In short, Zutra thrives off upset customers leaving Primo-ReadyFresh (PRF)…read more Here's the problem: when you join Zutra, they rent you dispensers from PRF and charge you more than what PRF charged you for. Also, they charge you so much for delivery. Then when you cancel (or consider cancelling), they give you a major attitude over the phone and when they pick up their equipment. It's better to stay with PRF and deal with their deliver inconsistencies. At least, PRF compensates you for their mistakes, charges you less than Zutra, and have courteous customer service.
