The lady that answered said she would forward my info to an Oscar. Oscar called me about an hour later and went over the entire system and the cost. His price was about $500-$1000 cheaper than local competitors. With good pricing and probably the best yelp reviews I decided to go with him. Installation was about a week later. The installer came around 11am and took about 8 hours to install the entire system. His install time too longer than originally quoted but I'm glad he took his time and didn't miss any steps. When it was all done he educated me on the entire system. It's pretty much a set it and forget it system except for maintaining certain salt levels. Within days I felt the difference in my skin. It wasn't as dry as before and the water really did feel soft. Highly recommend them!!

Aside from being lazy to continue picking up the water myself, one day when I removed my bottle, I peaked in my cooler and noticed that there was green nasty MOSS growing in there ! A cooler that I've only had for about 2-3months ! So all this time I've been drinking moss water ! Which leads me to my point.. I read somewhere online that the local water shops don't really clean their filters or whatever , which is why the moss grow...well.. I've been with Privé for 9 months now and my cooler is still squeaky clean !! ( first cooler got replaced almost right away , probably a defect with that one, but I've been using my second cooler ever since with no issues !) All in all, great damn company . On 2024 they had to get the salt out because is hard as a rock, put new salt and they said it will be ok. On 2025, is the same thing the sal gets hard, they come change the salt and now is 2026 I have the same problem. This service people told me that I have to move the salt in the tank in order to circulate. "Is not my job" to make the salt circulate. After service technician comes they even charge me $250 for something that the next year is not going to work. This system doesn't work. DON'T BUY THIS SYSTEM

Pricing is good for what you are getting! The people are friendly, quick and very helpful. They helped take the ice right to my car and right into the ice chests I had ready. What a kind gentlemen to offer to do that. So don't worry if you don't think you can handle carrying the ice. A little advice: Don't forget to bring several clean ice chests with you when you pick up your ice. Place purchased ice right in them. Make sure you have muscles to take them out of your vehicle once home or at your event. Or transfer them to another ice chest to save your back.
