Pricing is good for what you are getting! The people are friendly, quick and very helpful. They helped take the ice right to my car and right into the ice chests I had ready. What a kind gentlemen to offer to do that. So don't worry if you don't think you can handle carrying the ice. A little advice: Don't forget to bring several clean ice chests with you when you pick up your ice. Place purchased ice right in them. Make sure you have muscles to take them out of your vehicle once home or at your event. Or transfer them to another ice chest to save your back. Block ice will last a few days in a sealed ice chest even if left under the patio outside. Will be back when I need lots of ice again. Especially Block Ice! Shaved ice is the best! I got there and there was no one there that spoke English sufficiently to complete the order, and was told to use the app (which is terrible). Even though the app showed my reservation, the older gentleman running the location (a gas station with a couple of trucks out back), had to call his (son?) who did speak English, but hadn't showed up for work that morning. Then the son claimed their two trucks were already reserved. This made an already stressful moving day even more stressful, as I had to scramble and find another truck somewhere else which cost me time. Luckily, there was a legitimate U-Haul location on Spruce street in Riverside, which saved the day. DO NOT USE THE VAN BUREN LOCATION. It's basically a bodega with a truck or two out back.
