Very unprofessional experience. Someone from this business came directly to my business offering…read moreice services at a discounted rate because we would be purchasing in bulk. When I called to get more information about the pricing I was offered, the person I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. I tried explaining that I was only calling because I had specifically been told to contact them regarding discounted bulk pricing. Instead of simply clearing up any misunderstanding, I was told, "There are no discounts. I sell at my price all day and nobody complains. If you can get it cheaper, go elsewhere." Even if the employee who approached my business gave me incorrect information, that is not an appropriate way to speak to a potential customer. A simple explanation would have been completely understandable. Telling someone to take their business elsewhere because they asked about an offer YOUR representative presented is extremely unprofessional and a quick way to lose potential customers.
