They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there.

Since it's smaller it gets easily cramped and makes the already difficult entry way a bigger burden than it already is. However, cars are pretty quick about filling up and there's a good flow. The staff keep to themselves and seem okay. As for value, it's a little cheaper to come here than a Chevron but there's more gas down the street that's even more economical going towards West Florida. This is more of a convenience gas station.

You want to think that you can pick it up and drop it off wherever you're going but you might be going to Little city. So the theory of renting something from U-Haul and dropping it off at another U-Haul only works for big cities. That's exactly what happened here. Luckily my dad's welder and he's just gonna build one . We were not able to rent anything .
