We took possession of a property with a tank that had an All State sticker…read more I called, left messages, and also sent emails to find out more about the tank. They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there.

I would bring 4-6 nail guns at once, and it seems like they don't even check them properly. One time, I picked them up and only one was fixed, but I was charged for all of them. I get to my job site excited to use the tools, and they don't work. I've noticed this change happening over the last seven months or so. This has happened two times in a row now, and the last time I spoke to the guy in charge, he told me it's normal for the tools not to work after sitting there for a month after repair. Honestly, that just sounded like an excuse to me. Because of this, I'm going to look for a different place from now on. Just so you know, my review is only about their repair department. They do have a really good inventory if you're looking to buy something.

I have been renting equipment from them for over 30 years. Today I went I to rent a chainsaw. The…read moreguy grabbed one looked at the chain and said it sharp! Goes out side and cranks it for a while and it finally started. I drove 35 minutes to my son's house to trim a 6" branch that had fallen on his fence. Started up the Chainsaw warmed it up and walked over to the branch. Started to try and cut a 1" branch on both side and it wouldn't even cut it??? I called them and they apologized and said if I wanted to go to Tractor Supply and get a new chain they would reimburse me.. I said I will just bring it back. I drive back 45 minutes and the guy behind the counter asked if I was done with my job. I said the saw wouldn't cut and I showed him this photo I took. He said " Well we cut some wood with them before they go out and the chain was sharp. Besides , if you hit the ground one time the chain will be dull!" I said I didn't even use the saw! They did hesitantly give me back my money. But I am done with that place. If there gonna call me a lier? I will never go back there again!!!
