We took possession of a property with a tank that had an All State sticker…read more I called, left messages, and also sent emails to find out more about the tank. They never responded to any of the calls or online requests. I called our realtor and was told that the tank was owned by the previous property owners. So I called around and had another company fill the tank. 5 months later, I got a call (not sure how they found my phone number) from All State claiming the tank was rented, and I need to pay for another inspection fee, and I wasn't allowed to fill the tank. I refused to do anything until I saw some proof that the tank was not owned, and I argued that I should not have to pay for another inspection fee, especially since most companies don't charge an inspection fee, and the tank was inspected twice within the past few months. Within minutes of the phone call, they sent someone back out and shut off our gas when we weren't home!!!! I called - no answer. I called their emergency number... no answer (comical). They called me back, were super rude and demanded that I empty the tank right away, and they will have it removed the next day. Long story short, I had another provider switch out the tank to one of theirs the next day, and I want nothing to do with this company. I can't believe they left us without gas, hot water, or cook top for two days!! So unprofessional, so rude, and terrible at returning calls. The most interesting thing is that at no time did any of them try to de-escalate the situation or offer any solutions. Just hostile, rude, and unhelpful. So many better options out there.

It's on Jurupa Rd just West of Van Buren Blvd. I was looking for a propane tank refilling station so I shopped around and found Jurupa Dairy & Gas where their price at this time was $1.00 less ($2.99/gal) than any other refilling station in Corona, Norco & Jurupa. It was a holiday so I couldn't check the local propane manufacturers but I can't see how they could be any less in price. I reloaded up my 2 trailer tanks and a small BBQ tank. I returned a truck here a few months ago, and returned the next day to rent another truck. Upon returning the next day, I asked for a receipt for the previous days rental. Oddly, the associate never "checked in" the rental, so the system showed that I still had the truck. But here's the kicker, the truck I "returned" was the only truck available in the size I needed, so they simply gave me the keys back and I was on my way. In other words, it actually worked on my favor. Be nice to these folks.
