the allowed two-hour pickup window. To our shock, the office was closed for a so-called "break" that doesn't even exist during posted working hours. We waited another full hour--two hours total--and no one showed up. We repeatedly called the emergency number, but were either ignored or outright declined. This is beyond unprofessional. It's a disgraceful way to treat paying customers. If I could give zero stars I would. The management here is unprofessional. I have been renting a storage unit here since 2012 and my rent has always been the same. Last year my storage got broken into. The cameras there didn't even work. My army stuff was stolen, personal documents( my identity as stolen as well), and the last gift my mother gave me before passing away. I know this stuff shouldn't be in storage but I had to move by plane and couldn't take all my things with me. This was the most affordable units in the area for me at the time and they offered a nice military discount. Well this year I guess they got new management and they want to increase my storage rent by double the price. I had gotten an email telling me the price would increase to what I was paying already. So I wasn't concerned, but when my dad showed up to pay the rent the guy working said a different price. Over double the price. I'm not able to be there physically since I'm over seas but my dad had me on the phone so I could hear what was being discussed. So I corrected the manager Alex and told him what my email said. So my dad paid the usual amount. So this means month they send me a different email increasing the price again but with a different amount. I wouldn't be upset if I got a legitimate reason for the price increase and if they provided better security for their customers but I was given no explanation. The manager Alex even told my father I don't even know how you got it so cheap. I told him how it was due to the military stuff the old manager was very understanding and offered me a big unit for a good price. I called today again and got no reasoning for the price change just that it's new managers and they want more money. This place is just money hungry and seems to have no set price for units. I would advise not to rent here.My dad has things in my unit so I can't get rid of it otherwise I would. read more

Worst place ever! does not even deserve one star! received rental truck and wrong paperwork and wrong truck didn't give us the hand trucks we paid for then wanted us to return the truck because of the they gave us the wrong truck. the manager was so unprofessional.
