We took possession of a property with a tank that had an All State sticker. I called, left messages, and also sent emails to find out more about the tank. They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there. read more

I have been an All State customer for about 3 months. Every time I call, the staff is very friendly. I have had my tank inspected and filled by them twice. Both times were the next business day after calling. This is my first experience with a propane tank, but so far, I am a satisfied customer and see a smooth future ahead! I have been served by this company for over a decade and always have had good service, clear, communication, easy to reach them with a simple phone call. I'm back-and-forth from my property so it's good to know that they check now and then to see if the tape needs filling . I was noticing a couple weeks ago that it was getting a little bit low - - so I'm glad to know the team vigilantly watches out and makes sure you fill the tank so dependably. They'll let you know by text when they're coming and they always arrive on time. Drivers are very friendly and informative. It's easy to pay online with a credit card and no surcharge for using credit. They're so consistent that I've stopped checking around on pricing and just automatically go to Allstate. read more

I have lived in my Temecula home for over 27 years. We have used a number of different propane companies including AmeriGas. About 12 to 14 years ago, We switched to All State Propane and have been extremely satisfied with their service and costs. Nine years ago my late wife was diagnosed with cancer. So our proprieties was her cancer treatments and insuring that we had propane for her hot water baths, heat to keep her comfortable and propane to her oven so that she could continue to make treats for our granddaughter. I love All State Propane. Dominique is so responsive and works with our quirky schedule. We have large dogs and always need to be home for delivery, ( our fault for not fencing our tank separate from the dogs). Since we are way out in the country, Dinique always calls when they are coming our way. If it's an emergency, they are at our house immediately. The driver is awesome. We have had the same guy for years, and the fill in driver is great as well. They have repaired our tank when needed and do pricing based off index.
